  1. Please add the property name to the pre-arrival form when completed. When I receive the form information by email I cannot see unless I click into the link what property it is for.

    It would be extremely helpful as I am managing multiple properties with other managers to know who the form belongs to without having to open the link and then click through the tabs to check the property.

  2. I mean the code can be used for many bookings during the time periods as long as the booking is valid. But each user/email, when making a reservation, can only use that code once.

  5. Hi UserVoice Support,

    We are requesting the addition of a booking date variable in the system, specifically to insert the date of the first payment (i.e., the initial booking confirmation) into guest receipts and booking communications.

    This date is not only important for guest records and travel insurance purposes but is also a requirement under the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) guidelines. TICO mandates that travel agencies provide accurate transaction documentation, including the date on which the booking or first payment was made.

  6. Currently, we are only allowed to offer percent discounts, or figure discounts to a promo code, but I would like to allow some of my VIP repeater guests the privilege of having a lower minimum night stay during peak periods, say, minimum 2 nights instead of my usual minimum 4.

  9. As standard we take the security deposit/ balance from guests at 60 days before arrival. However, on booking.com their terms are different and the deposits aren't taken until 14 days before arrival.

    We would like a way to stop their balance showing as outstanding and 'red ring' on our pipeline until their payment is actually due

  12. Certain variables, such as [$TRANSACTIONAMOUNT$], [$TRANSACTIONID$],[$GUESTINFOURL$]- which leads to the pre-arrival form, and others are only functional in system templates. I'd like to be able to insert them into custom templates so that I can have more control over formatting, colors, branding, and when these messages are triggered.

  17. The current booking setting is set to booking request, however, we're using VacationRentPayment (VRP) and by design they charge guests immediately when they place the requests.

    We want to turn off triggers for only reservations that use VRP, so they don't get the check in informed, So that I can encourage them to cancel if it don't like the reservation.

    We want to add a trigger condition to distinguish the payment method

  18. Fee Information: Display all price and fees on all platforms. Minimum requirement is to show platform fee (e.g. OTA commission for Booking.com). A solution like Airbnb's fee breakdown would be good.

    Transactional Costs: Ideally, lead view should list transactional costs as a separate fee under platform commission. If not possible, include in notes section as an alternative. (currently it's only available in order details window)

  19. As the logo is so small, if there's text in the logo, the text is often almost impossible to see. Also, it may help if there were a separate logo field to upload the logo image for the direct booking site on the direct booking website tab, instead of pulling it from the agency settings. That way, we could select a logo maybe without text .
