  1. Both the Alternative Rental Dates and the Alternative Options templates have the same variable [$LEADAVAILABLEPROPERTY_LIST$] which means that the information shared will be the same. It would be helpful to have a variable that includes the alternative dates for the property that the guest has inquired about, instead of these two template that are almost identical.

    It would also be helpful if the Alternative Rental Dates template could be selected from the pipeline, like the Alternative Options template.

  2. I want to have the trigger condition to send the message out only if the rental agreement has not been signed.

    For example, I’m sending out reminder messages to them to sign the rental agreement closer to their stay but I don’t want these to go out if they’ve already signed, so as to not bother them. I’ve been manually deleting these future messages

  9. Hostfully does not enable hosts to specify the number of pets allowed in property setting, but Airbnb does. As a result, Hostfully does not communicate the pet number to Airbnb, and Airbnb displays its default value of 5 on the listing.

    The property manager would like to be able to define the number of pets so that the information is accurate and does not mislead guests.

  11. We enter adjustments that are $0 but now can't.

    Sometimes we log repairs that we've done for free just to reinforce the value of hiring us, that there are extras that we do that owners don't have to hire a handyman for. For owners that think self managing is easier, this is a way for us to convey that.

    We also sometimes log $0 as a placeholder so we don't forget to add something and then go back and update later. Lastly, it's another way if we have petty cash for a particular house to log those charges against that…

  14. In Pre-arrival forms => Estimated arrival time, there are multiple options which is earlier than Property default checkin time so user can select the checkin time that we cannot accommodate.

    For example, checkin time is 3:00 PM but they can select 2:00 PM or earlier.

    Is there any way we can restrict the option to select there to make sure only fews option for checkin and checkout time can be selected?

  15. I need the trigger condition of "if the rental agreement is NOT signed" to resend it, in the case where the booking is outside of the direct booking site (otherwise, the rental agreement has to be signed before proceeding to book).

  16. When hostfully is integrated with VRBO, the listing description is all out of order. The notes section is at the top, which should be at the bottom like Airbnb. Several fields, are noted through the listing description in a weird order without a headline and it doesn't make any sense. The fields for the neighborhood, interaction, access and transit are described throughout the VRBO listing with no headline and in a very weird order. Those fields should only communicate with Airbnb, since there is no equivalent for VRBO. It creates a very confusing VRBO listing.

Send triggers that allow you to create a email you can send out to add a early check in or even an extra day based on calendar availability, For Ex: if an extra day is available at the end of a reservation 2 days before the reservation ends, I can send out an email that lets them at a day at a discounted rate to help book the calendar up, same goes for early and late checkouts and they can pay automatically and it adds the info to their reservation

  20. Hostfully widget is a custom integration, this is why property manager cannot enroll in Chargeback Protection. Per this article "Stripe Checkout"  is a must
