  1. At the moment, the system only allows capital letter if it's the first letter of the guest's name, I want to capitalize the letter in the middle of the names (for example: McKeown).

  2. Since Taxes are managed by Booking.com, sometimes we don't acknowledge it until reading the article. It'd be great to have a note stating "Booking.com will not take any taxes out until you set them up with Booking.com" so It can be better informative.

  3. Currently, discount codes are not editable, which means you would have to delete one and recreate it - but if you try to use the same code, it won't allow it.

    It would also be extremely beneficial if you could make discount codes for a long period of time but with exclusions, for example:

  4. We have a minimum age of 25, so if the lead guest age is not displayed, or their date of birth is not shown, then we have no way to check whether they are over 25 years old. We have 2 guests checking in today that we have had to speak with and one we had to cancel as she was only 19 (even though she ticked the box to say she was over 25).   6. I had a great conversation with Vrbo yesterday and it came to our notice that Hostfully is not current on Vrbo's amenties.

    Many of the basic amenties, such as toilet paper, blender, dishwasher, etc, etc, are not checked off. When I checked under the Property Amenties tab, those only have Airbnb's icon next to them.
    How quickly can Hostfully resolve this issue as guest will not want to book if they think basics are not supplied.

    Also, Vrbo has Bathroom specifics (does the bathroom have a tub, shower only, etc) but I cannot see this in Hostfully's Property's. All I…

    I would like to do 3 calendars in one property. As hotels do. Because I have 3 similar properties at the same building, once I have 3 different advertisements, I would like to have 1 advertisement only, but 3 calendars

    It's because The guest will stop to ask with it is the same property because they look the same. It would show less opportunities in the area and the guest would think fast to book the property.

  8. It appears that at the Order details page, there’s no Notes box to leave a note where the payment comes from.
    We have a Notes box for Record a payment action, but no such box for Add manual transaction.

    Specifically, for Stay and Archived leads, there's no Record a payment button, so users have to use Add manual transaction and couldn't add any notes there.

  10. We noticed that when we get inquiries, it puts a hold on the dates. It would be great if we could disable this. We sometimes have guests request random dates just to get in contact with us and it creates a block on the dates even though they aren't planning on staying.

  11. As most of our managers works from their phones it's crucial that all our bookings line up precisely on the app. I got confused today and immediately assumed it's double bookings.

    we want to make it as easy as possible for the managers so they don't over stress when seeing something like the screenshots on hostfully.

  14. Sometimes, when the credentials or Property code entered when connecting to VRP are wrong, there's no warning or status to indicate that.
    The only way to know is to create a test booking to see if there's any error. It's after the fact and leads to many issues to deal with.
    It'd be great if the system can test integration status and shows errors if any so we can prevent such issue.

  15. There will be an error OException during parsing request body when I input an amount with comma to Main Settings. For example: 15,999 is not a valid input for nightly base price. (it needs to be 15999). I want to be able to enter the amount with comma, or the system to add a prompt so users know not to put a comma there.

  16. Airbnb has the option to choose to share the Service Fee between the host 3% and the guest 12% OR have the host pay the full-service fee 15%
