Have a variable for Bedroom to pull number of beds
I know we can use the custom data to set data for the bedroom field.
However, sometimes I need to only temporarily change our bedding setup (eg for a day or two), and so using custom data means I have to make an edit BOTH on the "Set rooms" page and in the custom data fields. It is quite inconvenient.
Would you please consider having the variable for this property information so that when I update the bedroom, it will update automatically in my template, message?

for a direct booking on the website when people put the discount code, we see the letters in capital letters at all times but the system is sensitive to lower and upper case letters. We often have errors because on cell phones, the first letter is always capitalized and that always creates errors. No matter what people write, it appears in capital letters. [APP] Create a Block by clicking on the date directly
- Current behavior: To create a block on the app, users need to click on calendar > click on (+) button to create a block => Users want to create the block quicker by clicking on the date directly without clicking on (+) button. After you finish adjust the date > Save. The system should bring the user back to the calendar view without clicking back.

Retry auto-refund a few days later
It would be nice if the refund in Hostfully would automatically retry so I did not have to remember to manually refund when the balance in Stripe is sufficient.

Add the iCal help article to the Calendar Tools page.
Currently, there's a link to a wikipedia page. A link to the Hostfully help article may be more useful there. As well as links to Airbnb, Vrbo, BDC iCal articles.

Update the % at reservation note
As split payments set in the property settings do not apply to booking.com, if using payments by booking, can that info data include BDC? It is noted in Step 9 of the activating bdc help article.

Zoho Books <> Hostfully Integration
I use Zoho Books to invoice owners of the properties we mange. It would be great to automatically create invoices from the financial reporting made in Hostfully on a booking (line-by-line) basis.
Now I use the reporting as base and copy/pase the net income in my accounting tool to create the invoice (net income x commission + VAT = commission over a booking. I add all the bookings per months and create the invoice. Next to this I need to make an Excel file showing income per booking - commission (VAT included per booking) = payout to owner.

Update the property name on pipeline when modifying BDC reservation
Current behavior:
when a booking.com reservation's property is changed,
=> the roomId is changed on Pipeline.=> The property name need to change manually in Hostfully.
Request:
When one reservation modification has been made, the change should be applied for both roomID on Data tab and the property/unit name on Lead Details page. Otherwise, it can confuse users.

Support AIR_CONDITION_WINDOW for HVMB
Support more amenity mapping for Marriott AC
Currently, AC in Hostfully is mapped to AIR_CONDITION, which is translated into "Air Conditioning Central" on Marriott. (which all of their properties feature centralized air conditioning)
However, this may not be correct for all PMs, as they can also have other type of AC, like window or standalone AC, of mapping type AIRCONDITIONWINDOW.
In order to support this, Hostfully should have another mapping type to Marriott AIRCONDITIONWINDOW.

Indicate Inaccessible Reports Older Than One Year
When property managers or owners click on reports older than one year (e.g., from 2023), they get an error page with no prior warning. To improve user experience, please add a clear UI indication (e.g., tooltip or banner) that reports older than one year will not be accessible. This will help manage user expectations and prevent errors.
