  1. Right now Airbnb messages are coming in sometimes when a property manager imports a property from Airbnb, even if they have not turned that property to “on” in the Airbnb channel.

    Another case is that, when a PM connects to an Airbnb account but only imports and manages one, not all, listings in that account. Nevertheless, Airbnb messages from other listings not managed by them show up in Inbox without property and reservation details.

    We would like for Airbnb messages to only start appearing in the Inbox when the property managers goes to Channels / Airbnb and turns “on” that…

  3. Several guests have specifically recommended looking into GDS integration to streamline their booking processes and enhance accessibility to our properties. Integrating with GDS providers like Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, Worldspan and Galileo by Travelport could significantly improve our visibility and booking convenience for this particular segment of travelers, which is rapidly growing for us. Given the potential benefits in meeting the specific needs of corporate clients more effectively, we see GDS integration as a strategic step to expand our reach and service capabilities in the corporate travel market.

  4. VRBO has a new feature where you can have different cancellation policies for different times of the year. How to a use this feature with Hostfully. VRBO won't let me edit the cancellation policy. It would be great to have ability to create cancellation policies for different period.

  6. It is noted in the v1.5->3 upgrade guide that v3's agencies endpoint supports a "rentalConditions" field, but no other APIs seem to exist for updating the per-property rental conditions. It would be great to automate these to ensure they are accurate and make changing all properties a lot easier

  7. In the owners section in the main dropdown menu, the owners are displayed but, (we have over 100 properties listed), we need the properties linked to the owner so we do not have to search through all properties to find them.

  13. When managing reservations, it would be helpful to manually adjust the commission rates for each booking based on the source. For example, when a guest books through Booking.com, the commission rate differs from a direct booking rate. Currently, I'm unable to reflect the specific rates, like the 9% commission for agency bookings versus the 15% for direct reservations. Having a feature to set these rates accurately per reservation would streamline accounting and provide a clearer view of the actual revenue from each booking source.

  15. I want to track rentals based on owners, also a property CRM could work. Where I can see rows of each rental and have constant contact with the owners. If a property has not had a rent in over 3 months, send an automated mail to maintain our contact going. Also track other things, like a column of last price update to have in mind what is missing for each owner and maintain that.

  20. As a property manager, upon receiving a Booking.com reservation, there are occasions when the credit card may fail to charge for various reasons. However, I face limitations in reporting an invalid card to request a new one from the guest or to request cancellation due to an invalid credit card. This limitation arises because I lack access to the credit card's CVC code, which is now transmitted via API and cannot be viewed on the Extranet anymore.
