  1. I would like for the Rental Conditions to always be visible on the direct booking website. Right now, it is only accessible during the check out flow when a guest is making a reservation. But I would like for it to always be visible, either in the direct booking site page itself, or as a url link that goes to another page that has it. Since I manage the Rental Conditions in Hostfully itself, I don't want to manage it / update it in a second place, too.

  3. When generating a report, I need to be able to change the name for instance, the property, the season/period, etc...
    Also, in the owner report list, the date when the report was generated should be displayed. Currently, owners see a long list of all generated reports with all the same name. It's difficult to find information.

  4. Create a discount code that can be used once by any guest who receives it - for example, a ComeBack code that incentivizes a return, without it being available for every time that guest books in the future, and that I can offer to every guest (without having to create a million codes!)

  5. Being able to update the equations on the dashboard would help hosts be able to focus on specifically what is relevant to their business. Additionally, the current equations do NOT correctly adjust for parent/child listings so the stats are always wrong.

  7. It would be helpful if a warning message appeared when clicking 'Toggle Off' for Stripe, allowing users to confirm or cancel the action. Considering that once toggled off, reconnecting requires going through the entire setup again, which sometimes involves requesting a confirmation code from the owner.

  10. We want the ability to customize and add fields in Dashboard and Analytics pages, e.g adding Due Agency/Due Owner, Fees, etc. like we did with Reports. We're aware to use Reports but would like to see it in Dashboard and Analytics as well

  11. When managing reservations, it would be helpful to manually adjust the commission rates for each booking based on the source. For example, when a guest books through Booking.com, the commission rate differs from a direct booking rate. Currently, I'm unable to reflect the specific rates, like the 9% commission for agency bookings versus the 15% for direct reservations. Having a feature to set these rates accurately per reservation would streamline accounting and provide a clearer view of the actual revenue from each booking source.

  14. One Stripe email can have multiple account so it's hard to tell which account is connected to which property from Hostfully => Integration page. If we can see the Stripe account information such as name and account ID next to the property from Hostfully / Integration page, it could be helpful.

  15. Add a notification that pops up in the platform of when there's an office hours about to start, and include the meeting link to make it easier to jump into office hours. It may be nice to have a feature where that can be turned on/off.

  18. Regarding inbox system, if the guest already distributed to the our agent or staff, when we read that guest message, the notification on our agent or staff disappear? Isn't that should be still on our agent or staff access so they can still check their new messages?
