  1. We would love a feature to auto-block calendar days when maximum limit of personnel is reached. For example, we have part time employees for housekeeping , and the maximum each person can do in a day is 5 apartments. We would love a feature where we can set up how many employees are working each day (for example 3 employees = max 15 apartments) and when that limit is reached, the rest of the apartaments' calendar will be blocked for that day.   6. It would be extremely helpful to have an option to automatically cancel unpaid reservations after a defined number of hours. This would help prevent calendar blocks due to unpaid bookings and reduce the need for manual follow-up or cancellations.

  8. I am looking for a way to upload documents to the owners portal. Documents that don't exist in Hostfully already. Each year we do a survey of the properties and give recommendations of things the owners improve, so that is an example of something we would like the ability to be able to drop in the owner portal.

  12. In the new lead modal, you cannot see per-night rent amount like the old modal which is hard for us to compare with the daily pricing. It would be helpful if there is a dropdown list of per-night rent.

  20. I don't want to use Discounts code as I want the discounts to be applied automatically to Rent.

    Setting discounts in Pricing tab will be automatically applied but pushed to Vrbo channel as well and I only want it to apply to DBS, no other channels.
