  1. I would like to request the option to configure the deposit collection method per channel, so that I can collect it manually on Booking.com, but automatically on other platforms like VRBO or direct bookings through Hostfully.

  3. We would like the ability to set a flat monthly rate for properties, rather than relying solely on nightly rates. This would allow guests to book accommodations on a monthly basis at a fixed price (e.g., $2,100/month), which is especially useful for mid- to long-term stays.

  6. On Airbnb, there is a field to add the door code, which is shown directly on the Airbnb reservation. We were wondering if there is something similar that works specifically with Airbnb. If anything changes in the future, please let us know — it would be great to have this available in Airbnb.

  7. We would like to be able to register one single webhook with an array of multiple eventTypes at once for the agency.

    i just counted how many webhook eventTypes i'll need to create and manage and it ended up being around 13 for each agency, that is crazy.

    Our webhook callback Url is always going to be the same for every webhook eventType, it won't change.

    If we can have one single call with all the eventTypes, that would make things so easy for the partner.

  9. In the previous version (V2), it was really easy to see which photos were mapped to each room in the Where you'll sleep section. Everything was laid out clearly, and I could tell at a glance which photos were assigned or missing room tags.

    With V3, it's a lot more time-consuming. I have to click "Edit" on every single photo just to check if it’s linked to a room or not. This gets very tedious, especially when there are a lot of photos. It also makes it harder to troubleshoot or manage the listings efficiently.

  11. The biggest STR booking site in the world has made a very simple change to eliminate useless information and friction from their booking widget.

    It is my opinion that this change reflects a more modern, guest sensitive and reduced friction booking experience that has been proven by the best in the business. AirBnB tested the option for a year and have now gone to "All fees included" pricing. I cleared all cookies and AirBnB now presents the the all fees include pricing without option, because it was proven as a preferred option.

There isn't a general file upload feature for posting photos or PDFs directly to the owner portal but it would be nice to have this feature to be able to post monthly newsletters or other key communication. Currently I have to email each owner a newsletter but they trend to loose it in their email or complain about having to check Hostfully for some information and emails for other info. I would be nice to have it all in one spot for them.

  13. Owner reports can include expenses only, rentals only, or both. However, the logo currently has to remain the same in all cases.

    A brand should be able to use one logo for both expenses and rentals, while also having the option to use a separate logo for expenses-only reports. This would avoid confusion for owners who do not rent out their property and shouldn’t see branding that implies rentals.

  14. Property Managers need a way to cancel a booking and release the dates, but keep the original guest financially responsible until the dates are rebooked.

    If the dates are successfully rebooked, the system should allow applying a penalty and refunding the balance directly from the cancelled order.
    If the dates are not rebooked, the original guest remains responsible for the full booking amount.

  16. Ical works in UTC (Z at the end), so the TZ of the customer does not matter.

    Google calendar's UTC time is what we take into consideration for ical.

    9 PM in Mexico is already past midnight in UTC, so it takes the next day.

    is it possible to consider the property timezone for this?
