  2. Currently when using the calendar scroll bar, if you move the bar a little too much the calendar skips several months.

    Trying to scroll back over the past month places you 3 or 4 months back. It is too sensitive.

  3. It would be great if you could search for available properties in multiple towns/cities instead of being limited to just one location. If you open the calendar and go to location, having the ability to just check off the locations you want to search for would be incredibly beneficial. Let me know if there's already a way to do this!

  7. Currently, the system automatically adjusts capitalization in property and city names, which can result in incorrect formatting. For example, “KLCC” is being displayed as “Klcc”.

    This affects proper nouns, abbreviations, and branded names that rely on specific capitalization for accuracy and professionalism.

    Requested Enhancement:
    Maintain the original capitalization entered by users for all city and location fields, without automatic adjustments to letter case.

  8. Currently, the property endpoint returns the Airbnb ID but not Booking.com or Vrbo IDs. Also, the property-channel-links endpoint only includes channels like Homads, Vacaymyway, Golightly and Hometogo (if any)

    It would be beneficial if the API could return Booking.com and Vrbo property IDs as well, since they're major platforms many of us use. This would make it much easier to manage listings across channels through automation.

  11. We really need the ability to toggle triggers for longer length stays. When we book for longer then 30days and up to say 6 months we are sending STR messages to guests

  15. A user would like to set the booking window to exactly 60 days, but the current dropdown only allows preset options (1, 3, 6 months, etc.)

    Request: To allow custom booking windows (exact number of days) in addition to the preset options. This will give property managers more flexibility in controlling booking availability according to their operational needs

  18. Some integrations add notes in the lead modal. This information can be useful to operations. Could we please have a trigger event for Lead Note, so when a note is added to the lead modal, it could trigger a message with the Lead Note variable so the PM can see the note message WHEN the note is added?

  20. I would like to know if it’s possible to adjust the booking type depending on the length of stay. For example, if guests wish to book for one week or longer, they can make an instant booking. However, if the stay is only for a weekend or less than seven days, it should be a request, and we would then send an offer.
