I want to bulk import property data into Hostfully (things like amenities and bedroom counts). If there's a CSV file we can fill in the information, that will be great.

Half bedroom option
We use Hostfully as our content management system for our public web sites. In certain cases where a bed doesn't reside in a real bedroom, but rather in an office or study, or in a living room with a convertible sofa, we feel it is disingenuous to advertise the sleeping option as a bedroom. We'd rather present it as a 1/2 bedroom. See below screenshot of the property referenced here (we have several in that situation), where a sofa bed is available in a non-bedroom.

Integrate with Rental Listing Sites (Mid Term Rentals)
For mid-term rentals: integrate with rental listing sites like ZILLOW and AVAIL.
Pretty much just for the availability! It is annoying to have to "confirm availability" for both Zillow and Avail AND update the availability separate from Hostfully.

Automatically reject the unsupported photo format when uploading to HFL photos.
When I uploaded the photos in the unsupported format (HEICs), the system didn't reject it but still allow to upload the photos but it can not be pushed to channels.
=> I have to remove the photos and re-upload again.=> the system should really reject the images if they are not able to push to the platforms so it would help us to avoid the double work in such cases.

I would find very useful a "Today" tab in Hostfully Dashboard to only see the current day check-ins and check-outs

Ability to move a booking from one property to another
Currently, if a guest needs to be moved from one property to another, the only way is to cancel the original booking and create a new manual booking in the correct property. This process is time-consuming and can create confusion for both guests and property managers.
It would be extremely helpful to have a feature that allows property managers to transfer an existing booking from one property to another directly in the system.

I have a template to email myself info whenever a new booking comes in. It would be useful if there was a variable that was a link that would take me to this new guest/booking in my inbox.

Automatically adjust the guest's language in Hostfully based on the preferred language in Booking.com
My guests on Booking.com can leave their preferred language when making reservations (e.g. German). However, when the reservation comes to Hostfully, the language is still English. I'd like this field to be automatically updated to the preferred language from Booking.com so that Hostfully can automatically send messages to guests in the preferred language. Right now I need to manually update the guest's language in Hostfully.

Less Support Turnover, Enhanced Team Support
Having several different people “trying” to help within a short period of time can lead to different and sometimes contradictory information, as has already happened.
Even though Hostfully has several support agents available who can review the case and assist, it often means having to explain the problem all over again, repeat the entire process for a new person, and sometimes receive replies that have nothing to do with the original issue.
As a solution, you could reduce the number of different agents handling the same ticket or issue for a single person. Obviously, this might mean waiting longer for…

Support different security deposit amounts for sub-units instead of using the master unit’s default in BDC
In Booking.com, the Security deposit amount of the master unit is used for all sub-units. Support setting up different security deposit amounts per sub-unit instead.
