Trigger new messages
When we need to transfer a guest’s reservation to a new location, it would be much more efficient if all the relevant information for the new place was sent automatically. Right now, we have to manually find and send everything, which takes up a lot of time. It would be great if, when a reservation is moved—whether before or after it begins—it could be treated like a new or last-minute reservation, and the check-in info could be automatically sent to the guest.

Pop up comments
Here are some examples of comments that could pop up for a guest account:
Do not book guest – Guest has a history of cancellations or issues.
Early check-in approved – Guest has confirmed early check-in request.
Pending pet fee payment – Guest owes payment for a pet stay.
Special request for quiet room – Guest prefers a quieter location within the property.Allergic to certain scents – Guest has a sensitivity to fragrances or cleaning products.
VIP status – Frequent guest, provide exceptional service.

Alert when existing email is updated automatically
When there's an existing role (owner / guest / service provider) and they accidentally or not try to create a new PM account, the system should not change an existing role's email automatically (+xxx), or at least should notify the role / associating PM about such change.

Financials reports in Reports
I would like to provide feedback on the Financial Reports section in Reports. When utilizing the Enhanced Reports, it is necessary to run it for an overview. However, I believe that with the Financial Report tab, you can simply choose a date range to view a list of reservations, including the booking breakdowns. This is a more convenient option.
If there is a feature to select the date type of booked date and stay date, it would greatly improve the usefulness of this section.

Ability to send message as "Guest" via Create Message endpoint
Would it be possible to forward messages from a guest who booked through an external site to Hostfully?
I'm referring to the Create Message endpoint: https://dev.hostfully.com/v3.0/reference/createmessage-1.
Could you provide suggestions on whether the Create Message endpoint could support sending messages with a status of "CREATED"? Currently, it only supports "SENT," which is always treated as sent by the property owner/manager.1 vote -

Translate day of week and month into the recipient language
In email templates, the day of the week and month abreviations are in English, also to French recipients. It should be translated into the template language.
On top of that, the date and month are inverted for us European. It's very confusing and makes us sound like a foreign automated company.
See attached printscreen: it should say "du mercredi 16 juillet 2025 au dimanche 27 juillet 2025"

Multi-Unit Property Feature Should Group Room Types Under Hotel Listing, Not Show as Standalone Listings
The new multi-unit property feature is great, but room types are currently displayed as standalone listings at Direct Booking Site, which is incorrect. It would be better if all room types were grouped under the hotel listing, allowing customers to select how many rooms of each type they'd like to reserve, similar to Booking.com. This would improve the user experience and make the reservation process more streamlined.

Sort the integrations and channel pages by 'enabled' status
There are many integrations (and channels). Every time you add a new property, you have to go through a long list looking for those that are enabled, then manage the settings and update to add the new property. If the list of integrations was sorted, it would be much easier to just go through them one by one and add the new property. Same thing with channels.
Even better would be an option to turn on ALL enabled channels/integrations for a new property.

Support hyperlinks in the Mobile App's inbox
Hyperlinks are shown as full URLs in the mobile app inbox only and not in the PMP's inbox.

folders in template
I have over 30 templates and it's getting difficult to organize, see what we really needs, identify double communication, etc... It would be great to have the ability to sort them, or organize in custom folders, just like in an inbox.
