Ability to make calendar on Direct Booking site clickable
The calendar on the direct booking site doesn't allow you to select dates, view pricing or click on dates to make a booking and just seems to be for display only.
This functionality (like the calendar widget), would greatly improve user journey.

Image upload crop tool should default to full image selection
Previously, when uploading images, the crop tool would automatically select the full image, allowing users to simply click “continue.” Now, the tool defaults to a square crop, forcing users to manually adjust or cancel and re-upload.
This adds unnecessary friction, especially for users who consistently want to keep the original image format.
Request: Set the default crop selection to the full image (as before), or provide an option to keep original dimensions without manual adjustment.

Allow agencies using the white label to add their own custom chat widget alongside Hostfully’s existing support widget.
This will Provide the ability to embed a third-party/custom chat widget within the white label app interface. Ideally:
The agency’s custom chat widget would appear on the left-hand side
Hostfully’s support widget would remain available on the right-hand sideThis would allow property owners to:

seasonal cancelation
Airbnb just announced seasonal cancellation is available with their platform. I need a flexible cancellation policy during low season and a strict cancellation policy for my peak seasons. If a guest cancels a peak season booking, I am forced to discount to fill the space. This results in a lower revenue booking or gaps in my calendar during peak seasons.
During slower seasons, I am ok with flexible cancellation policies to help fill my calendar.

Seasonal discounts
Support on seasonal discount for high and low season. It would be helpful if we can select date range for discounts to apply it on different season.
For example, pricelabs which I am using now and they want my prices up over $320 a night high season and $154 in low season... we book in Costa Rica 6 months in advance for trips... people book ahead. so right now my monthly rate is showing $9000 when my competition is $6000... but if I put a discount of 30 percent on that now... anything I have in low season is going…

Ability to add more sub reports to owner report
Owner report can only have 2 sub reports, one is Booking/Financial/Revenue report and one is owner adjustments. When you run the report and choose the date range, both sub reports will run data of bookings within this time frame. Any data outside the date range can't be generated.
However, we want to add more sub reports (e.g Year to Date financial report) there to generate the information OUTSIDE of the date range selected.
Im summary, we want to select multiple date ranges for each sub report and show all those sub ones in 1 owner report only.

Able to automatic re-create the promo code
Allow users to create promo codes that automatically apply to a rolling date range (e.g., next 3 weeks) instead of fixed dates.
For example: a promo code that always gives 20% off for bookings with check-in dates within the next 21 days.
This would reduce manual updates and help optimize last-minute occupancy.
