  2. When creating an enhanced report, Owner Blocks and Agency Blocks should be recognized as reservations or its own separate category that can be included in the report. This is very critical when looking at financials and occupancy.

  3. Currently, there's no field to add Tax rate and to apply the tax per night/stay/hour/person/pet etc..
    It would be great if we can add those fields so PM can have the correct tax on the custom fees applied for Direct Booking site

    * Refund issued in the lead order.
    * Guest's impatience regarding the delay in receiving a refund, I cancelled the refund directly in Stripe and transferred the funds to the guest. However, despite the refund status being updated to "failed" in Stripe, the corresponding lead order continued to display the refund as "successful."

    ​Feature Request: I am requesting a feature enhancement that ensures synchronization between the refund status in Stripe and the corresponding lead order. Specifically, when a refund is cancelled directly in Stripe and marked as "failed," this status should be automatically reflected in the lead order.

  7. PMs have added tags to help identify returning guests. They've expressed the desire to create templates that will only be sent to those individuals, but tags need to be added to the trigger conditions in order for this to happen.

  9. We use VR Platform for owner accounting and statements, and have some other things for owners that exist outside Hostfully. I want to have all those links in a central place. It would be great if we could add some "quick links" to the owner portal so owners can easily get to those other services.

  12. Sometimes we need to claim money from a guest who does not follow the house rules. For example, we may need to claim extra cleaning fees for a pet and show that pets were not allowed on the furniture.

    Although the house rules are included in the pre-arrival form for guests to check and agree with, there is no way for us to obtain a PDF of it like the rental agreement. This makes it difficult to provide evidence that the guest agreed to our house rules in order to claim the money.

  14. In Agency Settings -> Rental Conditions and Property -> Rental Conditions, add the ability to use template variables and HTML formatting.

    Some examples of how we could use this:
    - Use variables in the Agency Rental Conditions to include property-specific information, allowing us to have a single common text.
    - Include specific booking data such as damage waiver, number of nights, the actual guest name, etc.
    - The ability to format the conditions makes it far easier for a guest to read and understand.

  15. With the recent changes to Owner Adjustments, we can no longer create an Adjustment with a date in the future. This is very important for us to be able to enter adjustments that we be recognized in the future and don't want to forget to enter it.

  16. It would be helpful if there is an option to allow us to zero out the multiplier when needed to get these mid term rentals the exact price we need to.

    For example, a 29-night stay is 2000 but there is a rate multiplier of 4% so I have to enter rent amount as 1923.5 but the total is not exact 2000.

  17. Both the Alternative Rental Dates and the Alternative Options templates have the same variable [$LEADAVAILABLEPROPERTY_LIST$] which means that the information shared will be the same. It would be helpful to have a variable that includes the alternative dates for the property that the guest has inquired about, instead of these two template that are almost identical.

    It would also be helpful if the Alternative Rental Dates template could be selected from the pipeline, like the Alternative Options template.

  19. Would be cool if we could have more editing possibility over this pre-arrival form. If we could add some text, for instance if I could add a text-box above the esimated arrival time:
    "Please note that arrival time is possible from 3pm" or if a message could show saying "only from 3pm" for isntance.

    Instead of custom field, if we could chose the way we want to organize info on this pre-arrival form with "drag and drop" of elements.
