A user would like to set the booking window to exactly 60 days, but the current dropdown only allows preset options (1, 3, 6 months, etc.)

Enable Keyword Search in Inbox
Currently, the inbox search on Hostfully only allows searching by guest name or email. It would be incredibly helpful if users could also search by keywords within the conversation history.
There are many situations where we may not remember a guest’s exact name or email, but we can recall specific words, details, or phrases from the conversation. Being able to search by any keyword written in a message would:
Greatly improve efficiency in finding past communications
Save time when retrieving important details
Provide a smoother workflow for property managers

Airbnb alteration for special offered bookings should keep the original price
When altering an Airbnb special offer booking from Pipeline, alteration (by choosing 1 more nights) kinda reset calculation to default ones, which is higher then the original quote guest books.
This will cause confusion to guest as they see the price is way much higher than it should and possibly guest can cancel. So when altering a special offer, the original quote should remain plus the additional rent for extra nights added which would be more helpful.

See cancellation date and time on the lead modal
How am I supposed to know to refund the guest or not based on my cancellation policy if I don't know the cancellation date?
For example Ruben Aguilar cancelled and I don't know if he cancelled w/in 24 hours of booking or not.

Be able to include variables for reservation pricing, such as order statement, to send SMS templates to owners for bookings notifications

Allow separate Stripe connections for sub-properties
Currently, sub-properties in Hostfully inherit the payment processor settings from their master property, meaning all payments are routed through the master’s Stripe account.
For property managers who operate multi-unit listings, it would be extremely helpful to allow connecting different Stripe accounts directly to sub-properties without unlinking them from the master.

Use Fee name from Fees, Taxes, and Policies tab to reflect on channels instead of mapping type
For example, a PM configured a custom fee named "Tourism Fee" in the Fees, Taxes, and Policies tab from Hostfully and mapped it to channels (Airbnb/ BDC, Vrbo, etc.). It would be more clear and synchronise if on channels, the fee also reflects as "Tourism Fee" and not as its mapping type.

Ability to customize the owner report name when sharing via email
Currently, after sharing the owner report via email, the name of the report file shows as "Owner+[Owner ID]", so I would like to have the ability to customize the owner report name when sharing via email.

Modify fields in rental agreement
Ability to modify the guest information field in rental agreement (name, email, phone number).
At the moment, if email field is blank for Airbnb booking, it appears as "null" instead of blank.
