    We will fix this. Now, please note that, while most modern devices and SMS apps will display line breaks as intended, older devices or certain carrier systems may ignore line breaks and display the message as a single block of text.

  2. The new DBS is generating a very long property URL link.

    We need it to be shorter, as a shorter more precise link will not only make it easier to share with others, it is less likely to be considered a fraudulent or spam link, and will also assist with SEO.

  3. The URLs that are built for the Direct Booking site MUST escape characters that are considered "unsafe". This includes the pipe character ( | ), which is pretty commonly used in page titles as a separator that doesn't take up much space.

    If these are not escaped, Google Travel will NOT accept the weblink. For example, one of our listings has this for the direct URL:

    https://reservations.vacayintucson.com/property-details/b9e9522c-8bfc-49a0-af7f-1d9705479c80/Modern%20Desert%20Oasis%20|%20Huge%20Private%20Yard%20&%20Hot%20Tub

    That should escape the | to %7C:

    https://reservations.vacayintucson.com/property-details/b9e9522c-8bfc-49a0-af7f-1d9705479c80/Modern%20Desert%20Oasis%20%7C%20Huge%20Private%20Yard%20&%20Hot%20Tub

  4. Have a Custom Template email (discounted ski lift ticket) go to incoming guests but ONLY for winter bookings, for example

    I thought a complex condition would work IF the email could go out 31 days prior to arrival for guests booked for All Properties between Dec 1 and April 15, every year (the ski season in our ski resort town).

  9. Once I click on sending the owner invite, it disappears and the invite can't be resent. If owners can't find the invite email, they can't log in to Owner Portal. It'd be great to add a tooltip icon saying that the invite can be sent only once. Once the invite link disappears, I want to show the reset password link under that section so I know what to do to regain access for owners and don't need to reach out to support to ask.

  11. When I use the codes "Your reservation begins on [$LEADCHECKIN$] for [$LEADNIGHTS$] with [$LEAD_GUESTS$]."

    What populates in the message is "Your reservation begins on Wed, Sep 11 2024 for 4 with 6. "

    If you could make it say "4 Nights with 6 Guests" that would be significantly better.

  13. Currently, BDC commission is only tied to the transaction level and the transaction must be processed by a payment processor. This means that reservations paid through payment by booking.com (PBB) or outside of the Hostfully system and manually entered into PMP will not show the commission in the report. I am requesting that the BDC commission be based on the lead level, so that it is always present regardless of payment status or method.

  15. More fields in Property reports to export data such as property information (address/ long-lat), listing content (description, note, public name, rules ...), property setup (property type, bedrooms - bed type, guests, rate, fees ....).

    It would be much more helpful if we can export it from UI as we have multiple properties and this kind of report can help us with an overview of properties setup and we can figure what we have to fix.

  16. I don't want any triggers to fire when I manually add bookings to the system, because sometimes I need to edit the pricing, reservation before the triggers go out. I want to have a button so I can check to temporarily stop all triggers from firing for specific guests.

  18. If we use VacationRentPayment as a payment processor, booking requests get charged immediately. However, VRP does refund the payment processing fee on refunded transactions (if refunded within 48 hours). So the guests are getting charged before they have a confirmed reservation.

    We need to change this behavior so that guests are not charged until PMs agree to take the bookings

    => Lead details only apply to checkin/out DATES, not times. We don’t currently have a way to send times from the Lead details to the lock providers.
    On remote lock, the check-in and out time is used as the default check-in/ checkout.

    PM wants to have the option to change the activated pincode time when he wants to offer early check in or late check out.

  20. It would be beneficial to introduce the option for certain listings to offer hourly pricing. While it's understood that not all channels may support this feature, it would be valuable for direct bookings. This would enable us to rent office spaces, boat rentals, and other offerings on an hourly basis instead of nightly, providing more flexibility to our users.
