  1. At the moment, Hostfully Inbox separates the guest's messaging thread per booking for Airbnb and Hostfully channels only. We would like this feature to work with other channels like Booking.com or Vrbo as well, so that it won't cause confusion.

  3. At the moment, that is correct all reviews of both channels would be in the same place and be differentiate by channel's logo column. I want to have 2 seperate area for Airbnb and VRBO channels. That would be easier to manage the review.

  6. It would be super helpful to be able to see the nightly prices per OTA and the direct website on the calendar. Probably not all at once, but some kind of filter that you could switch to see what the nightly rates are on each platform, or the ability to hover and see the different prices. It would also be helpful to see a comparison of rates when manually adding a booking or quote.

    At present the pricing in the calendar as we see it, is never what the guest is actually paying as there is a markup and this…

  7. It would be very helpful if we could edit the list order of the enhanced reports. It only gives the option of duplicating and going to the bottom of the page, which separates from the report type groupings, making it difficult to find as we scale more properties.

  12. I manage a vacation rental in Australia using Hostfully with Stripe as our payment processor. We’ve opted in to Payments by Booking.com, so Booking.com collects guest payments and pays us via a virtual credit card. I recently learned about Booking.com’s Payments Clarity Package, which, according to Booking.com, makes details like the virtual credit card’s activation date, current balance and expiration date visible in a connected PMSpartner.booking.com.

    However, VCC is not available on HFL.

    I want that Hostfully would support Booking.com’s Payments Clarity Package. to have
    1/ VCC details and paid‑online indicators appear in Hostfully.

  13. In the app, the arrivals of the day disappear at 3pm on time, even when the guest is planned to arrive later and that the real arrival time is adjusted in the booking « stay details » section.
    The arrivals of the day should remain in the "arrival" tab during the whole day, and perhaps have the possibility to tick a box when the guest is checked-in.

  15. The report currently pulls all leads and doesn’t have a mechanism to handle group bookings yet. All main booking and sub bookings appear in the report causing incorrect financial statement.

    So only main booking should appear in the report, not sub bookings.

  16. For some reason, there is now a character limit on departure checklist items for the guidebook. The character limit is extremely small to allow for elaboration on certain check out for departure related items. Most check out items need further explanation and this is very prohibitive for streamline checkouts. The guest is not able to view further elaboration and can just you a cut off message instead.

  17. The filter function for pipeline under "properties", create a drop down list that allows you to click multiple properties to filter by, not just 1 at a time!

    Or - add the "property tag" filter option.

    Either way, I want to be able to filter out properties that I do not manage so only my properties are shown in the pipeline.

    As a large company with several managers we are currently unable to filter out each others' properties, so leads/inquiries get lost on the pipeline...

  18. The mobile app needs to become as useable as the website. We were previously with Guesty and we were able to do everything from the app that we could do on the website. We can't even cancel or delete reservations from the app so having to wait until you get to a computer, which can be a couple days if you work in an office, is just not convenient. I want to be able to create or add a listing, edit triggers and templates, etc.

  19. When the checkboxes related to new listing discounts for Vrbo are disabled (i.e., not clickable), this indicates that the eligibility period for the discount has ended. However, this is not immediately obvious to users, as the checkbox label may still suggest the discount is available, causing confusion.
