Booking lead time / % at reservation customizable per channel
Integrated partners with VRBO and booking.com are forced to be the merchant of record but also forced to be instabook. This leaves no time to vet your guest. This is a receipt for fraud! The booking lead times should should be able to be set per platform. Moreover, the % due at reservation should also include a category to pay the remaining % "x" days AFTER the RESERVATION is made.

Booking.com now offers payments by Booking.com and we'll be rolling out request to book with them this quarter.
Vrbo offers request to book as well.

Make Excel exports usable by exporting number fields for all numbers - not TEXT with $
When I go to the "Financial Reports" and "Export Extended Data" it produces an Excel spreadsheet. The problem with that sheet is that the dollar values for all the rent, fees, etc come out in the spreadsheet as a TEXT field ($100) instead of a number (100), so the data cannot be used to add up a total because it's TEXT and not a NUMBER. Surely this can be easily fixed by your development team so these spreadsheets come out ready to use.

Build a native integration for PropertyCare.com
I would love to see an integration with PropertyCare.com, especially since Hostfully's templates and triggers leaves a lot to be desired and there is no native 2-way SMS capability.

Put a modification of reservation duration
When adding nights to an existing stay, allow a time duration to allow them to pay or else the addition is cancelled.

Service Providers- PM's need notification when a job is 'declined' or pending
When a job is scheduled, Service Provider/Cleaner gets email with option to View, Accept or Decline.
Currently, only when the Accept option is chosen, will an email generate to give the PM get a notification.Can you please add a function so PM's receive an email when a Service Provider "Declines" a job ?
Why? So PM's can assure the job is assigned or reassigned appropriately. When many properites & jobs scheduled, how do we check declined and unassigned jobs?Part 2: Can support add a function /section that displays "Declined and Unassigned jobs?

Add New Owner Block to New Booking Trigger in Zapier Integration
I noticed that the zapier Updated Booking and Canceled Booking triggers work for owner block changes, but the New Booking doesn't trigger when a new owner block is created.
Can you update the zapier integration to include owner blocks in the New Booking trigger?

The sort function for custom templates and triggers would be super helpful so that I can see all the templates I have for either a given property or a given step in the guest support process - e.g. arrival, booking etc.

Pre-Arrival and eSign agreement combined option
Putting the 2 forms together provides a smooth low friction method to acquire all guest information and a signed agreement all on one page. The page should also allow guests to change the number of guests and update them back to channels as a change. We occasionally see guests book as one guest as a mistake or avoiding fees; however, once they understand the requirement, they correct the number.
A Pre-Arrival/Agreement Page (Guest Agreement) would require pertinent information(Names, Ages, ID, Acceptance, signature). The form could also have a "Required after X hours" trigger to alert the guest and agent that…

Tidy
Integration with Tidy App - even at their beginning stages they have been more involved and helpful than any other cleaning service I have tried. They flew in a trainer to train my team and have customized my entire experience. The only thing missing is an integration with Hostfully.

Include total $ amount collected in occupancy agreement
Allow users to include the $ amount collected to the rental agreement, as it is sometimes necessary during legal disputes, to show that amount.
Renaming the rental agreement to "occupancy agreement" would also be a more acurate name, since renter laws such as rent control don't apply to Short Term Rentals.5 votes -

Would like ability to determine the structure of the form:
-where the contract gets signed
-where the initials go
-insert variables to make the contract more detailedWhen contesting a chargeback with a guest, you should be able to show them a contract with terms, and demonstrate that you’re actually due those funds (better success if initials are next to crucial terms).

On Property Main Settings page, add "Only allow Checkout ON"
On the Property Main Settings page, add "Only allow Checkout ON" option, currently you can restrict Checkin Days but not checkout days without going to the pricing calendar and manually adding to each day you don't want to allow checkout.

Managers need the ability to update Owner information.
Right now I was told if we want to update owner information I either have to have the owner do it themselves or I have to delete the owner and re-add them. We should be able to update this information as we see fit. Thanks!

Display each listings' average Revyoos rating within main picture.
Each individual listing has its own reviews.
