I would like a monthly summary of the amount owed each owner all on one report instead of the line by line amounts. This would make it much easier for me to know what I need to send owners each month instead of having it all be on a separate report for every owner.

Resend triggers if the lead's dates were modified
Triggers should fire again if the lead's dates have changed. For example "X days before stay starts".

Add the bed sizes as a category under 'amenities'
Add the bed sizes as a category under 'amenities'. Since, the bed sizes are checked off under the main settings tab when setting the bedrooms, couldn't this easily be added to the property's listing information?

Cancelled VRP transactions should be auto updated in Hostfully
Currently, when a transaction is canceled in VRP, it's not automatically updated in Hostfully and a manual refund transaction needs to be added in Hostfully instead. I want it to be auto updated so that I do not need to add a manual refund transaction.

Cancellations sometimes refund taxes
For canceled stays. Some jurisdictions require remittance of tot even on cancelled stays the hike others don't .
We need to be able to specify if a tax or fee is refundable on cancellation.
For example. If a cleaning fee is refunded then so is the tax but if there's a 50% rent retained on cancellation in some places we still have to collect and remit tax on the cancellation while some places only require occupancy tax if there's an actual occupancy…

Allow the "Enter a brief message" box to be optionally required by the Host to force the user to provide some information about their stay
Allow the "Enter a brief message" box to be optionally required by the Host to force the user to provide some information about their stay(Helping qualify guests and prevent parties etc.)

Show Tax rate in report correctly as it is in the Property Main Settings
If the Tax rate in Property Main Settings is 11.325%, then when we use variable {TAX_RATE} to extract the value, we would like to have it showed as 11.325% instead of the rounded value which is 11.3%

Trigger for when additional nights are available before a guest checks out.
We are looking to send messages to our current guests when there are additional nights available at the property they are staying at. In order to automate this process we would need a trigger that sends the message 1 day before check out if the property is available for the guest to extend their stay.

Create an option for a minimum reservation amount
I'd like the ability to set a minimum reservation value. This would be similar to the minimum nightly rate, except that it would apply to the total rent amount rather than each night.
For example, if I had a minimum nightly rate of $100 and a minimum reservation value of $150 then a two night stay would be $200 minimum while a one night stay would be $150 minimum.
This is related to the existing "minimum price rule," but a little different.

Support date range to schedule reports for Next month
At the moment, when scheudling reports, we don't have an option to choose Next month for Date range.
The use is for our service providers to see next months schedule and the only options are last month or this month. I need to send out future booking reports to our service providers (cleaners, snow plowers, etc) and owners as well for them to see a schedule one month ahead of time
