  2. We do not allow Saturday check ins and we are trying to use the booking widget - However, it looks like our Saturdays are blocked off of our calendar, which will be a deterrent to guests from even trying to book.

    It’s not about the ability to block certain days, but on how it’s displayed on the booking widget to avoid the misconception that the days are “booked” already.

    For example. on Airbnb booking widget UI,

    • Strikestrough days=booked,
    • Greyed out= unavailable from host,
    • Bold black= available

  3. I would like to propose a feature enhancement for Hostfully PMS that includes an automated response reminder system. This feature would work similarly to the notification systems found in platforms like Airbnb Inbox or Gmail.

    The system should automatically send a reminder or nudge to the user when there is a lead or message that has not been responded to within a specified timeframe (e.g., 24 hours).

    Customizable Timeframes:
    Users should be able to customize the reminder timeframe to suit their needs (e.g., 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours).

  11. I got this error when trying to create new BDC listings from Hostfully. The listings are in France:

    TPAExtensions/PropertyTaxInfo/PropertyRegisteredInVcs is mandatory for this location(#321) - TPAExtensions/PropertyTaxInfo/PropertyHasVat is mandatory for this location(#321) - TPA_Extensions/PropertyTaxInfo/PropertyDeclaresRevenue is mandatory for this location(#321)

    The option to Set Taxation is only visible for connected listing. Thus, to solve this, I have to create a hotel from BDC first before connecting it to Hostfully.

  15. We use VR Platform for owner accounting and statements, and have some other things for owners that exist outside Hostfully. I want to have all those links in a central place. It would be great if we could add some "quick links" to the owner portal so owners can easily get to those other services.

  16. This feature would be an option to toggle a reservation where you are anticipating a bad review, therefore delaying your automated guest review from being posted to Airbnb until the final second of the 14-Day Guest Review Period.

    That way when it posts, it is hidden deeper in your listing's reviews if you had other guests stay & review within that 14-day period.   17. As a PM with Master-Sub setup, when I want to sync Master unit directly to Booking.com room level (instead of hotel level and no room), I don't need to
    - Break current Master - Sub setup on Hostfully
    - Sync Master (now standalone) to Booking.com room
    - Set up Master - Sub again on Hostfully.

    Able to sync Master unit directly to Booking.cm room would be helpful to avoid disconnection.

  18. We discovered that a Booking.com reservation does not appear in Hostfully, so the calendar is not blocked accordingly and CS has to manually import it into the system. This occurred due to an intermittent issue with the Booking.com sync job, likely caused by the performance issue we had.

    It would be more helpful and minimize the risk of double bookings if the system automatically retries importing Booking.com reservations when there is an issue with the Booking.com sync job.
