  1. Currently I can only run reports for all properties/ 1 property at a time. I want to be able to select multiple properties and run a report with one click.

  2. The photos from Hostfully can be mapped to Airbnb even though it's not a sleep area so the work "Where you'll sleep" could be a bit confused, I think it would be better if we can change it to something like "Map to Airbnb" only or remove the "sleep portion".

  3. At the moment, Vrbo and Booking reservations with failed payment will still come into Hostfully as confirmed unpaid bookings. If guests have already stayed or left, I want to have a recourse or protection in case they damage the property or don't pay.

  4. We currently have to resend links to most BDC guests as the current links to the pre arrival form and damage deposit don't work-especially when try from a mobile as the links are broken.

  5. Using a channel manager has made things for difficult for me. I now have to handle security deposits, rejected payments, credit card fraud issues, collect- file - pay occupancy tax etc. All this was done by VRBO before I had a channel manager. Can you please get an arrangement with VRBO like you do with Airbnb that they will still provide those services even though we are using you.

    We are currently looking into this exact implementation where Vrbo will remain the merchant of record for connected PMs. Not that this work has a dependency on Vrbo and the APIs they are planning to provide in 2024 to support this.

  6. Bulk update amenities via API. Otherwise 5 amenities would require 5 separate calls and that's bad to scale.

    The event New message in inbox is working for action sending email only.

    As a host, I want this event works for channel message as well.

    It helps to cover the scenario:
    When the guest sent me a message, I want to be able to trigger to fire a automatically acknowledge message to guest. (Ex: I have received your message and will get back soon etc) when you received their message.

    => It helps to save the responding time in my account. (Airbnb has reviewed the host responding time)

  13. At the moment, for Vrbo bookings, when changing the email address, it generates a brand new thread without any past conversations, making it hard to track past information. We'd like to keep the old Vrbo thread on Hostfully inbox, even when the guest email was changed
