Have the ability to create payment settings for a specific time
I would like to collect full-payment via Stripe for bookings out of main season, but keep 30 % initial payment and 70% second payment generally.

Able change the text when the minimum stay doesn't match with minimum stay requirement on on Direct booking site
When the guest chooses a date range not match the minimum stay. I want that if the text which potential clients see when there is no availability (for example bc of a minimum stay requirement) can be manipulated. We want to be able to change that text so guests may change their dates or minimum nights.

Add tax options for services
We are legally required to tax services and Add-ons, however, the service provided portal does not allow us to add taxes. Currently we're having to manually build taxes into our pricing for services & Add ons, then our accountant's have to break that information out when the reconcile accounts.
In a perfect world, each property would have a "services tax rate" option, that would apply to any services booked for that property.

DBS hero image to look the same on webpage and phone
It would be nice if the hero image on the webpage worked with the phone image. I created a hero image in Canva. Looks good on webpage, but really bad when you pull up DBS on phone.

Seasonal extended stay discounts that work outside of direct booking.
Need seasonal extended stay discounts that work across channels. Currently only have option for direct booking. My property is in Florida - I want to market it for extended stay during down season only. I do not want the extended stay discount during peak season. For example - I just had a guest book via airbnb for a 13,000.00 discount using the extended stay discount set up at the property level on hostfully. Airbnb allowed me to cancel with a waiver, but they said the would not allow it again. I had to turn off the extended stay discount. I…

Be able to choose what days of the week are considered a weekend for using the Weekend Adjustment Rate.
Other countries consider "weekends" to be more than just Friday and Saturday.

Sales Receipt in Quickbooks matches the guest's check-in date
This would make things easier if the client is doing their books on a cash basis vs. an accrual basis.
Currently, the sales receipts are pushed over when the sale is made, not when the cash is received, which is the accrual method.
What I have to do, currently, is adjust every sales receipt to the check-in date. If a guest purchases a stay in 2023, for example, but doesn’t check in until 2024, all of those taxes, fees, rental amounts, etc., paid out to the host have to be adjusted.

To have a check box that offers a refund other than just a check box for the refund confirmation.

Options to send messages from mobile Inbox
The preferred method must be "reply in same method as received" This is should default set to "Reply same as received" with and option to change. Also any messages or replies should have a Send Later Option (pop up calendar and time) to encourage working messages replies that may be too late or untimely (midnight text) are NOT good but the guest needs to be answered.

Create condition "Job type" for trigger event "Job created"
I'd like to have a trigger fired a Job notification to an assigned service provider based on the Job type when there's a Job created.
In other words, I'd like to have 1 more condition for Job created trigger which "Job type".
And I want all service providers' jobs to be populated under that category.

Add reservation/guest identifier to failed payment system template
As a PM, I receive this email when a payment fails (attached herein). There is no guest or reservation identifier and I need to do further research to figure out what reservation this relates to. It would be great if Hostfully can add the guest name and reservation UID to this system message.
I tried to manually add those two items to the system template but those variables are not available for this template.

Adding a customized checklist to each guest
I would like the ability to add a checklist to each guest. I currently use a checklist that I mark off for each guest, but it is in excel. I would love to be able to link a checklist to each guest so that I see it within Hostfully and I don't have to go outside of the software to utilize it. Is this possible, or is something like this available within Hostfully now?

Show number of beds on report - booking report or property report
Could you add the new column showing the total number of bedrooms on each listings to the report?
We need to conduct an internal analysis on the performance of each property according to their typology (studios, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, etc.) in order to define different commissions based on the property type. I believe this is the only way to determine it.

Require Billing Zip Code, Address and Card Name in Payment Work Flow (Helps Prevent Fraud)
Right now, the only credit card information asked on the current payment processor work flow is card number, CVC and expiration date. Anyone with a stolen credit card can use this to pay and we have seen an increase in fraud chargebacks.
We are requesting to add additional required fields in the payment page such as billing zip code, billing address, and card name to help filter out some fraud purchases.

Message Variable - Decide how the variable show should
Every time that I send out a message template and I don't have the custom variable filled out in the area, it will populate with this: [$INSTAGRAM$].
I want if there wasn't a variable inserted, you could default it to nothing. This is a feature request that I have, please3 votes -
Sample Message Flow
I'd like to be able to see exactly what my messages are going to look like to my guest. A "sample" function in templates and triggers would be helpful here, either just for individual messages or with a "complex condition" where I could say "guest books x-property..." and then see ALL the automated messages that would go out to that guest in the order they'd be sent, with all the variables filled with mock information or information I could provide in that complex condition.
