  1. I want to track rentals based on owners, also a property CRM could work. Where I can see rows of each rental and have constant contact with the owners. If a property has not had a rent in over 3 months, send an automated mail to maintain our contact going. Also track other things, like a column of last price update to have in mind what is missing for each owner and maintain that.

  6. Currently optional fees under Fees and Policies tab are not showing up on direct booking site and I want to them to work for this channel. Currently, the workaround is to create them as services and upsell during the checkout flow.

  7. When sending checkin instruction from Pipeline, the information is defaulted to Checkin instruction in Property Settings page. However, this tab does not appear in Multi-unit settings page.

    It would be helpful if we can add the checkin instruction at property settings page or unit settings page so we don't have to create several custom templates for it and we can quickly send from Pipeline.

  10. We would like to see the total for the parent + its sub units in the Analytics page.

    Right now, if the parent is not rented as a whole, it shows as 0.

  11. I know we can use the custom data to set data for the bedroom field.

    However, sometimes I need to only temporarily change our bedding setup (eg for a day or two), and so using custom data means I have to make an edit BOTH on the "Set rooms" page and in the custom data fields. It is quite inconvenient.

    Would you please consider having the variable for this property information so that when I update the bedroom, it will update automatically in my template, message?

  13. When you are in the calendar you could cancel a booking rather than having to leave the calendar and go find the listing in the pipeline- which is an unnecessary extra step; this would streamline workflow.

    And it would be so much faster and easier, less opportunities for mistakes.

    We'll soon introduce all pipeline actions directly within the lead modal. So you'll be able to cancel a booking by clicking on it from the calendar, then selecting the Cancel action within the lead modal.

  14. I did and they said it was a platform issue. It’s grayed out and cannot be updated in Airbnb. I’ll just have to remove the info for now to get around it and try between the 2 systems to display best info to guests.

  15. Add "Custom" cancellation policy as an option for VRBO. Custom cancellation policy would allow us to withhold payment processing fees for cancellations. Without this, we don't have a way to withhold payment processing fees and must refund them.

  19. At the moment, system template "VRBO Alternative Payment Link" only fires for Vrbo guests if the transaction fails due to 3DS2 error (the error in Hostfully order: Your card was declined. This transaction requires authentication). I want this template to fire for failed Vrbo transactions due to other errors (insufficient funds, card declined)

  20. My booking setting is inquiry/ booking request. I want to add a conversion tracking code on the booking confirmation page, but this won't work due to no booking confirmation page for these booking settings. I don't want to switch to instant book.

    As a PM, I want to be able to have a way to track the conversion rate of inquiries/ booking requests to instant bookings on my direct booking site.
