  1. In the search page, I want to use the drop-down of the property/cabin name instead of locations.

  2. I have many types of owner adjustments and I want to be able to categorize them: Utilities such as WIFI/Electric, etc. Maintenance Charges. Housekeeping Fees, etc. I don't want to use Owner Adjustment Notes.

  3. Since the Inbox is the place I spend most of my time, it would be very helpful if the reservation details in this panel were accurate.

    It currently shows the standard checkin time of the property, which might not be accurate. I'd like to see the arrival/departure time in Stay details tab in the Inbox page.

  8. When activated, the minimum price rule does not seem to generate the desired prices.

    We have a 2-night minimum across the portfolio, but choose to activate the "minimum price rule" so that website users can choose a 1-night stay if they are willing to pay the 2-night rate. However, the price shown for a 1-night stay always seems to be higher (sometimes significantly higher) than the price for the same stay extended to 2-nights. Something is off.

  9. We upload high resolution images for our properties, so that any scaling that needs to be done by various platforms starts with the best possible quality.

    When the new DBS went live, it looks like it's using the full resolution. This means it's downloading dozens of 15-20MB images for each property, which is obviously very slow.

    AirBNB, as one example, rescales the listing images into webp format for listings. Not sure what other platforms do, but it would be nice to have the high resolution images in hostfully, and push those out to platforms that support it to let them…

  10. We want to make sure we cover our bases if something were to occur with a visiting pet, but we don't want an overkill. For example, a week long stay will now be $275 pet fee (with $25/nt). If someone stays a month, $25/nt seems excessive.

  13. We're using the discount code option of the direct booking site with all of our direct bookings. We have several discount codes out in the marketplace that we give to our partners for their members to use to book a stay at our properties. We would like to be able to track each Guest's booking back to the partner organization they came from, which we can not do currently. We could easily accomplish this if the "Discount Code" entered during check out was included with each Guests Booking Profile and available as a variable data report for us to drop…

  18. Incorrect deposit percentage and balance due date on payment link when it's extended checkout date

    Step to reproduce

    • Booking is fully paid
    • Extend checkout date
    • Send payment link again
    • Check the payment information on the Payment link and ensure that the deposit percentage is set to 50%, as indicated on the Property Settings page. This should reflect the actual deposit amount, after any changes have been made. Additionally, please note that the Due Date should still correspond to the original booking date.

  20. I have payment settings, 10% collected at the time of bookings, and the remaining 90% to be collected 90 days before arrival.

    I would like to state the amount of 10% the guest paid in the template (for example: if the total booking is $100, guest paid $10 at the booking, I want to show $10) after the booking is confirmed.
