Notification when owners edit existing booking dates.
We get notified when an owner makes a booking through our emails. We do not get notified if the owner changes the booking date. For example, if they add on an extra night, we won't know unless we check the calendar every day.

When a commission rate is changed mid-year (or mid-reporting period), we would like reports to continue reflecting the correct commission percentage based on the rate that was active at the time of each reservation (mid-term commission vs short term commission), rather than applying the updated rate retroactively.
Accurate historical commission reporting is important for accounting and owner statements, especially when commission rates change during the year.

Add property/reservation info to form submitted email notification
When guest submit a pre-arrival form, the email notification should also include:
1. Property name
2. Guest name
3. Reservation Dates
4. Booking platformIn addition - it will also be nice to get a mobile app notification when a form is submitted, and not just an email

NOT sending Airbnb tax for Quickbooks
At the moment, there's not a way to configure the integration to NOT send the tax payed lines since Airbnb pays the taxes. The workaround is just to manually edit/adjust/delete it in Quickbooks.
We want the automation to make it less manual

Currently, when configuring Early Bird discounts for Vrbo, the maximum lead time available in the dropdown is limited to 36 days. Some property managers need the ability to offer discounts for bookings made far in advance (for example, 90+ days) across multiple properties. Expanding this range would allow more flexible pricing strategies, improve competitiveness on Vrbo, and better align Hostfully’s discount options with real-world booking behaviors.

Inbox Clutter & Broken "Unread" Filter: Need Ability to Hide System Auto-Messages
The client needs to hide automated messages from their main inbox.
The problem is twofold: 1) these messages clutter the view and make it difficult to find messages from actual guests, and 2) the "Unread Only" filter doesn't work across teams, because if one agent sees a message, it's marked as read for everyone, negating the filter's effectiveness.Please provide an option to archive/separate these automated messages or to have the "read" status be individual for each agent.

We should have the ability to customize the color of BLOCKs.
Some properties have numerous owners or reasons that the calendar may get blocks, so it would be extremely helpful if we had color options for the blocks instead of them all just being green.

Keep quote unchanged when modifying BDC booking
Sometimes we need to re-arrange the Booking.com reservations in Hostfully calendar but the booking breakdown is changed based on new property while it remains unchanged in BDC. This causes discrepancy, confusion and incorrect report. So it's better if the breakdown can be freeze when we changing the property or modify a booking as we don't want to change the quote for existing booking.

Long-term exemption setting for Cleaning fee tax
The long-term exemption in property setting page is only supported for tax rate, not cleaning fee tax rate while it should apply it for both.
Or if there is another same field for cleaning fee tax, that would be great.

Currently our widgets' date format is YYYY/MM/DD, it can have more options for date formats such as MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY
