  2. The Complex Conditions could simplify the entire Workflow Trigger process. This one area could handle all current trigger settings. And at a minimum, it should handle triggers for #s of guests, # of Nights, and Average Rent.

    Additionally, leveraging the existing "Complex Conditions" model to nearly all fields lead/reservations could be exposed with trigger AND & OR logic. Opening additional data fields and Creating this simple tool allows full utilization of our data to increase our income and guest experience.

  3. We want the ability to change the title heading of our booking link to the company name instead of our Listing title.

    I was thinking it would be consistent with our brand. We are regularly updating our title on Airbnb depending on season, upcoming events in the area, and to help with Airbnb algorithm.

    I think it would help with consistency for guests of having the exact name of the company/cabin they are booking with. When they pay, and the brand name is at the top, there will be no confusion or inconsistencies.

  4. Right now, the only credit card information asked on the current payment processor work flow is card number, CVC and expiration date. Anyone with a stolen credit card can use this to pay and we have seen an increase in fraud chargebacks.

    We are requesting to add additional required fields in the payment page such as billing zip code, billing address, and card name to help filter out some fraud purchases.

  5. As a VRM I would like the discount code dates ranges to be inclusive of the start and end dates so that it is very clear to me what the valid dates are.

    Right now, the valid date range doesn't include the Start and End dates.

  6. As a PM I would like the HelloSign contract to be sent automatically when I manually enter the guest email address to the reservation.

    When a new booking comes in we don’t always have the guest's email. In this case, the PM can manually add the guest's email. On update, then Hostfully should send the HelloSign contract.

    We don’t always have the guest's email address because of the change in how Airbnb handles email. The PMP needs to update the HelloSign process so that we can manually enter the email address of the lead and that will trigger the HelloSign…

  8. In Pipeline, I can click on "See All Customers." Except I can't "see all customers." I then have to do a search or run a report. Instead of this, can you let me actually "See All Customers"? Thanks for your consideration and for all you do for us hosts.

  9. Please add option where you can set a time for leads to automatically close. This way quotes/leads are not left active forever. We do a lot of direct quotes/leads and it is not always possible to go and manually close each lead/quote and it's time consuming. Thank you.

  11. I'd like to see the ability to create discount codes that are only valid for reservations of a specific number of nights. So if we wanted to offer a special of a "3rd night free", we could create a discount code that could do this.

    the list of "jobs" is now in date order (hoorah!) BUT is reverse date order and there's no way to load additional pages, so I can currently only see bookings from Oct 9, 2023 to Oct 9, 2022.
    More..."Hostfully doesn't let me sort at all 😆 But organized by date rather than by unit (and dates all mixed up within each unit grouping) is a step up. Once we can see all visits in this view I'll be able to see all notes, but for now the list only includes the 90 or so cleans furthest way…

  18. Inbox Replies from Guests should ONLY include their reply, and not have the entire message I sent them tacked onto it. I already know what I sent them, as it's right below their reply. Don't need to have what I sent them included in their reply. It is redundant and messy.

  19. I use [$LEADDEPARTURETIME$] in multiple automated triggers to remind guest of their upcoming check out time.
    Normal time is 11:00am but we do allow for later at times.
    When I use the variable, it just says "11:00" in military time and "13:00" for 1pm.
    The issue is since most are 11:00am.. and it just shows 11:00, guest could push it and you said 11:00, we assumed 11:00pm!
    I could hardcode "AM" in the text, but then when we allow for a late checkout in the afternoon, it would say ex: "13:00AM"... kinda odd.

    In order to assign an existing owner to a property I can enter his/her email address to connect the property to this owner. However, I always have to know what the email address of the owner is.
