This is the best i have been able to do regarding iCal sync to google calendar, but I would really love if I could tell which property this guest is arriving to on google calendar because the name alone does not help me in preparation for the guests arrival (would be so much better if it provided the property that the guest was checking into.

    If it would allow me to change the url to the name of the property and show that instead of platform.hostfully that would certainly be ideal.

  6. From payment checkout flow, the "extra service" always shows as 1 instead of 0, for example Pet fee. That makes some of our guest confused as they don't have pets with them so it would make sense if the number starts from 0.

  7. It would be great when someone clicks to “see more photos” that it displays a tile gallery of ALL the photos that then the user can select which photo enlarges on their screen. Currently, I have to click at rapid speed to find a photo of a specific room I may be interested in. It’s rather difficult.

    Better flow… photos display as is on booking site with an option to see more photos—> when clicked all photos display in a tile gallery—> the customer can select a specific photo that then enlarges on their screen.

  8. The old Order Page showed the reservation number for each trip - Airbnb, VRBO and Hostfully. This number is used to reconcile each order with the Stripe payments and reports. In the New Order Page, the reservation number is only listed for Airbnb trips. Is it possible to have the Reservation number added for VRBO and Hostfully bookings? Without the unique reservation number, it makes it challenging to match the trips to the payments if one guest books multiple properties for the same date.

When adding service providers, it would be helpful to be able to automatically assign them to every property or property group from the service provider page rather than having to go into each individual property to add them. Or at least an option to automatically give service providers calendar access for every property/multiple properties in one place rather than in each property.

  11. When a property is linked by ical from airbnb / vrbo etc we should be able to manually remove individual bookings. I import vrbo icals from 2 different owners (I can't switch to API) and when you import by ical you can't use the inbox. In my old PMS you could just delete any ical import and then enter the booking manually with the email address. My current workaround for this is to disconnect the vrbo ical whenever I get a new booking, enter the booking manually then reconnect to the vrbo ical. Super annoying and not to mention when…

  12. Currently, BDC commission is only tied to the transaction level and the transaction must be processed by a payment processor. This means that reservations paid through payment by booking.com (PBB) or outside of the Hostfully system and manually entered into PMP will not show the commission in the report. I am requesting that the BDC commission be based on the lead level, so that it is always present regardless of payment status or method.

  13. Allow setting custom rules on VRBO. Currently no custom rule settings push to the VRBO listing and if rules are entered on VRBO instead, Hostfully overrides the changes and deletes them. VRBO is now charging hosts that cancel bookings due to rule or local regulation violations and we cannot enforce rules that are not communicated to guests. We have incurred $400 in fees this week due to this issue.

  14. Able to add Internal Guest Notes/Rating from App, Add our own custom items to rate (ex. check out procedures), and to add photos/videos to internal guest notes. Would be helpful to be able to review a guest in internal guest notes while at the homes during inspection period to assist in the review period and by saving the photos/videos in internal guest notes it would assist in any claims that would need to be made.

  16. Support more amenity mapping for Marriott AC

    Currently, AC in Hostfully is mapped to AIR_CONDITION, which is translated into "Air Conditioning Central" on Marriott. (which all of their properties feature centralized air conditioning)

    However, this may not be correct for all PMs, as they can also have other type of AC, like window or standalone AC, of mapping type AIRCONDITIONWINDOW.

    In order to support this, Hostfully should have another mapping type to Marriott AIRCONDITIONWINDOW.

  17. Hello, is there a "variable" for the next check-in date? I am looking to put this in a message for my inspector/handyman, in stating the checkout of the current stay and including when the next check-in is, in case there is something to be fixed, he knows how much time he has to fix it.
