  5. AIrbnb now has PHOTO TOUR.

    In Hostfully it appears to map from "Where you will Sleep" in a photo.
    Which is very confusing as it's no longer just where you will sleep. (hence why I wasn't using it).
    It is now a way to setup the Photo Tour.
    If you set it up directly on Airbnb, the next sync will override it and it will be undone.
    Every ROOM must have a photo tagged to it before Airbnb will show the actual Photo Tour.
    Can you update the description to show Photo Tour Mapping not where you will sleep and…

  7. Sometimes owners block properties for work to be done, but most often they are blocking the property for personal use. In those cases, we need to clean and turnover the property just like we would for a guest reservation. Also, the smart automations (for example, changing thermostat settings via Lynx, Operto, etc.) should treat an owner stay the same as a guest stay.

  8. How am I supposed to know to refund the guest or not based on my cancellation policy if I don't know the cancellation date?

    For example Ruben Aguilar cancelled and I don't know if he cancelled w/in 24 hours of booking or not.

  10. Automatically send out Invites to guests to use the Hostfully messaging portal right when a guest has booked directly. (Currently this has to be done manually).

  11. Jobs linked to a booking should be cancelled automatically if that booking is cancelled. This is very helpful as PM may forget to cancel jobs manually.

  12. The most important thing is to be able to see the profiles of those who search for us on Airbnb. We want to see their reviews and know that they are suitable profiles to rent our properties.

  14. Currently on the analytics page, we can see an overview of all properties or just one property. Sometimes it is helpful to pull out one or two....or, conversely, look at all but one or two....would be nice to be able to choose multiple properties on this page. Also, need to be able to type in dates as well.

  16. Currently, if the check in or check out times in a reservation are updated within the stay details in Hostfully, those don't update the check in and check out times on devices such as locks, thermostats, etc. This functionality is essential when offering early/late check ins and check outs.

  17. When we send text messages to potential clients with links to our listings, the Hostfully logo appears instead of our company’s logo.

    It would be really helpful if we could update this so that the agency logo logo appears in these communications.

    This would enhance branding and make presentations to clients more professional.

  18. Currently, the property endpoint returns the Airbnb ID but not Booking.com or Vrbo IDs. Also, the property-channel-links endpoint only includes channels like Homads, Vacaymyway, Golightly and Hometogo (if any)

    It would be beneficial if the API could return Booking.com and Vrbo property IDs as well, since they're major platforms many of us use. This would make it much easier to manage listings across channels through automation.

  19. I would like to create a form that guests fill out at checkout, indicating that they completed basic checkout tasks in exchange for a discount code for a future stay. I have someone ready to build the application, we just need access to create a discount code via API.
