  4. Recent changes to the UI for owner adjustments is overall good, but there's two changes that are not good and I'd like you to pass this feedback to your product team.

    We NEED the column for Notes to be visible in the table, as it was before the latest update. We use Name to categorize the expense and Notes to spell out what it was. Now I have to painfully click into each row to see if I logged something properly. This is a huge time suck by hiding that.

  6. When I extend the hold on the pipeline if the date range is occupied with another hold, the system shows the error pop-up window that says internal server error
    => would be better for the pop-up window to say "There is already an active open hold for this listing"

  7. It might be confusing between Minimum nights and weekend minimum nights in property settings. I just think people will think that the minimum stay requirement would override a minimum weekend requirement.

    It would be great to show a more detail in the tooltip to inform users that weekend minimum nights will override minimum nights field.

  11. Apologize for my frustration, but owners need some kind of notification if messages don’t go out. The message wouldn’t be sent if it wasn’t important, so please let owners know your system is not working so they can resend. Thank you

  12. It would be great to have variables collecting information from the splash screen feature. This way introduction messages can be personalized for all guests based on the information they provide, this would make the guidebook personalized for everybody and not only for guests with secure links (ie. instead of the introduction saying "Hey there" could say "Hey Marcos" based on the first name they provide on the splash screen)

  14. I need to snooze a listing on Airbnb temporarily but I need the property show on Hostfully calendar to check upcoming bookings.

    However, snoozing the listing on Airbnb is overridden by Hostfully. The only way is deactivating the property in Hostfully but then I cannot view the bookings.

    It's really inconvenient.

  17. In the CRM feature where I can look at a guest profile, in the Guest History section, please add a time stamp next to the date. When we have guests submit multiple quote requests on our website, it’s helpful to be able to see which order they came through so that I know which is most recent.

    Would you please provide more information about this request? We do not find information about this capability in Airbnb, and would need to better understand the charging scheme you would like to apply to cleaning fees depending on the length of stay. Thanks.
