Agency Percentage Based on Nightly Rate vs. Gross Revenue
Currently, the Financial Reports shows the Agency percentage as % of gross revenue, but our arrangement is based on the nightly rental only. This requires more manual work to produce reports for the owners.
It would be great to pre-determine which parts of the revenue is split on a percentage basis (nightly rent) and which go in full to the Agency (say a management fee) or to the Owner (say cleaning fee, if the owner pays that).

Allow booking guests to filter properties by amenity
After guest count (i.e. finding a place large enough for their group) the next most important thing to a would-be guest when searching for a property is that it has the amenities they are looking for. Right now, people have no way of knowing which properties have their preferred amenities other than clicking into each property and searching around for it in the listing details or photos. This is painful and makes for a poor experience!

Improve Owners display on the Owners page
I would like to see all owners under the Owners Tab without having to click on the first letter of their first name or search in the search box. The search box and the alphabet option should only be a filter option when you have dozens of owners.

Custom order for Listing Description Sections
Make all sections of a listing page as moveable widgets so that an operator/manager can decide how to order the information on public listing page. This will greatly improve marketability and ensure that the information that guests find most important is closest to the top. For instance, after "Description" should come "The Space," "The Neighborhood," and then "Other Things to Note" far below the fold -- closer to the House Rules Section.

Add Complex Trigger for After Quote is sent OR Lead is closed
We do a lot of quotes from direct bookings. It would be great to set a trigger that activates after a quote is sent. This way we can use it to automatically send a follow-up message to a quote.
Additionally if a lead is closed (or automatic lead close time option is added!) it would be great to send a final message by a trigger that is based on a closed lead!

Showing the discount after the guest input the matching date range with the discount condition
The price on the search result page should reflect the discount when the guest applies the matching date range with the discount condition (as shown on the individual property page).

Guest Information report based on arrival dates
We would wish to add a report that I can run, similar to the custom logistics report, that shows our guests contact information, check in - out dates, as well as sorting based on arrival date.

Option to export the all property calendars at once (i-Cal)
I just checked and Hostaway does have this feature to to export the whole calendar to other channels instead of each listing. It would be much simpler and time saving.

Hide Inactive property in the list when creating leads
I want to hide/remove the inactive properties from the list when creating new lead.
I don't want to delete them because I might manage them in the future, it's just I am not dealing with them at the moment.

Sales Receipt in Quickbooks matches the guest's check-in date
This would make things easier if the client is doing their books on a cash basis vs. an accrual basis.
Currently, the sales receipts are pushed over when the sale is made, not when the cash is received, which is the accrual method.
What I have to do, currently, is adjust every sales receipt to the check-in date. If a guest purchases a stay in 2023, for example, but doesn’t check in until 2024, all of those taxes, fees, rental amounts, etc., paid out to the host have to be adjusted.

add a “default block” to a calendar where you just selectively unblock dates
Would it be possible to submit a feature request to add a “default block” to a calendar where you just selectively unblock dates similar to the feature that airbnb has? It really is very helpful for properties in which the host lives most of the time but just wants to unblock for certain dates. I would love to see this feature in Hostfully.

Create condition "Job type" for trigger event "Job created"
I'd like to have a trigger fired a Job notification to an assigned service provider based on the Job type when there's a Job created.
In other words, I'd like to have 1 more condition for Job created trigger which "Job type".
And I want all service providers' jobs to be populated under that category.

Add Traveloka as OTA
Traveloka is SouthEast Asia's biggest OTA - by adding them as a partner it would benefit all Hostfully users as holiday makers in South East Asia will be able to locate our listings when booking their accommodation for international travel. Consolidate all fields in all types of enhanced report
In enhanced reports tab, I noticed that the financial report seems to have almost all fields available to add in the report, but in other types of report some fields are not available.
For instance, I need to build a report for the government regarding tourist tax. I would love to add the tag of the guest in this report, because that is a workaround I have found to include the origin country of the guest in the report (by the way it would be useful to have a field for the country of the guest).

Add more variables in Review template
It would be valuable to add additional variables the the Review templates we use.
I manage multiple properties and like to mention in the review how many guests stayed and the name of the property.
I currently am not using this feature due to this limitation and it was one of the reasons I signed up for Hostfully.
