  1. When messages are edited in Airbnb only the original version shows in Hostfully. Syncing full edit history is a big ask, but showing the current version should be relatively easy from a product perspective, as long as the data is available from the Airbnb API

Currently, if a direct booking booking setting is set to Booking Request or Instant Book, if there's a Custom Template and Trigger to go out as an Auto Response for the event, Booking Inquiry, that trigger goes out as soon as a guest clicks Book Now. That does not seem logical if a guest is actually booking, and not just sending an inquiry. This can cause confusion to the guest about why they are getting an auto response to an inquiry, when they are not actually sending an inquiry, but they are in the first steps of actually booking.   4. If I add a note to a guest's Lead Details there is no way to know if notes have been added. If there are any other significant messages or other information that needs to be highlighted there is no way to do it.
    Right now at shift change each person has to read every message and look for notes of every guest since their last shift.
    If we could turn on a star or color dot next to the guest's name in the left column an admin could quickly scroll down the list and see which guests need attention.

  5. It would be convenient to be able to close conversations in the inbox so team members can keep open only the conversations with guests that are current or are having current conversations with. See example in screenshot.

  6. Certain variables, such as [$TRANSACTIONAMOUNT$], [$TRANSACTIONID$],[$GUESTINFOURL$]- which leads to the pre-arrival form, and others are only functional in system templates. I'd like to be able to insert them into custom templates so that I can have more control over formatting, colors, branding, and when these messages are triggered.

  10. is there a way to swipe to select multiple dates to change prices or minimums? When I select it now it is only for one day. Many times I thought I was changing multiple dates only to find it was just one night.

  13. Allow to modify the notification sent by Email setting => Forward all emails form inbox to Agency Email.

    At the moment, it's not showing in system template so we cannot modify it.

  16. It would be beneficial to implement adjustments to prevent reservations from being duplicated if the property manager forgets to turn off extra tariffs/rates within BDC.

    Since Hostfully only accepts one rate, it seems feasible to deny bookings that select an incorrect one.

  19. I'd like to suggest updating the field name "Government ID" on pre-arrival to something clearer, such as "License/Passport/ID Card" to better indicate the accepted document types. This would help avoid confusion for users regarding the word "government"

  20. I would find it very helpful if the software had a spellchecking facility, whereby a word / grammer would be underlined showing the user there was a possible error. I have often rushed and responded quickly to messages to guests and realised after sending there was a small spelling error / mis-typed word. This can look unprofessional. There is probably one here!!!
