Aability to automatically set Minimum Stay to the size of the gap between reservations or blocked days
If I get a sandwich night, one night left in between the platform shuts it out as my min booking is two nights but I don't mind opening one-nighters in such scenario.

Option to "Mark property as clean"
we would like to see the cleaning status of our properties in Hostfully. This is quite important to know whether the property is cleaned and ready to go when new guest booking requests come in last minute, for example.

Display USD currency on Direct Site
The US currency letter is not displayed under the property price detail on my hostfully website, when accessed from other countries. In other words instead of US$, it displays only $ and guests ask the currency.

I like when the additional charge option is turned on for direct bookings but not for API connected. I am not interested in collecting a security deposit but thought it might be the 'hack' I need to get the CC authorization. If we were only on Airbnb would be fine since it wouldn't charge the security deposit but VRBO does and even set at $1 will add customer…

Don't require guest sign rental agreement again if they have done that for split payment.
A guest is prompted to sign the rental agreement each time they make a payment. This is an awkward customer experience. And inaccurate, since the rental conditions could have changed since they first signed and we need to honor the original agreement. It doesn't look polished for us to keep presenting the rental agreement to them each time, acting like we don't know who they are.
So if guest already signs rental agreement at initial payment, they don't have to sign it a again for balance.

Populate [$TRANSACTION_AMOUNT$] &[$TRANSACTION_ID$] when templates are sent from Inbox
At the moment, [$TRANSACTIONAMOUNT$] and [$TRANSACTIONID$] only work in the system template "Transaction paid in full" automatically sent by the system. If I resend this template from Inbox or use these variables in custom templates, they won't populate.

Make Early/Late Check-outs visible in the calendar
Our front desk can look at the Hostfully calendar and easily see what units are vacant due to early check outs. It will be quite inconvenient to manually check each reservation to figure out which ones are really occupied.

Change Book Now option to Continue.
Change the text on the button from "Book now" to "Continue". The latter is a more friendly and approachable option.

Amenity "private pool" for HVMI channel
Currently, only amenity "pool" is supported by Hostfully for HVMI channel. When I used the Filter & Sort and clicked Pool from there, the property shows up. However, when I used the Popular Filters and clicked the Private Pool, the property does not show up. I want amenity "private pool" to be supported.

Allow user to make multiple selections per Inbox filter
We have different departments that handle guest messages at different points in time throughout a guests' "stay". For example:
- Reservation Specialist handles messages and booking modifications prior to a guests' stay.
- House Manager handles messages from guests in-stay
- Vacation Designer handles messages from booked guests and in-stay guestsThe inbox should allow the user to make multiple selections in the status and channel filters so that they can focus on the messages that apply to their work. These filters should save until the user changes them (use "apply filter" and "clear filter" logic, similar to the calendar)

Currently, the only way for me to do this is (every single time I receive a webhook): receive the webhook, get the threaduid and agencyuid, pull ALL of the leads for that agency, then for EACH lead call the GET messages endpoint to get the message and check to see if the thread_uid matches to find the thread with the uid matching what was in the webhook. I'd like to ask if we have a way to view the audit trail in Hostfully. We'd like to see by whom the changes were made. Because we made a few changes in our properties and it went back to the old one.

Add a promo code when sending a quote
Ability to add a promo code on the pop up where I’m sending a quote to a guest. Otherwise I just have to manually modify my rate and doesn’t allow us to track promo utilization. And if I add it as a line item then it's a post-tax deduction which means the guest isn’t getting charged properly (and doesn’t reflect the correct nightly rate in analytics either).

We would like to have Property Bulk edit on the Pricing page where Nightly price, minimum stay and Check-in/out Restrictions work separately. It means that you could choose to bulk edit some of them or all of them instead of default bulk edit for 3 of them.
