Email Analytics - Tracking of messages and quotes sent.
Tracking of messages and quotes sent. It would be very helpful if we can know if messages and quotes have been successfully delivered and opened, like what Mailchimp does. I am new but have not successfully gotten a booking from a quote being sent, so knowing if the messages are going to spam or inbox and evened opened would be helpful, so message content or title can be changed to increase views.

Include current Stays in the Pipeline filter "Relevant/Arrival Date".
Current Stays are Relevant and useful when looking at the upcoming stays list.
I have to Filter "Stays/Arrival Date" in order to see who is staying in which listing, and I would like to see this information all in one place under Relevant/Arrival Date.

See Which Triggers Associated With a Property
Currently you cannot see if triggers/custom template apply to a certain property without opening the custom template.
A view within the property itself to see which triggers are associated with it would make it very quick.

Add all Pipeline features/information to the View/Edit Lead Modal
For a UX perspective, the calendar view is the most likely to be used when managing a large number of properties. The reservation card that is accessible from the calendar should include every available function and piece of information pertain the the guests visit.
This card should include the Pre-arrival form info, the payment status, any deposits made, remaining balance, scheduled payments, scheduled messages, etcetera.
At present, there are a number of features that are only accessible from the Pipeline. (i.e. cancelling a reservation, marking a reservation as paid, viewing the pre-arrival form, and recording a payment).

Integration with Waivo
Waivo integration. Waivo is a damage protection product sold by a subsidiary of Loyds of London. It would be great if they could see which reservations paid for the damage protection and charge us behind the scenes for that. This is also a revenue generator for the hosts as we can over charge the damage waiver and collect the difference (guest pays $50 for a $30 damage waiver, host keeps the difference)

Improve Dashboard Functionality
I find that the information on the Dashboard is not very useful to me. I would like the dashboard to show high level performance like Occupancy rates, YTD and MTD revenue etc.. I suggest the following:
- Configurable components on the Dashboard (allows users to display or not display the component
- Total Revenue by month (a graph that shows revenue by month, similar to what AirBNB shows), allow filters by property
- Total Occupancy by month - allow filters by property

Quote or Special Offer option for VRBO enquiries.
I get a typical enquiry from VRBO guests requesting a discount/offer for longer stays. AirBnB allows the option to offer a discount, special offer, but Hostfully integration with VRBO does not. The work around puts the guest out and depends on gaining a lot of trust.

Allow direct access to additional Airbnb settings...
There are a suite of additional settings within Airbnb that are NOT accessible via Hostfully. Things like weekly and monthly discounts, pre-booking message, creating a customized listing link can only be modified by un-syncing the listing and editing it through Airbnb.

Customize Maximum Stay Message and be Visible
When a guest goes to book on the direct booking site, if they enter a date range that goes beyond the Maximum Night stay (property Main Settings), then hit Book Now, they get this message: Maximum stay requirement is not met. That does not specify the requirement, the way the Min Stay is displayed.
It would also be great to be able to customize a message there, and have it displayed before they hit book now, so they can see that requirement.
Ex., the max stay is 30 days, but we want to include a message that states something like,…1 vote -
Pipeline > Status Dropdown > Keep Stays 'Relevant' Until Deposit Action Is Performed
Include stays in which the deposit HASN'T yet been returned under 'RELEVANT'. Because there is still a relevant action to complete before the stay is closed.
It's easy to miss deposit returns when users have to scroll through 'ALL' to find the stays which need Deposit Return action.

Improvements to the add-on services backend and the ability to set the order services are presented to the customer at checkout
Set the display order for services - It would be nice to be able to sort the order in which add on services are presented to the customer at checkout. Presently the order seems to mirror that of the order they are displayed in the "Edit Provider" backend, however, you cannot adjust the order (the are simply listed in the order created). You can see in the screenshot, in order to get the two "Pet crate Rentals" to show up together, I had to create a second instance of "Pet Crate 2 - Broader services view in the property settings…

Add option for owner to decline cleaning when creating an owner block
It would be great to add custom details for an owner booking when they block out dates via their owner page.
We're currently capturing owner bookings via a separate webform so the owner can check a box to accept or decline a professional cleaning after their stay is done.
I'd envision a "Decline Cleaning?" checkbox on the New Reservation popup / pane.

Adding property name variable to automated reviews is important to us. It customizes the review even more since we only have 5 messages.

Booking Reservations - Show Base Nightly Rate NOT Total Cost of Stay
When a guest is booking a reservation, chooses location and dates, it takes you to booking page where a TOTAL Cost of Stay shows, instead of the base nightly Rental Rate. This may scare off many interested guests. You can "show details" which will outline all the cost associated with the booking, but we believe it's critical to have Base Rental Nightly Rate showcased at top where it only currently shows TOTAL COST for One or More Nights. Desire what hotels and airlines show when booking reservations.

Create gap-day trigger 48 hrs before booking starts/ends, allowing guest to add days
If there are dates available to extend the stay (either before or after the dates that the guest initially chose), create the possibility to notify the guest at the last minute, so that they can easily extend their stay if there are available dates before the next guest's booking starts.

Add which agent sent a message to the guest
Under each agent message it shows " Sent via Email April 02 2022, 10:30 am"
It would be very useful to have the agent listed here too. e.g. " Sent via Email April 02 2022, 10:30 am by <agent>"
It will make it easier to track agent responses in the booking thread

Filter by reservation tag in Pipeline
Use the "Add tag" feature to add tags that can then be used to filter the Pipeline. I.e. "Return Guest"
