Trigger - Day of week AND time conditions
I need to be able to send a message on a particular day of the week AND at a set time. I have bin reminders to send that happen weekly, when a guest stay is active. If I choose the day (i.e. Tuesday reminder for a Wednesday collection) the reminder is sent Tuesday am and we might have a new guest in Tuesday pm. If we send the reminder on Wednesday its too late... I want to choose day of the week and timing as a condition

Ability to Set Age Restrictions for Bookings Across All Channels
I’d like to request the ability within our PMS to set an age restriction for our properties—for example, to only accept guests who are 21 years of age or older—and automatically prevent bookings from anyone under 21.
Could this feature be developed to work across all connected channels (not just Vrbo), so that age restrictions are enforced automatically at booking?

At the moment, there is no centralized place in the platform where I can see sync issues related to LOS discounts or other pricing-related data. Add new system template when a hold already expires
At the moment, we only have a system template "Hold reminder" before it expires. This message is automatically sent to the guest as a reminder that their hold on the property is about to expire.
But when a hold already expires, the system won't automatically send them a message to say it has expired already and then suggest the guest about the available dates we're having or the dates they chose are still available1 vote -
"Ignore tax charge for stays over" rule for additional fees
Apply "Ignore tax charge for stays over" to the additional fee. In the meantime, when adding an optional fee under Fees and Taxes, we can add tax rate on that fee but there is no place to add the "Ignore tax charge for stays over" rule.

pet fee
The way pet fees are currently set up needs to change. Having “Pets” listed as an optional add-on before payment is misleading. It comes across as if the fee is a donation rather than a requirement, which gives guests the impression they can simply choose not to add it.
This is not how a required fee should function. The system should prompt guests to indicate upfront whether they are bringing pets when selecting guest count. If they are, the pet fee should automatically apply as part of the booking.

Show the Main booking of group booking on the exact unit
Currently, that's expected for group booking behavior when we have the gr booking on sub-unit, the main lead will stay on hotel / master level without being allocated, which may hide the block on master beneath it.

Change "hold confirmation" message to automated instead of semi-automated
Once the guest clicked on "Request a hold" from Quote message, the calendar will show a hold accordingly but there was no automated message sent to the guest. when i click her name in pipeline i do not get the option to "place on hold" only "extend hold" so I can't send the Hold confirmation message from Pipeline either. I can only choose the template from Inbox to send manually. It's very inconvenient.
Please add another option or change "hold confirmation" message to automated instead of semi-automated

VRBO Commissions posted in Hostfully View Order
Post VRBO Commissions on each booking View Order. You have this enabled for Booking.com, but we have to look up VRBO commissions on VRBO platform. VRBO bills commissions in batches, so this is hard to find and include on Owner Statements at the end of each month.

The purpose of a Property Management Software is to support dynamic pricing, flexibility, and conversion—especially for direct bookings. A major gap right now is where and when discounts can be applied.
Direct-book guests don’t always use promo codes, and many inquiries come through our website specifically so we can interact, quote strategically, and close the sale. Sometimes that means offering a custom discount based on dates, length of stay, or guest budget after the inquiry is submitted.
Currently:
Promo codes only reduce Rent (pre-tax) if the guest knows and applies them at the time of inquiry.

Creating an onboarding form for Property Owners, for easier listing Creation
Create a dedicated onboarding form for owners to fill out, which the host can embed directly into Hostfully for automatic listing creation. Right now, the process is very manual.
Alternatively, create a section in the an owner portal where we can send owners a link to submit all their onboarding information. Then, with just one click, the host can generate the listing using the owner-provided data.
Overall goal: automate the properties onboarding process and eliminate manual work.

Merging Jacuzzi and Hot tub amenity for Airbnb
Currently, both Hot tub and Jacuzzi in Hostfully are mapped as Hot tub on Airbnb. However, the Jacuzzi is a bathtub which has jets. This is different than a hot tub. There shouldn’t be a hot tub amenity and a Jacuzzi amenity if they mean the same thing.

VRBO USD Limitation for International Properties
VRBO operates in USD, but many properties around the world are priced in other local currencies. In addition, some countries cannot use Stripe due to country-specific restrictions or agreements, which prevents certain properties from connecting to VRBO directly.
As a result, these properties often have to rely on iCal connections instead of a full direct integration. The downside is that iCal is limited and does not support full dynamic syncing, which can reduce exposure, efficiency, and potentially booking traffic.
