  4. Currently in Spain we are having to register every guest over a certain age. The pre arrival form is the only way we can capture this without spending a lot of manhours chasing guests for information.
    What I propose is that each section of the form has the ability to add extra boxes of information.
    We need the name, I.D. type, I.D. number, expiry date, home address and the list goes on for each guest. So when they select the number of guests, you get multiple input boxes. Currently we get basic information for multiple guests and we need more.…

  8. It should allow Property Manager to send quote again from Pipeline even though lead status has been changed to 'quote_sent' as sometime, guest negotiates for a better deal and we need to send quote again to the guest.

  11. In Pre-arrival form, I only need the information of main guest including guest name, age and email, not other additional guests. Imagine a villa with 10 guests, it will upset certainly the leader to fill the form for 10 guests, collect all names, emails, ages, etc

    However, when unchecking the fields First name, Last name, Age, Email under 'Additional guest information' section makes the fields for Main guest (first name, last name, age, email) hidden as well so we have to add the custom questions.

  18. When the checkboxes related to new listing discounts for Vrbo are disabled (i.e., not clickable), this indicates that the eligibility period for the discount has ended. However, this is not immediately obvious to users, as the checkbox label may still suggest the discount is available, causing confusion.

  19. On Booking widget, the pricing section doesn’t appear to move when clicking on "Show details", and it wasn’t immediately obvious that they needed to scroll all the way down to see the rest of the information.

  20. Can I suggest having the design team make it so that if negative notes are left in the Notes tab on Hostfully under a guest's booking that it automatically disable the positive guest review and flag a reminder to leave a negative review
