Offer a choice of Booking.com payment models during the initial registration process.
Hostfully does not currently offer a choice of Booking.com payment models during the initial registration process. When a property is pushed directly from Hostfully, Booking.com appears to create it using the hybrid payment model by default.
Under this model, although the property is enrolled in Booking.com Payments, Booking.com pays PM the full guest payment and then invoices the PM separately for their commission.
This has accounting and VAT implications. Because the full guest payment passes through our business, we effectively receive 100% of the booking revenue before paying Booking.com's commission back. This means we're accounting for VAT on the full…

If putting in a Price Rule (like a weekly discounts) it would be nice to be able to limit this discount to specific months or date ranges.

[Quickbook] Having an Option to add the receipt for the Partially paid reservations (like an initial deposit)
- Current behavior: That’s expected behavior with our QuickBooks Online integration: a Sales Receipt is created for a reservation only once the reservation is paid in full. Context: Partially paid reservations (like an initial deposit) won’t push to QuickBooks until the final payment is made, so you can be months between the deposit and the receipt showing up.
So the “issue” is that QuickBooks won’t reflect the deposit timing for reconciliation, even though Stripe deposits the money to your bank as payments happen.

Ability to set different cancellation policies during different times of the year.
It would be nice if there was an option to set a different cancellation policy during peak season (Strict) and a less strict one during off peak season and also ability to set the policy based on lead time

Own number for SMS and Whatsapp
The option for PM's to be able to use their own number for Whatsapp and SMS in the unified inbox and automated messages, either through having their own Twilio account or another way.

Create a category for co-hosts/employees, below "associate", where they can not see any financials including booking amounts.
For cohosts, create a category below "Associate" where no financial information is shown, no reservation amounts. Everything else within the Associate level remains the same.

Add a dedicated Vrbo Property Name / Listing Title field
Currently, Hostfully uses the Short Description field as the listing title sent to Vrbo.
It would be helpful to have a dedicated Vrbo Property Name or Vrbo Listing Title field in the Vrbo Settings section instead.
Having a dedicated field would make the mapping clearer and allow to manage their Vrbo listing title independently without having to use the Short Description field for this purpose.

Display Airbnb Special Offers in the Leads price breakdown
To have the special offer fee to be broken out in a separate line item on Hostfully's leads. It needs to show up in each individual reservation and on the reports.

Automatically carry Owner Adjustments to the next month when there are no reservations
A common situation occurs when a property has Owner Adjustments in a given month but receives no reservations during that same period. Since Owner Adjustments are normally deducted from the revenue generated by bookings, this creates an issue: the system shows the adjustment even though there is no revenue to offset it against.
Solution:
Add an option for the reporting system to automatically detect when a property has Owner Adjustments in a month with no reservations and carry those adjustments forward to the next month that includes reservation revenue.7 votes -
Security deposit for Booking.com
In Hostfully Agency Setting, Security deposit is set to be collected at booking time. However, it appears on Booking.com as ONARRIVAL because Booking.com does not have the "WHENGUESTBOOKS" value. I have tried to set the security deposit to be collected 7 days before arrival on Extranet, but it will shortly revert back to "ONARRIVAL".
It should support other values like 7 days or 14 days before arrival if the WHENGUESTBOOKS value is not available.

Hide picture per channel or add different pictures per channel
VRBO has restriction on images (no text for example) that airbnb, booking.com and direct website don't have. I'd like to give more information but because VRBO system I can't use certain images even on airbnb or direct. The easy option will be to hide certain images per channel

Add name of Hostfully user who sent the message to messages in inbox
Customers with large teams of agents would find it useful to be able to know which Hostfully user/team member sent or replied to a specific message in the inbox, for visibility of who dealt with a certain query for follow ups internally. If this could be displayed in the current area underneath the message that would be great , image shared for clarity , current format just shows the agency name , an additional user name would go alongside this in our suggestion.

Customize Minimum Price on the Booking widget
Currently, with the new version of the direct booking site, the price calculation of minPriceOverYear on the Hostfully Direct Booking site is now (the lowest night price + tax rate % + non-optional fees + non-optional taxes).
But I would like to not show the non-optional fees on that minimum price, so it would be great if we could customize the min price of the booking widget to define the amount to display.

Ability to map parent-child photos different between OTAs
Under a master-sub setup, Booking.com shows all the photos on a master level and only a few for each child unit.
Would be good to be able to select which photos to include in the Master level and which ones on the child level but filtered by channel. So other channels like Airbnb don't get affected.

Add "Year-To-Date" option in Analytics page
I would like to have the option of "Year-To-Date" date range selector in Analytics page. Currently I can choose this year but that will include also the future bookings. and when I manually choose a date range I'm limited to 3 months at a time.
Having a year-to-date snapshot gives me a good idea of how I'm doing CURRENTLY.
