  1. On Booking widget, the pricing section doesn’t appear to move when clicking on "Show details", and it wasn’t immediately obvious that they needed to scroll all the way down to see the rest of the information.

  2. I would like to request a new feature that allows users to download all the message templates we have created, similar to how we can download reports. This functionality would greatly improve efficiency by enabling easy access, backup, and sharing of all templates in one place.

  3. Using the PATCH properties endpoint, if we want to update the "cleaningFee" within the "pricing" object, we are also required to supply the "dailyRate" value in order to keep the call from failing.

    This is not desirable, because the PMS "dailyRate" may have been updated for many reasons, multiple times, and there is no "sync" from PMS back to our database, making this a very manual process to keep things aligned.

    The only workaround we can think of now is a complex "round-trip" of data:

    • call GET Properties endpoint to grab any data that may be overwritten during PATCH

  4. It would be helpful to have a way to extract or report on the number of messages sent and received for a specific property. This would allow us to better track communication volume and workload across our listings. Ideally, this data could be filtered by property and time range, and made available for export.

    We currently use Hostfully to manage a growing portfolio of properties, and we’d love to offer more tailored access to owners whose properties are part of our ecosystem. This would allow us to increase cross-utilization, streamline internal coordination, and maintain operational control.

  10. We’d love a feature in Hostfully that pulls guest messages and reviews across all properties into one centralized report, essentially a “Guest Sentiment” dashboard. The goal is to help property managers and owners identify patterns, recurring issues, and areas of praise in guest communication.

  11. Would be cool to add option to send message based on if there is checkout on same day as the checkin. it can be useful to use it to update guest whether they can check in early.. also it can nice to have similar trigger for check in on same day of checkout to check if they can checkout later

  15. I'd love to possible error responses (e.g., when a cancellation fails) to be included in the API documentation.

    At the moment, it looks like only the successful 200 status is documented, so having details on other response scenarios could be really helpful for integration and error handling.

  17. I want to run an all-in-one owner report using Enhanced reporting. I want to include ALL owners in 1 report instead of separating reports by owner.

    For now, I'm using default Financial report but the default report doesn’t allow for custom formulas like the ones I set up in the Enhanced Reporting feature, so it’s not possible to run a combined report using those same formulas.

  18. We'd like to have the guest details default to our own country and state/province. At the moment every guest's default state/country is California USA, while most of our guests are Canadian and in our state, and we have to make changes to each one before saving a booking. I made a custom template ("Reservation data") to notify our business partner about reservations that come through the Hostfully channel, and triggers for some events (for Booking request, Booking confirmed...). If I put the variable [$LEAD_CHANNEL$] in the custom template, the email notification only says "Hostfully". But if I look in the Dashboard, it says, for example, "inquiry on apartma-most.com via Hostfully". Can I put such information in the custom template, i.e.: "inquiry on <domain> via Hostfully"? I would like the business partner to be informed from which domain the reservation came through the Hostfully channel.

  20. Add a warning message when booking over a turnover day (e.g., "Heads up, you’re about to book over a turnover day. Are you sure you want to continue?").
