  1. This feature would be an option to toggle a reservation where you are anticipating a bad review, therefore delaying your automated guest review from being posted to Airbnb until the final second of the 14-Day Guest Review Period.

    That way when it posts, it is hidden deeper in your listing's reviews if you had other guests stay & review within that 14-day period.   6. For example, in 2023, my agency's commission rate is 20%, but it changes to 25% in 2024. However, if I run the report for 2023, the commission rate will be 25% instead of the old one.

    It would be much more flexible and helpful to keep the correct date if we can maintain the old commission rate for old reports and just apply the new one from the date we change it.

  7. We enter adjustments that are $0 but now can't.

    Sometimes we log repairs that we've done for free just to reinforce the value of hiring us, that there are extras that we do that owners don't have to hire a handyman for. For owners that think self managing is easier, this is a way for us to convey that.

  8. When I deleted the report on HFL
    On owner portal the report still there, however, when the owner click on it > it shows the error page which can cause the confusion for owners.

    => I want when 1 report was deleted on my side, it should be removed automatically on owner side.

  9. Airbnb does automatic translation but I was just trying to do as much of my messaging and tasks through Hostfully as I can instead of having to go back and forth! I’ve been just responding through Airbnb so it would automatically translate what I’m texting instead of having to go through Google translate

  10. I am looking for a way to upload documents to the owners portal. Documents that don't exist in Hostfully already. Each year we do a survey of the properties and give recommendations of things the owners improve, so that is an example of something we would like the ability to be able to drop in the owner portal.

I would like to know if its possible to have templates that I can chose when sending the reservation when they can book at pay Credit card and when I request they pay through wire/zelle as some guests I dont want to have them pay Via CC as some guests dont want to pay the CC fee.   13. In Pre-arrival forms => Estimated arrival time, there are multiple options which is earlier than Property default checkin time so user can select the checkin time that we cannot accommodate.

    For example, checkin time is 3:00 PM but they can select 2:00 PM or earlier.

    Is there any way we can restrict the option to select there to make sure only fews option for checkin and checkout time can be selected?

  15. We have a pet agreement that we want to hyperlink to if the guest answers Yes to bringing a pet. Currently we can add a link but it isn't clickable, hyperlinking does not work on the guest side. Nothing happens when they click the link. They have to copy and paste the link to be able to read the agreement and indicate they agree with the terms. Would be nice to hyperlink to the rental agreement as well if we want. That way they aren't receiving too many agreements and forms to fill out.

  19. It would be nice to have a place for a custom URL for a thank you page, so that after a guest makes a reservation and checks out they can be sent back to a custom direct booking site. This would be very useful for tracking conversions if you are running ads.
