  1. Currently, the Financial Reports shows the Agency percentage as % of gross revenue, but our arrangement is based on the nightly rental only. This requires more manual work to produce reports for the owners.

    It would be great to pre-determine which parts of the revenue is split on a percentage basis (nightly rent) and which go in full to the Agency (say a management fee) or to the Owner (say cleaning fee, if the owner pays that).

    Refunds do show in your reports for bookings that have been made via your default payment service provider. But indeed, they don't show for Airbnb bookings for instance.

    We are soon offering a new feature: Order Adjustments and manual transactions.

    This will allow you to manually add a refund that happened in an Airbnb booking for instance.

  7. Better report generations. I like to be able to pull reports and categorize and edit how I see them to help me monitor guests better.

  8. I want to hide/remove the inactive properties from the list when creating new lead.

  9. Would it be possible to submit a feature request to add a “default block” to a calendar where you just selectively unblock dates similar to the feature that airbnb has? It really is very helpful for properties in which the host lives most of the time but just wants to unblock for certain dates. I would love to see this feature in Hostfully.

  10. We have a minimum age of 25, so if the lead guest age is not displayed, or their date of birth is not shown, then we have no way to check whether they are over 25 years old. We have 2 guests checking in today that we have had to speak with and one we had to cancel as she was only 19 (even though she ticked the box to say she was over 25). This would be very helpful as a quick glance to see how old the lead guest is and to see if they are eligible or…

  11. The Arrival Form should be actively linked to the data warehouse so guests can make changes up to the time of check-in. Guests are not always sure of all information until closer to the stay and locking this form out after information is added once is VERY limiting. Other PMS platforms offer this exact capability as a basic feature.

  13. In enhanced reports tab, I noticed that the financial report seems to have almost all fields available to add in the report, but in other types of report some fields are not available.
    For instance, I need to build a report for the government regarding tourist tax. I would love to add the tag of the guest in this report, because that is a workaround I have found to include the origin country of the guest in the report (by the way it would be useful to have a field for the country of the guest).

  14. When we need to update a property, we go to main menu then properties. We click in a specific property to update. If we want to update another one, we have to go again to the main manu, properties and click on the new property. It should have a toogle to change from all availables properties without the need to back to the main menu

  17. I would like to see all owners under the Owners Tab without having to click on the first letter of their first name or search in the search box. The search box and the alphabet option should only be a filter option when you have dozens of owners.

  18. On my direct marketing I want to include a promo code but I don't want to allow certain dates to be booked with this code i.e. peak times.

    It would be great if I could select one or more date groups to exclude.

  19. The check box "Send copy to Agency" in custom templates like the one in system template is for control purpose, we always do send a copy to the agency.

    This is because (as you are aware of) the toggle function is not working well and we need to know when and if a template has been send (automatically and manually). It’s our work process at the moment. Also once in a while the connection we have via Outlook got a token error.

    This is also a check when we don’t receive a email send into our Outlook Inbox.

  20. Right now, one of our client's properties that we manage is listed at the bottom of the direct book site on the left side when scrolling properties. While our properties that we own are listed above. I'd like to be able to move this property up the left side that shows all properties.
