  1. When using the turnover management on the website, the only way I know if a cleaner is unavailable to pick up a clean sent to them is if the clean completely disappears from the calendar. There should be a notification sent to the agency letting them know the clean was declined. There should also be a separate tab that includes Services and Service providers with a list of upcoming services, past services, declined services and accepted services with the service providers' name.   2. Airbnb does automatic translation but I was just trying to do as much of my messaging and tasks through Hostfully as I can instead of having to go back and forth! I’ve been just responding through Airbnb so it would automatically translate what I’m texting instead of having to go through Google translate

  3. When property managers or owners click on reports older than one year (e.g., from 2023), they get an error page with no prior warning. To improve user experience, please add a clear UI indication (e.g., tooltip or banner) that reports older than one year will not be accessible. This will help manage user expectations and prevent errors.

  5. The current digital document signing integration (DropboxSign) has a lot to be desired. We need a way to send requests via SMS, not just email. We all know Airbnb doesn't work with emails. This all needs to be automated. No copying Guest form email over to client email. That's not automation.

    Added to this, allow people to add others who need to sign. Often contracts need each adult to sign a liability waiver. But digital contracts only have 1 person sign them. So we need them to be able to control that so it's not on the host to figure…

  6. At the moment, it's not possible to download the conversation on Inbox.

    We'd love to have this option to download conversation and resertvation details incase of dispute, this would be very helpful specially for direct booknig since we use hostfully as our messaging platform for direct booking

  8. At the moment, Vrbo and Booking reservations with failed payment will still come into Hostfully as confirmed unpaid bookings. If guests have already stayed or left, I want to have a recourse or protection in case they damage the property or don't pay.

  9. In the owner report, the owner due (Net) = [Due owner] - [owner adjustment]. When a value is negative, I would like to have the option to move the negative "Owner due (Net)" (Outstanding owner amount) to next month's report.

  12. The receipt should show the actual amount paid by the guest and not the order total. If a guest has a balance left or has not paid for the security deposit, it is inaccurate for their receipt to include this.

  20. Our guests are confused by the request for "government ID." We would prefer for it to be specific and say "Driver's License or Passport.". We would love to edit such field on UI.
