To have the option of UK English rather than US English
Currently, the default language is US English therefore the AI Bot answers using US spellings. This then shows our guest that we are using a Bot to answer.

Rate multiplier incorrectly applying to all past and future Airbnb bookings
When we import Airbnb leads, the base rent is calculated so that base rent + rate multiplier equals the rent total from Airbnb.
True, we could apply this only to future leads, not past leads, but I don’t see why this would cause an issue to this PM since the total rent is the same.

Improve the UI of Owner Adjustments
Right now if I add an "Ongoing/Recurring Adjustment", e.g. monthly on the 1st day, when the day comes, the adjustment will be automatically added and displayed under "One-time Adjustment". It's a bit confusing to me because that one is an ongoing adjustment, not a one-time. I suggest having a separate section to show "Completed Owner Adjustments" (or anything similar name) and not including the "completed" recurring adjustments in the one-time adjustments.

Be able to get a report for Due Owner (Net) after the adjustment
There should be a report that collects all Due Owner (Net) amounts after adjustments from all owners. This way, the finance team can process payments to owners in bulk.
This approach will be more convenient for accounts with many properties and owners.

Push Breezeway Add-ons / Pet cleaning turnovers
A new integration for Hostfully to send over Pet count to Breezeway can be very helpful so we can see when guests have pets. Pet cleaning turnovers require extra cleaning and take longer. So we need this info to be in Breezeway.

Digital Document w/ SMS link sending integration
The current digital document signing integration (DropboxSign) has a lot to be desired. We need a way to send requests via SMS, not just email. We all know Airbnb doesn't work with emails. This all needs to be automated. No copying Guest form email over to client email. That's not automation.
Added to this, allow people to add others who need to sign. Often contracts need each adult to sign a liability waiver. But digital contracts only have 1 person sign them. So we need them to be able to control that so it's not on the host to figure…

Ability to remove pricing rule for certain months of the year
I think it would be a great feature where we can remove the pricing rule (decrease the X% when stay more than Y nights) for certain months of the year.
Here's why: We live in a very touristy area of Costa Rica. With that being said, we do have slow times, i.e. during the months of May to September. We discount our nightly rates, but we do not give weekly or monthly discounts due to the huge savings in these months.
