  1. Reasoning is the cancellation policies are so limited with Airbnb that I really only want to extend the cancellation policy that Airbnb has only to those who discover us through Airbnb. With direct bookings I would prefer what we have listed in our current rentals agreements.

At the moment, when there's a sync issue with channel (for example: Airbnb), the error message is not clear and I need to reach out to support every time to check the root cause (an error occurred, could not update booking settings, etc.). I want to have clearer messages so I know what to do to troubleshoot.

  5. On the property fees and policies tab, under property expectations, it shows the Airbnb and Hostfully icon. However, these expectations do not appear on the Hostfully direct booking website. This is an Airbnb feature only. Can we remove the Hostfully icon here so it is not confusing/misleading?

  8. When adding a new lead, the default is set to On Hold. This is a really item to miss. It would be better to NOT have a default here, and do not allow a lead to be saved until one of the options is selected. This will force people to make sure they are choosing the correct setting for each new lead.

  10. When a reservation is modified to new check-in and check-out dates, guests will receive a balance request, pay via the payment link and need to sign again. When it is completed, we expect the rental condition will have the following information correctly:

    1/ New check-in and check-out dates
    2/ New total of nights
    3/ Signature from the last transaction made from payment link

    If guests enter the telephone numbers with double code, it will be imported with the wrong format.

    => We would like the system to automatically detect the country code and remove the redundant if guests accidentally add area code 2 times.

  15. I want to automatically apply a 11.57% rental tax rate for short-term stays and a 1.5% rental tax rate for long-term stays (over 30 days) when guests book, depending on their stay duration.

  16. Ability to add a promo code on the pop up where I’m sending a quote to a guest. Otherwise I just have to manually modify my rate and doesn’t allow us to track promo utilization. And if I add it as a line item then it's a post-tax deduction which means the guest isn’t getting charged properly (and doesn’t reflect the correct nightly rate in analytics either).

  19. Currently when setting up a fee or tax with % value, they are only based on the Rent amount. It would be great if we could decide either Rent or Rent + Cleaning fee or the Total amount of the lead or whatever to apply the fee or tax
