  1. I like how for the payment processors like stripe and paypal you can connect the client's specific account to the booking. I think the same should be done with quickbooks where you can connect a client's specific quickbooks to all of their transactions. So every time a client has a booking it is essentially automatically accounted for from any source whether it be a direct booking, airbnb, vrbo, or etc.

  2. Tracking of messages and quotes sent. It would be very helpful if we can know if messages and quotes have been successfully delivered and opened, like what Mailchimp does. I am new but have not successfully gotten a booking from a quote being sent, so knowing if the messages are going to spam or inbox and evened opened would be helpful, so message content or title can be changed to increase views.

  3. I would like to be able to run a cancelation report for the day a reservation is canceled by guest services. If I canceled a rservation yesterday for a July booking I would like to be able to run that report for yesterday and see the cancelation. It is especially helpful for PM using VRP as not refund shows up on the transaction report.

  4. When getting more than 10 listings in a search result on the direct booking sites, the page numbers disappear when you reach the bottom. This makes the user believe there is only 10 listings unless they were to scroll back up to find the 2nd, 3rd or more page tabs of listings.
    Can Hostfully please either insert the page tabs at the bottom of the results or make it and endless scroll for all listings..?

  5. It would be helpful to allow links in the Rental Conditions, for those who want to use fillable pdf URLs for their guests to complete. And, to have the lead on the pipeline show that the rental conditions have been completed.

  6. On the website it only allows you to have 4 featured properties. The only thing that is bothering me with it is how it is displayed on the website. Its not 2 x 2 or 4 in one row. Its always 3 on top and 1 on bottom. It looks really unattractive on the website, there should be a way to fix that or add two more featured properties so it can be 3 x 3.

Add Accessibilities feature from Airbnb into Hostfully so it can be directly edited from Hostfully without the need to disconnect Airbnb from Hostfully, to then be able to edit this section on Airbnb, and then have to reconnect Airbnb and Hostfully and losing all the reporting and historal reservations data for that listing in the process.

It takes me a very long time to go through the list of Amenities because it isn't alphabetized .... even if no one else wanted it that way, I would love the ability to be able to manage it so I can see it in a way that makes it much faster for me to go through ... also am very confused as to why the "Baby high chair" is listed under "indoor" amenities instead of under the "family" section.   11. Right now, applying a discount to an owner or agent originated booking/hold does not change the taxes due from the original total. I could discount any amount from the nightly rate and the taxes still reflect the original charge.

  12. For a UX perspective, the calendar view is the most likely to be used when managing a large number of properties. The reservation card that is accessible from the calendar should include every available function and piece of information pertain the the guests visit.

    This card should include the Pre-arrival form info, the payment status, any deposits made, remaining balance, scheduled payments, scheduled messages, etcetera.

    At present, there are a number of features that are only accessible from the Pipeline. (i.e. cancelling a reservation, marking a reservation as paid, viewing the pre-arrival form, and recording a payment).

  13. It would be helpful if we can make the key color of the direct booking site customizable. This color would modify the Activate State of the Tabs (Calendar, Map, Reviews, etc), the book now, the calendar booked dates, the stars and subtext for reviews. These are all currently a green. Currently the Book now button on the widget is also more like a Cyan than the green used in other areas. All these colors should be consistent and ideally adjustable on the Direct Booking site settings. We can do this if we use widgets separately, but unable to customize within…

  14. Currently, users must navigate to individual property calendars and apply individual Check-in and Check-in restrictions for each year.

    However, check-in and check-out restrictions are often applied to holidays, so the need to restrict check-out on 12/25 occurs each year. Hostfully should have the ability to select specific dates (absent year) where check-in and check-out is not feasible. Moreover, specific days of a week/month would address holidays such as Thanksgiving.

  15. Enable a booking window shorter than 1 month. I have a listing that I offer as a full house in advance, then if I have availability, I open up as a duplex to have 2 smaller listings. But I prefer for preference to go to the larger house.

  17. Waivo integration. Waivo is a damage protection product sold by a subsidiary of Loyds of London. It would be great if they could see which reservations paid for the damage protection and charge us behind the scenes for that. This is also a revenue generator for the hosts as we can over charge the damage waiver and collect the difference (guest pays $50 for a $30 damage waiver, host keeps the difference)

When a guest goes to book on the direct booking site, if they enter a date range that goes beyond the Maximum Night stay (property Main Settings), then hit Book Now, they get this message: Maximum stay requirement is not met. That does not specify the requirement, the way the Min Stay is displayed.

    It would also be great to be able to customize a message there, and have it displayed before they hit book now, so they can see that requirement.
    Ex., the max stay is 30 days, but we want to include a message that states something like,…
