PM would prefer that the invoice information in Extranet not be overwritten, as the listings may belong to different owners or countries and having separate invoice details is important.

Ability to stop Hostfully from updating invoice agency details for VRBO and Airbnb
With Booking.com, property managers can contact the support team to stop sending invoice agency details in Hostfully and managers are able to edit the invoice details in the Extranet. It would be great for this option to be available also for VRBO and Airbnb. Thanks

Inbox Clutter & Broken "Unread" Filter: Need Ability to Hide System Auto-Messages
The client needs to hide automated messages from their main inbox.
The problem is twofold: 1) these messages clutter the view and make it difficult to find messages from actual guests, and 2) the "Unread Only" filter doesn't work across teams, because if one agent sees a message, it's marked as read for everyone, negating the filter's effectiveness.Please provide an option to archive/separate these automated messages or to have the "read" status be individual for each agent.

Support more variables and formulas in templates
In "Notifying the owner about new booking" template, I want to apply more variables about the order than the current existing one.
E.g Rental Revenue: [{ORDERBASEAMOUNT}-{COMMISSIONOTATOTAL}+{ADJUSTMENTRENT}+{EXTRAGUESTFEEAMOUNT}+{PAYMENTPROCESSINGFEE}]
But currently, the template variables only support some basic order details.

Move Reservation Between Property Types
Enable the ability to move a reservation from a multi-unit property to a standalone property.
Currently, reservations created under a multi-unit property cannot be reassigned or transferred to a standalone property. This limitation creates operational friction when property assignments need to change due to availability, maintenance issues, or guest requests.

Enable Keyword Search in Inbox
Currently, the inbox search on Hostfully only allows searching by guest name or email. It would be incredibly helpful if users could also search by keywords within the conversation history.
There are many situations where we may not remember a guest’s exact name or email, but we can recall specific words, details, or phrases from the conversation. Being able to search by any keyword written in a message would:
Greatly improve efficiency in finding past communications
Save time when retrieving important details
Provide a smoother workflow for property managers
