  1. There will be an error OException during parsing request body when I input an amount with comma to Main Settings. For example: 15,999 is not a valid input for nightly base price. (it needs to be 15999). I want to be able to enter the amount with comma, or the system to add a prompt so users know not to put a comma there.

  2. A change log history for which shows which agent:
    - accepted the booking
    - communicated when
    - changed booking details
    - adjusted dates
    - changed price
    - cancelled a booking
    - changed property data
    - deactivated properties, channels, integrations

    Basically a history log for all bookings.
    Especially important when working with multiple agents handling the same booking.

  6. Because some property managers are not the OWNERS of the listing, it is misleading when we are working on managing and respond to guests but it’s the owner name that shows up and not the person managing or handling the account.

    Every message we send without Hostfully shows the owners name as though the message is coming from them - but it is NOT.
    The owners have asked why we aren’t getting the credit or using our name when responding to my guests and I told them your program doesn’t have that option.

  8. When we send a quote, it is important to see in that quote the discount applied. For instance, I set 10% for more than a week. Instead to change automatically the daily rate, it should show the discount applied as a single line. I believe that Guests would be more inclined to book with a discount.

  9. Airbnb has the option to choose to share the Service Fee between the host 3% and the guest 12% OR have the host pay the full-service fee 15%

    I don't see any place to manage that option on Hostfully.

    many thanks for your feedback. And we can close the case. The problem in this case is that we have 2 different numbers and different situations. The way you explain it and hostfully do it it is right and not right.

    I try to explain it:

    I have a pizza and like to make my pizza 15% bigger. Than I use your Formular: 100 * 1.15 = 115.…

  14. It would be great to have complex trigger options for "not" completing pre-arrival form or rental agreement.

    Also to have the actions "not" sending check-in instructions if they don't complete them.

    I have a hard time remembering to constantly check my pipeline to see if people haven't paid. It would be nice to know there was a safety net in place in case I don't catch it. And if you dont send them their check-in instructions, they will most definitely give you what you need.

  18. At the moment, it's not possible to set a trigger condition to send automatic message whenever there's a query from a certain period of time, saying that no one is available to answer query for example.

    It'd be nice if we can set auto message when we set "away".

  19. I tried calling Quickbooks regarding the matter and they said that it is not possible on their end to change how the data is coming into Quickbooks. I wish to change the data export settings for Hostfully to allow the data to come into Quickbooks as accounts receivable records instead of sales receipts
