    Note that the platform already provides an option for "Ignore tax charge for over N days", on each of the Property Settings page. Is this the feature you're referring to?


  2. I have some owners who would like access to view the inbox from multiple channels on one platform. Can there be a user permission added for them to View messages as well as an option for them to send messages that way they could only be given permission to send messages if allowed

  3. Add "Custom" cancellation policy as an option for VRBO. Custom cancellation policy would allow us to withhold payment processing fees for cancellations. Without this, we don't have a way to withhold payment processing fees and must refund them.

  4. I want to set up the guest payment options for listings on Booking.com. Booking.com requires me to change the "Guest payment options" on Booking.com to "only accept cash" for 60 days to be eligible for Payment by Booking.com - bank transfer option. Currently, everytime I change it, the field is overridden by Hostfully PMP and changed back to "accept credit cards" although I don't see any place to configure this in Hostfully system.

    I want to have a button in the PMP to configure the guest payment options and this field should be pushed to Booking.com.

  8. Allow the cleaning fee to vary depending on the length of stay. For instance if a guest has a long stay of two months the cleaning fee should be double a typical 5 night stay.

  9. AIrbnb now has PHOTO TOUR.
    In Hostfully it appears to map from "Where you will Sleep" in a photo.
    Which is very confusing as it's no longer just where you will sleep. (hence why I wasn't using it).
    It is now a way to setup the Photo Tour.
    If you set it up directly on Airbnb, the next sync will override it and it will be undone.
    Every ROOM must have a photo tagged to it before Airbnb will show the actual Photo Tour.

  10. The system currently permits users to select check-out dates that do not meet the minimum night requirement. However, when entering guest details, an error message in the booking widget states "Minimum stay is not met." This could potentially confuse guests and lead to a loss of interest.

    The event New message in inbox is working for action sending email only.

    As a host, I want this event works for channel message as well.

    It helps to cover the scenario:
    When the guest sent me a message, I want to be able to trigger to fire a automatically acknowledge message to guest. (Ex: I have received your message and will get back soon etc) when you received their message.

    => It helps to save the responding time in my account. (Airbnb has reviewed the host responding time)

  18. When you are in the calendar you could cancel a booking rather than having to leave the calendar and go find the listing in the pipeline- which is an unnecessary extra step; this would streamline workflow.

    And it would be so much faster and easier, less opportunities for mistakes.

    We'll soon introduce all pipeline actions directly within the lead modal. So you'll be able to cancel a booking by clicking on it from the calendar, then selecting the Cancel action within the lead modal.

  19. Compiled Monthly report:

    We would like to see revenue by month to assess how we are adjusting rates month by month.

    A generic report that allows the listing of Revenue (rent or total rent options) by month to see revenue trends -all in one report- would be really helpful.
