  1. When scheduling enhanced reports, there should be additional options for the frequency of report generation. Currently, the only options are Daily, Weekly, and Monthly frequency. For those that use additional software that integrates with Hostfully to import reservations, a report is often needed more than once a day. Please integrate smaller timeframes, for instance, 1-hour - given that bookings can happen at any time and integrated software needs to stay updated with new reservations.

  4. It looks like we had an Airbnb message that may have errored because the word "google" was in the message and it was not yet a confirmed reservation. The error message would be more helpful if it describes what the problem is.

  6. We noticed that when we get inquiries, it puts a hold on the dates. It would be great if we could disable this. We sometimes have guests request random dates just to get in contact with us and it creates a block on the dates even though they aren't planning on staying.

  9. I want to create in the financial report a field called ´final rent´where the values displayed are the final rent amount for each booking, after applying some conditional functions, considering the channel, and the currency.

    For example, IF channel is Booking, AND currency is USD, Multiply the rent amount per 400, and divide it by 800.
    Another example. IF channel is Booking, AND currency is ARS, divide the rent amount by 800.
    IF channel is Airbnb, don t apply any formula, but the rent value in the new created field ´final rent´.

  12. When the payment is sent to Booking.com guests from Hostfully, it goes broken in BDC so guests fail to proceed the payment.

    a workaround (ask guest to copy and paste) is not really ideal and not user-friendly so I prefer to have the link works when guests click on BDC inbox.

  14. I have one house with 3 options of booking: a 3 bedroom option, a 2 bedroom option and a 1 bedroom option. Each one needs to block the other two. For each option, the guest will get the whole house and property and i just have the other bedroom doors locked. There is no house sharing.option.

    Master-sub relationship doesn't work because once a child unit is booked, the other is not blocked.

    iCals can help sync all properties, but it will create hidden blocks that affect the payment link.

  16. For Property names i.e. Public name and internal Property name, is it possible to get both values in a single endpoint?

    Presently, we only receive the "name" key in the "properties-get-uid" endpoint, which necessitates additional requests to the "propertydescriptions-get" endpoint to obtain the public name for each property.

  17. The transit field is mapped with Airbnb's direction field, which is revealed after a confirmed booking; while it's listed as public information in HVMI/Hostfully listing, which is confusing.

    I would refer to not push Transit field to HVMI/Hostfully in the listing and only expose after a confirmed booking, similar to Airbnb. Otherwise, Transit field should not map with direction field on Airbnb.

  18. I have a trigger set-up to send my cleaner a message when a booking has been revised, the intent is if dates change, and for some reason she is getting updates for lots of non related items.

    I want a condition in triggers so she only gets updates when the dates change.

  19. New calendar UI feedback and request:
    - For the master calendar: I want to make check out dates to be found easier=> the booking line should extend until the middle of the date (like the old calendar)
    - For the single calendar: it shows 2 months in a row now
    => it will be easy if we get at least 3 months in one row

  20. It would be great if Hostfully can build the integration so users can partially sync with Booking.com. For now, there are some contents of the property that we are not able to edit when fully sync with Hostfully and these fields will be erased/greyed out when we connect our listings with Hostfully.
