  1. Currently, that's expected for group booking behavior when we have the gr booking on sub-unit, the main lead will stay on hotel / master level without being allocated, which may hide the block on master beneath it.

Once the guest clicked on "Request a hold" from Quote message, the calendar will show a hold accordingly but there was no automated message sent to the guest. when i click her name in pipeline i do not get the option to "place on hold" only "extend hold" so I can't send the Hold confirmation message from Pipeline either. I can only choose the template from Inbox to send manually. It's very inconvenient.

  4. Currently, optional upsell items (such as pet fees) are only displayed later in the booking process, around the “Confirm and Continue” or payment stage. This can make them easy for guests to miss.

    It would improve the user experience to surface these options earlier in the flow — for example:

    After guests input the number of guests

    Before clicking “Book Now”

    Or as a dropdown/selectable option earlier in the checkout process

    This would make upsells more visible and intuitive, and could potentially increase adoption and reduce confusion for guests.

  5. The purpose of a Property Management Software is to support dynamic pricing, flexibility, and conversion—especially for direct bookings. A major gap right now is where and when discounts can be applied.

    Direct-book guests don’t always use promo codes, and many inquiries come through our website specifically so we can interact, quote strategically, and close the sale. Sometimes that means offering a custom discount based on dates, length of stay, or guest budget after the inquiry is submitted.

    Currently:

    Promo codes only reduce Rent (pre-tax) if the guest knows and applies them at the time of inquiry.

  7. Currently, both Hot tub and Jacuzzi in Hostfully are mapped as Hot tub on Airbnb. However, the Jacuzzi is a bathtub which has jets. This is different than a hot tub. There shouldn’t be a hot tub amenity and a Jacuzzi amenity if they mean the same thing.

  8. VRBO operates in USD, but many properties around the world are priced in other local currencies. In addition, some countries cannot use Stripe due to country-specific restrictions or agreements, which prevents certain properties from connecting to VRBO directly.

    As a result, these properties often have to rely on iCal connections instead of a full direct integration. The downside is that iCal is limited and does not support full dynamic syncing, which can reduce exposure, efficiency, and potentially booking traffic.

  12. I still would like to raise the request to change the obligation to fill the email address.

    If platforms provide their internal address - it is ok for system to take it. But even they are not releasing the real address of the guest.

    every dummy email is wasting of our time to fill it and can cause some issues to release information and data somewhere that we have no control where it will end up

To significantly improve calendar and mobile functionality, we request two key updates: 1) Implement an "Expand All Properties" button on the main calendar to instantly display all unit bookings, eliminating the need for tedious manual expansion and allowing hosts to quickly view inventory across the entire portfolio. 2) Integrate the "Rebook/Extend Stay" feature into the mobile app, allowing hosts to rapidly create an extension booking for current guests from any location, enhancing efficiency and improving responsiveness to guest requests.

  16. Enable Hostfully to automatically collect and remit taxes for direct bookings, similar to what some competitors (e.g. Hospitable Direct Premium) currently offer.
    For direct bookings, Hostfully allows users to configure and charge taxes, but the responsibility of filing and remitting those taxes remains fully manual.
    Automatic tax collection and remittance would be a major value add and a true “game changer” for direct bookings

  17. It would be very helpful to have the ability to send a mass SMS message to past guests directly from Hostfully.

    Currently, SMS messages can only be sent through reservation-based triggers, but there is no way to broadcast a text message to all previous guests at once.

    This feature would allow property managers to easily send direct booking promotions, special offers, or announcements to their past guests via SMS without needing to export contacts and use a third-party texting platform.

  20. Right now when deleting a fee under Fees, Taxes, and Policies, the fee will be deleted for all properties by default. You also have the option to select the properties from which you can remove the fee.
    However, I think by default we should have it removed for the property that I'm selecting, not all, since it's confusing and I can accidentally delete it for all.
