  1. Currently customized template HTML tags are being removed when sent through the mobile app.

  2. Currently, the inbox search on Hostfully only allows searching by guest name or email. It would be incredibly helpful if users could also search by keywords within the conversation history.

    There are many situations where we may not remember a guest’s exact name or email, but we can recall specific words, details, or phrases from the conversation. Being able to search by any keyword written in a message would:

    Greatly improve efficiency in finding past communications
    Save time when retrieving important details
    Provide a smoother workflow for property managers
    Benefit not only our company but also other users who face…

  3. When altering an Airbnb special offer booking from Pipeline, alteration (by choosing 1 more nights) kinda reset calculation to default ones, which is higher then the original quote guest books.

    This will cause confusion to guest as they see the price is way much higher than it should and possibly guest can cancel. So when altering a special offer, the original quote should remain plus the additional rent for extra nights added which would be more helpful.

  4. How am I supposed to know to refund the guest or not based on my cancellation policy if I don't know the cancellation date?

    For example Ruben Aguilar cancelled and I don't know if he cancelled w/in 24 hours of booking or not.

While you can support sending notifications once a booking is updated, you are currently sending notifications to cleaners, guests, and owners for all changes made to the booking, including when payments are received which is not necessary. We need to notify the guests, owner, and cleaners when the booking has been modified such as when extending the booking or increasing the number of guests, but not when adding notes, or simply receiving payments.

  10. Currently, sub-properties in Hostfully inherit the payment processor settings from their master property, meaning all payments are routed through the master’s Stripe account.

    For property managers who operate multi-unit listings, it would be extremely helpful to allow connecting different Stripe accounts directly to sub-properties without unlinking them from the master.

  11. For example, a PM configured a custom fee named "Tourism Fee" in the Fees, Taxes, and Policies tab from Hostfully and mapped it to channels (Airbnb/ BDC, Vrbo, etc.). It would be more clear and synchronise if on channels, the fee also reflects as "Tourism Fee" and not as its mapping type.

    Case 1 – This case applies when the agency pays for a service.

    Current owner adjustment Records a cost incurred by the Agency and does the following

    Deducts Owners payout

    Increases Agency payout

    Case 2 – This case applies when the agency pays an invoice or service from the owners Trust account with the owner’s permission or as a request

    Agency pays for a service, like landscaping/weed control, from the Owners Trust Account

    Deducts from Owners payout to keep the Trust account balanced
