Booking.com - support multiple rate plans and length of stay discounts
Support multiple rate plans for Booking.com connection.
We would like to set up a 60day cancellation policy for booking.com meaning that we can refund up to 60 days in advance ? It would be great to offer this along with a non refundable option if possible on booking.com.
We also want to send the pricing rules at the bottom of the pricing tab to Booking.com

Ability to add more sub reports to owner report
Owner report can only have 2 sub reports, one is Booking/Financial/Revenue report and one is owner adjustments. When you run the report and choose the date range, both sub reports will run data of bookings within this time frame. Any data outside the date range can't be generated.
However, we want to add more sub reports (e.g Year to Date financial report) there to generate the information OUTSIDE of the date range selected.
Im summary, we want to select multiple date ranges for each sub report and show all those sub ones in 1 owner report only.

Repeat guest trigger condition
When a PM rebooks a guest, they want to be able to add a condition that if they are a repeat guest, the guest doesn't get the generic 'looking forward to meeting you' welcome email, but instead a different, more personal email which says something like 'looking forward to seeing you again'. So add a condition if the guest is a repeat guest.

Archive Photos without deleting them
I would love the option to archive photos without permanently deleting them, with the ability to unarchive them and make them live again. This feature would retain the captions and be especially helpful for managing seasonal photos.

Add Property Address Search Functionality to the Property Page Search Bar
It would be incredibly helpful to add the ability to search by property address in the search bar on the Property page. Currently, users can search by property name or UID, and use tags and filters for things like status, amenities, type, location, or sort by creation date or alphabetically.
However, for accounts managing multiple listings within the same city or neighborhood, being able to search by address (e.g., street name, number, or full address) would make locating properties faster and more efficient.

Keep booking data of deleted properties
When a property is deleted (because we no longer manage it), all the data and related bookings are deleted too. Consequently, when we generate reports of previous years, the figues are wrong because the bookings data of the deleted properties are not included.

Hostfully - Hometogo integration
I have an increasing amount of bookings coming in via HomeToGo. There used to be a link (sync of calendar + prices + descriptions etc.) with them, but this is no longer the case.
I would like to see this coming back as now there is a lot of manual input necessary to make sure I have all bookings in once place (Hostfully) and have my messages and triggers automated.4 votes -
Integrate with Rental Listing Sites (Mid Term Rentals)
For mid-term rentals: integrate with rental listing sites like ZILLOW and AVAIL.
Pretty much just for the availability! It is annoying to have to "confirm availability" for both Zillow and Avail AND update the availability separate from Hostfully.

Service hub available on desktop
It will helpfull to have desktop providers version as the mobile app doesn't make sense for the way our employees manage their schedule with multiple vacation rentals all using different systems.

Update Hostfully Devices when Check in/Check out Times are Updated in Stay Details
Currently, if the check in or check out times in a reservation are updated within the stay details in Hostfully, those don't update the check in and check out times on devices such as locks, thermostats, etc. This functionality is essential when offering early/late check ins and check outs.

Ability to set different fees depending on the length of stay
I am using Waivo insurance and have the standard fee for first 10nights, but after that it goes to a nightly rate. Is there a way to set up a fee to charge charge the guest the full amount of the Waivo fee when they are staying longer than the 10 days?

Filter properties to specific websites
Being able to filter properties to specific websites. E.g. 1 website with the search widget only shows 5 out of 10 listings on that website, with another website showing the other 5 listings.

Able to close hold expired leads
Feature to close Airbnb hold expired lead so it won't appear in Pipeline with Relevant status as I see it a bit messy and does not make sense. As Relevant status should be for ongoing lead (on hold, quote sent) or confirmed bookings for us to work on.
