  3. We already get the notification from each platform about cancellation through text message and email. What I want to have is the notification through hostfully. If we get any cancellation information in dashboard or inside of hostfully app or web, it should be more intuitive and easy to collect all of the information

  7. When sending a custom template from the inbox, show the subject line of the custom template. Currently, when you send a custom template from the inbox, the received email subject line says, "You have a new message from (Agency Name)". It would be useful to maintain the actual subject line of the custom template.

  8. Airbnb does automatic translation but I was just trying to do as much of my messaging and tasks through Hostfully as I can instead of having to go back and forth! I’ve been just responding through Airbnb so it would automatically translate what I’m texting instead of having to go through Google translate

  16. The idea is for our owners to see the entire amount the guest pays, including the cost of cleaning.

    We, as an agency, pay local taxes on the entire amount paid by the guest, i.e. the amount of stay and cleaning combined. If the owner sees a different amount, our settlements with him cannot be consistent and correct in any way. We would like him to see the total amount paid by the guest - for the stay and cleaning together

  18. At the moment, it's not possible to download the conversation on Inbox.

    We'd love to have this option to download conversation and resertvation details incase of dispute, this would be very helpful specially for direct booknig since we use hostfully as our messaging platform for direct booking
