  1. In "Notifying the owner about new booking" template, I want to apply more variables about the order than the current existing one.

    E.g Rental Revenue: [{ORDERBASEAMOUNT}-{COMMISSIONOTATOTAL}+{ADJUSTMENTRENT}+{EXTRAGUESTFEEAMOUNT}+{PAYMENTPROCESSINGFEE}]

    But currently, the template variables only support some basic order details.

  4. I wanted to explain why the ability to schedule messages after booking confirmation is so important for VRBO reservations.

    Because VRBO requires the PMS to act as the merchant of record, all payments are processed through our Stripe account. Stripe’s processing fees are non-refundable, so once a guest’s payment is captured, those fees can’t be returned — unless the property manager absorbs the cost.

    To handle this fairly, my solution is to delay the payment until the guest understands this policy. My plan is:

    When a guest books, they immediately receive a confirmation message explaining the processing-fee policy.

    At the moment, there is no centralized place in the platform where I can see sync issues related to LOS discounts or other pricing-related data. This lack of visibility makes it difficult to know when something is wrong.

    Recently, I encountered two separate sync issues across different listings that I only discovered after manually checking my Airbnb listings. The platform was not pushing LOS discounts correctly, which meant pricing displayed on Airbnb was inaccurate and could have impacted potential bookings and our bottom line.   8. Most properties prefer me to block dates for them, so we as property managers in the main (or principal) user, should be able to block dates and pick the option of owner block so we get the same purple color as when they block.

To significantly improve calendar and mobile functionality, we request two key updates: 1) Implement an "Expand All Properties" button on the main calendar to instantly display all unit bookings, eliminating the need for tedious manual expansion and allowing hosts to quickly view inventory across the entire portfolio. 2) Integrate the "Rebook/Extend Stay" feature into the mobile app, allowing hosts to rapidly create an extension booking for current guests from any location, enhancing efficiency and improving responsiveness to guest requests.

  12. n Florida’s Gulf Coast, sea turtle nesting season runs from May through October. During these months, I’d like to automatically share turtle safety guidelines with guests by enabling a seasonal message trigger for reservations that fall within this timeframe.

    Thank you Alex. So we are working on adding authentication providers and we'll start with Google first (sometime this month). It's hard to keep track of many features in the same ticket, so let's user this ticket for the Goggle authentication and feel free to open other tickets for the other improvements you suggested.

  15. The most important thing is to be able to see the profiles of those who search for us on Airbnb. We want to see their reviews and know that they are suitable profiles to rent our properties.

  18. I would love the option to archive photos without permanently deleting them, with the ability to unarchive them and make them live again. This feature would retain the captions and be especially helpful for managing seasonal photos.
