  2. Add the ability to pin or flag specific inbox messages that require follow-up action or tasks. This would help property managers mark messages that need attention later, such as guest requests requiring action or messages needing follow-up responses.

  3. be able connect owner bank account into property setting
    Beside the request to Allow access for multiple owners per property, I also want to be able to connect owner bank account (even more than one if you allow multiple owners for 1 property) and slit the payment for them

  5. I am using Waivo insurance and have the standard fee for first 10nights, but after that it goes to a nightly rate. Is there a way to set up a fee to charge charge the guest the full amount of the Waivo fee when they are staying longer than the 10 days?

  6. Currently, optional upsell items (such as pet fees) are only displayed later in the booking process, around the “Confirm and Continue” or payment stage. This can make them easy for guests to miss.

    It would improve the user experience to surface these options earlier in the flow — for example:

    After guests input the number of guests

    Before clicking “Book Now”

    Or as a dropdown/selectable option earlier in the checkout process

    This would make upsells more visible and intuitive, and could potentially increase adoption and reduce confusion for guests.

  9. I would need the invoices for the transaction fees Hostfully charges for all transactions processed through Stripe.
    Stripe provides the invoice for their commission, but I don’t have any document justifying the fees that Hostfully deducts from the payments I receive.

  10. When jobs are created automatically by trigger, start time and end time are defaulted to checkout time and 1 hour after checkout time. However, our job must be from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM. So it would be helpful if we can select the start time and end time when setting trigger for job creation.

  11. Most properties prefer me to block dates for them, so we as property managers in the main (or principal) user, should be able to block dates and pick the option of owner block so we get the same purple color as when they block.

When a PM rebooks a guest, they want to be able to add a condition that if they are a repeat guest, the guest doesn't get the generic 'looking forward to meeting you' welcome email, but instead a different, more personal email which says something like 'looking forward to seeing you again'. So add a condition if the guest is a repeat guest.

  13. PM feedback/request regarding Booking.com payment behavior and guest-facing charge transparency when using Hostfully as the merchant of record.

    Current pain points:

    PMS payment schedule settings (ex: “collect balance 5 days before arrival”) appear to imply they apply to Booking.com reservations as well, but Booking.com reservations may follow different payment timing/workflows.
    Guests may see messaging during checkout indicating they will not be charged until later, but then experience immediate charges/payment requests.
    Security deposit charges configured correctly in Hostfully are not clearly displayed/explained to Booking.com guests during checkout/payment flow.
    This creates guest confusion, payment disputes, and additional manual follow-up work for PMs.

  16. Currently, Hostfully Owner Adjustments support one-time and recurring monthly adjustments, but there is no option to create recurring annual owner fees.

    Many property managers charge owners annual fees for services that are billed once per year rather than monthly. Today, these fees must be manually entered each year, creating additional administrative work and increasing the risk of missed charges.

  19. Either add Booking.com photo tags to the Hostfully interface, or update the integration so tags don't get removed when Hostfully syncs the listing with Booking.com.

    Right now, tags I add to my listing photos in Booking.com get removed once Hostfully syncs the listing.
