  1. I would love the option to archive photos without permanently deleting them, with the ability to unarchive them and make them live again. This feature would retain the captions and be especially helpful for managing seasonal photos.

  5. In "Notifying the owner about new booking" template, I want to apply more variables about the order than the current existing one.

    E.g Rental Revenue: [{ORDERBASEAMOUNT}-{COMMISSIONOTATOTAL}+{ADJUSTMENTRENT}+{EXTRAGUESTFEEAMOUNT}+{PAYMENTPROCESSINGFEE}]

    But currently, the template variables only support some basic order details.

  7. At the moment, travelstaytion reservations show as the same as direct bookings in the central calendar. I would like to be shown different so we can distinguish them also there.

  9. Currently, Hostfully only supports adjustments tied to owners and properties. However, many agencies also need to track and reconcile agency-wide expenses that are not connected to a specific property or owner.

    Examples include:

    Hostfully subscription fees

    Inventory purchases used across multiple properties

    Invoices paid directly by the agency (e.g., software, utilities, maintenance contracts)

    Having a way to enter, categorize, and report these agency-level adjustments would provide a more complete financial picture for monthly reconciliation.

  10. When a property is deleted (because we no longer manage it), all the data and related bookings are deleted too. Consequently, when we generate reports of previous years, the figues are wrong because the bookings data of the deleted properties are not included.
    This makes the reports and analytics tool unreliable.

    Thank you Alex. So we are working on adding authentication providers and we'll start with Google first (sometime this month). It's hard to keep track of many features in the same ticket, so let's user this ticket for the Goggle authentication and feel free to open other tickets for the other improvements you suggested.

  12. Most properties prefer me to block dates for them, so we as property managers in the main (or principal) user, should be able to block dates and pick the option of owner block so we get the same purple color as when they block.

  15. During onboarding we setup a 4% credit card processing fee to cover the 2.9% Stripe charge and the 1% hostfully charge. These fees are based on the entire amount of the reservation but the way that Hostfully collects only applies to the accommodation fare and nothing else. This fee rule was setup as "per stay", I have since changed it to "entire preservation" but when I did this the mapping drop downs for integration channels blocked out.

  16. As an international booking platform, we believe it is essential to provide the option to customise the date and time format. This would allow hosts in various countries to adopt the widely-used European system of a 24-hour clock and day-month-year format.

    Implementing this feature would enhance clarity and professionalism in the automated messages sent to guests, ensuring the information aligns with their regional expectations and reducing potential misunderstandings.

  18. Add a configuration option allowing PMs to choose whether the Security Deposit should always be collected 100% at booking, regardless of the % due at reservation.

    Example:
    If a PM sets “50% due at reservation” and “Security Deposit at booking,” the system should allow collecting 50% of the booking total plus 100% of the Security Deposit in the same initial charge.

  19. Notification when owners edit existing booking dates.

    We get notified when an owner makes a booking through our emails. We do not get notified if the owner changes the booking date. For example, if they add on an extra night, we won't know unless we check the calendar every day.

  20. Keep the applied filters (location, property tags, property type, etc.) active when moving between calendar views or when opening a property-specific calendar. This would allow sales agents to seamlessly explore filtered options without having to reapply filters each time.
