  1. I have many types of owner adjustments and I want to be able to categorize them: Utilities such as WIFI/Electric, etc. Maintenance Charges. Housekeeping Fees, etc. I don't want to use Owner Adjustment Notes.

  4. It would be helpful if there is an option to allow us to zero out the multiplier when needed to get these mid term rentals the exact price we need to.

    For example, a 29-night stay is 2000 but there is a rate multiplier of 4% so I have to enter rent amount as 1923.5 but the total is not exact 2000.

  6. In the Owner Adjustment page, it would be more convenient to have "View" button so we can see the expense with note and attachment without going to "Edit".

  7. When I extend the hold on the pipeline if the date range is occupied with another hold, the system shows the error pop-up window that says internal server error
    => would be better for the pop-up window to say "There is already an active open hold for this listing"

  8. I love the analytic information added to the dashboard. I also enjoy the check in and check out on the dashboard for quick reference. It also is more clear than the pipeline if something is missing. But the only negative is when I realize that a step by the guest is missing and try to send a message reminding them to make a payment or fill out pre arrial information or sign the agreement, I have to go to the pipeline to do it. It would save time to be able to do it form the Dashboard. Thank you.

  12. At the moment, if property type is "boutique hotel", the available listing types are "private room" and "shared room". I want to choose listing type "entire home", so that it's displayed as an entire place, rather than a room on Airbnb. We don't want guests to think it's only a room. It's the entire hotel.

  13. it is a design choice, we do not match threads with reservation but guests, and not direct relation to leads. But as an improvement we may select the most recent reservation to send message

  16. We have different departments that handle guest messages at different points in time throughout a guests' "stay". For example:
    - Reservation Specialist handles messages and booking modifications prior to a guests' stay.
    - House Manager handles messages from guests in-stay
    - Vacation Designer handles messages from booked guests and in-stay guests

    The inbox should allow the user to make multiple selections in the status and channel filters so that they can focus on the messages that apply to their work. These filters should save until the user changes them (use "apply filter" and "clear filter" logic, similar to the calendar)

  17. Add a Don’t Email check box on a customer profile that would prevent them from getting messages. This could be very helpful when doing admin changes on a booking and you don’t want it to trigger emails.

  18. Yes as for our concern, some of our guest did not experience a great stay due to unwanted issues that occur and sometimes issues are out of our control. It would be helful to have an option to turn off specific review request to a guest that booked directly and have experienced an issue.

    I want to turn off system template on some bookings that we don't want to send out the message.

    Would you please provide more information about this request? We do not find information about this capability in Airbnb, and would need to better understand the charging scheme you would like to apply to cleaning fees depending on the length of stay. Thanks.
