  1. There will be an error OException during parsing request body when I input an amount with comma to Main Settings. For example: 15,999 is not a valid input for nightly base price. (it needs to be 15999). I want to be able to enter the amount with comma, or the system to add a prompt so users know not to put a comma there.

  2. Currently when a new inquiry comes into my Dashboard, I click on the assign to me button and I get redirected to the Pipeline where I can take a follow up action
    Or, if it's a new booking request, I click on the 'review' button and I get redirected to the Inbox where I can pre-approve / approve / decline. This is not very consistent in terms of userflow.
    As a PM, I need to process new leads more efficiently: review/assign/take action, all this without leaving the dashboard page and optionally applying actions in bulk.

  3. Give owners access to the amenities and photo page. This would allow PM's to invite the owner during the onboarding process and have them populate these pages for quick and accurate onboarding. Right now our owners need to fill out a lengthy onboarding form and then it manually has to be entered into hostfully. When these items need to be updated the owner can simply handle it rather than emailing staff to take care of it.

  5. I want to have management fees/community fees added to the nightly rate when guests inquire in Hostfully direct booking site, similar to Airbnb.

    At the moment, all fees are listed as separate items in the guest's view

  7. Because some property managers are not the OWNERS of the listing, it is misleading when we are working on managing and respond to guests but it’s the owner name that shows up and not the person managing or handling the account.

    Every message we send without Hostfully shows the owners name as though the message is coming from them - but it is NOT.
    The owners have asked why we aren’t getting the credit or using our name when responding to my guests and I told them your program doesn’t have that option.

  9. Airbnb has the option to choose to share the Service Fee between the host 3% and the guest 12% OR have the host pay the full-service fee 15%

    I don't see any place to manage that option on Hostfully.

  10. When creating reviews from Hostfully, it requires an exact date. I want to list reviews using a month and year without an exact date, like other OTAs.

  12. Be able to customize the percent taken at reservation, or allow percentages in increments of 5s instead of only 10s. Some clients like to take 25% at booking.

  14. Can you PLEASE set up an integration with Rental Guardian? They provide great insurance for short-term rental hosts and guests. They will also provide insurance for properties in Canada now too. Everything you currently have is for US only (I have called them). As a Canadian Host, I would really like to have a seamless way to have extra coverage for my direct bookings.

  17. At the moment, it's not possible to set a trigger condition to send automatic message whenever there's a query from a certain period of time, saying that no one is available to answer query for example.

    It'd be nice if we can set auto message when we set "away".

  18. I tried calling Quickbooks regarding the matter and they said that it is not possible on their end to change how the data is coming into Quickbooks. I wish to change the data export settings for Hostfully to allow the data to come into Quickbooks as accounts receivable records instead of sales receipts

  20. At the moment, I have to go through my inbox list on the left then scroll back up to see the message! It's annoying scrolling down then up. I just wish that it freezes the left side and the top and have the ability to scroll only within the message.
    I know about the filtering function but it doesn't really helps solve my concern.
