Change “Book Now” Button Label on Direct Booking Site
Please add the option to change the “Book Now” button text to “Check Price” (or allow customizable button text).
Reason:
I manage 24 rental properties, and many guests frequently message me asking for pricing because they are hesitant to click “Book Now.” They assume that clicking the button will immediately confirm or charge a booking, when in reality they just want to check the price first.Allowing hosts to change the button label to something like “Check Price” would make the booking process clearer for guests and reduce unnecessary messages about pricing.

Support Airbnb Extended Cancellation policy in Hostfully
There is a new feature on Airbnb, "Extended Cancellation Policy." It's not possible in Hostfully. However, when we set it up in Airbnb, it has been overridden by Hostfully's setup.

We have many returning guests or extending stays. Every time we have to fill all the guest data again manually.
At the previous PMS systems we were use to just choose from the client database and it filled in all data that we had already inserted when the guest came 1st time.The system offered the list of most current guests with the starting letters that we had inserted or choice to search in guest database

Feature Request: Add Message Edit, Delete, and Recall Options
I strongly recommend adding a message recall, delete, or edit feature to the app. Mistakes happen, and users sometimes send messages by accident or realize they need to correct information after sending. Having the ability to recall or edit a message would greatly improve the user experience and is an essential feature for any chat, messaging, PMS, or communication platform.
Currently, it is very frustrating to send a message in error and have no option to edit, delete, or recall it. Please consider this as important user feedback and prioritize adding this functionality in a future update.

allow not to screen known people
Have the availability to decide not to screen known guests who already stayed with the PM in the past, or to avoid doing screening for family or close friends

Ability to retry checking the guest with the Invalid Email Flag on the Guest's Screen and Protect.
Currently, Screen and Protect cannot re-verify guests with invalid email addresses, even after the booking information has been corrected.
It would be beneficial to have the option to retry verifying guests flagged with an invalid email on the Guest's Screen and Protect.

Property-Based Access Restriction for Custom Templates
Currently, when a booking agent previews or selects custom templates, they can see all templates across the account, including templates belonging to properties they are not assigned to.
This creates visibility and organizational issues, especially for teams managing multiple properties with different communication workflows. I want to have the ability to associate custom templates with specific properties. When a booking agent previews templates, they should only be able to see templates linked to properties they are assigned to.

Have the ability to customize the message when a guest selects a date on the direct booking site that is past the booking lead time.
When a guest selects a start date that is past the booking lead time, it would be convenient to be able to customize a message, instead of saying: Booking lead time requirement is not met.
