Sort the integrations and channel pages by 'enabled' status
There are many integrations (and channels). Every time you add a new property, you have to go through a long list looking for those that are enabled, then manage the settings and update to add the new property. If the list of integrations was sorted, it would be much easier to just go through them one by one and add the new property. Same thing with channels.
Even better would be an option to turn on ALL enabled channels/integrations for a new property.

Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. Both our channels and integration pages are being reworked and filtering for the status is one thing we added.
Changes are currently in Beta roll out. I would be happy to include your account. Please let me know you we can add your account to the next roll out phases.

folders in template
I have over 30 templates and it's getting difficult to organize, see what we really needs, identify double communication, etc... It would be great to have the ability to sort them, or organize in custom folders, just like in an inbox.

Have Rental agreement signed more than once
At the moment, the rental agreement can only be signed once. We need to send the rental agreement to both the owner and the guest, and have both signatures.

Manually mark that the pre-arrival form/ rental conditions has been completed.
Sometimes we need to have guests fill out a form outside of the PAF, and/or Rental Conditions and it would be really useful to be able manually mark that the form has been completed.
This would also be useful for returning guests to not have to complete again.
This way, we could not worry about triggers with the condition of having completed the PAF.4 votes -

Option to pause triggers temporarily for specific guests
I don't want any triggers to fire when I manually add bookings to the system, because sometimes I need to edit the pricing, reservation before the triggers go out. I want to have a button so I can check to temporarily stop all triggers from firing for specific guests.

can we get the actual discount amount? that's what all other PMS do and its easier to use rather than doing calculations (for the user as well)

Booking Agent should not able to view thread with Owner
Currently, the booking agent can able to view the thread message with the owner of the property that they are not assigned to.

Tools for last minute bookings.
I should be able to send different messages to last minute bookings so they don't get an all messages a at once. I should be able to exclude last minute bookings from the other messages.

All in one report - create a report with all months included as columns
Compiled Monthly report:
We would like to see revenue by month to assess how we are adjusting rates month by month.
A generic report that allows the listing of Revenue (rent or total rent options) by month to see revenue trends -all in one report- would be really helpful.

Add variable for check-in time END
For some properties, there is a check-in END time. It would be helpful to have a variable that can pull that into the custom templates.

Keep the channel is condition dropdown open until finished selecting
When creating a trigger, please keep the channel is condition dropdown open until finished selecting. It used to do that. Now, we have to check one, click on the dropdown check the next one, click on the dropdown, check the next one, etc.

Allow multiple logins on mobile app
Some Hostfully users manage multiple Hostfully accounts. It would be helpful for them to be able to use the mobile device for the different accounts they manage. Would it be possible to switch users/logins on the mobile app for easier access and notifications for the multiple account users?

When using VacationRentPayment, allow PMs to accept the bookings before charging the guests
If we use VacationRentPayment as a payment processor, booking requests get charged immediately. However, VRP does refund the payment processing fee on refunded transactions (if refunded within 48 hours). So the guests are getting charged before they have a confirmed reservation.
We need to change this behavior so that guests are not charged until PMs agree to take the bookings

Request for Custom Email Option in Trigger Actions
Currently, the trigger system in the PMS (Project Management System) only allows sending emails to predefined groups such as team members, owners, or clients registered within the system. However, there is no option to send an email to a custom, non-registered email address. This limitation makes it difficult to notify external stakeholders or third-party individuals who are not part of the system.
