  3. Requesting an enhancement to Hostfully's Zapier integration to automate the process of triggering review requests via Airbnb review. Specifically, they want to automatically trigger a "Zap" when a guest leaves a 5-star review on Airbnb. Currently, they have to manually extract 5-star reviews from Hostfully reservations and upload the data to Nice Jobs (additional tool used by customer), which is time-consuming.

    Key Issues:
    Hostfully does not have a trigger for Airbnb reviews, particularly 5-star reviews.
    Existing "notes" triggers in Hostfully's Zapier integration are unclear regarding which note fields are actionable.

  5. It would be helpful to have the ability to add additional guests to the communication thread. Currently, only the primary guest receives messages, which means hosts must rely on them to relay information. Allowing multiple guests to be included would improve communication, reduce misunderstandings, and enhance the guest experience. This feature would be especially useful for group bookings or situations where multiple guests are involved in trip planning.

  6. When I get a lead or inquiry through channels, I get an email notifying me. However, when I get a lead or inquiry for a direct booking with Hostfully, I don't get notified of this. How is that possible. Is there a way that we can get a text or email when we get a lead/inquiry for a direct booking with Hostfully?

  8. Ability to select which fields from the reservation you would like to hidde for example: phone, email

    example: think about that you are haddling a reservation from schratch and in between since the owner has his telephone number he calls the guest to ask if we did our job well or even to pass him through to another property of his that we are not managing.....can you imagine what can cause this to us?

  9. At the moment, reservation booked within 48 hours, and guest can choose the check-in time

    The check-in time should be visible in the booking request that Airbnb sent, not in Hostfully system. Airbnb does not send anything explicitly to the host stating that the check-in time has changed; however, the reservation request Airbnb sent to the guest does include the check-in time.

    We need Hostfully to request this information thru the API and indicate it somewhere in Hostfully system so we can know before accept or decline the booking request as it's very important information to look at

  13. We are finding that some guests will upload a selfie or a piece of ID without a photo (even after explaining this in the message.)
    Currently, we have to contact Hostfully to reset the pre arrival form as we cannot reset it or request that the guest complete it again.

  17. To prevent incurring non-refundable fees from Stripe, we've set 'Percentage at Reservation' to '0%' and 'Collect balance at' to 30 days. Our refund policy states that no refunds will be issued within 30 days of the scheduled arrival. When a customer makes a reservation through our website more than 30 days in advance, no credit card information is captured initially. To enhance the process, we propose making a $1 authorization to verify and capture the card, ensuring a smoother transaction when processing the charge 30 days prior to arrival.
