  2. Some Hostfully users manage multiple Hostfully accounts. It would be helpful for them to be able to use the mobile device for the different accounts they manage. Would it be possible to switch users/logins on the mobile app for easier access and notifications for the multiple account users?

  4. When creating a new tax under the fees and policies tab we can select the option for "long term stay exemption" but after the tax was created we cannot see if we have selected the exemption on the tax details or not.
    It would be very useful to see this with the info of the tax.

  7. At the time of payment, the client is binding himself by the terms and conditions of the rental agency, not the platform on which the transaction happens (Hostfully). The T&Cs of the agency should be readily available via a link to be visited should the clients want to check. If necessary, Hostfully may also want to display their privacy rules about handling personal and financial data, but this should be presented separately.

  8. When sending checkin instruction from Pipeline, the information is defaulted to Checkin instruction in Property Settings page. However, this tab does not appear in Multi-unit settings page.

    It would be helpful if we can add the checkin instruction at property settings page or unit settings page so we don't have to create several custom templates for it and we can quickly send from Pipeline.

    Currently, to remove a LEID from our account in Hostfully, property managers must contact Support. This process can be time-consuming and requires manual intervention, which can delay operations and lead to inefficiencies.

    Requested Feature:

    I propose that Hostfully implements a feature that allows users to directly remove LEIDs from their accounts within the platform. This functionality would empower users to manage their LEIDs independently, without the need to go through Support.

    Benefits:

If you're a non-hostfully user (aka don't know what Hostfully is), many times communication (texts or emails) or any other online presence look like scams or phishing, and therefore, are simply ignored if it's not branded like the rental company name. The more things are streamlined like favicons (on all browsers), logos on correspondence, guidebooks, the booking platform, etc. the more credibility it lends to the short term rental company and makes the user/guest have an easier, more understandable experience.   15. Can we please sort these in to different tabs. Every time an owner gets sent an automated email for a new booking it shows up in the top of my inbox. Completely unnecessary and bumps more important guest communication down. But having a tab for just Owner messages would allow me to find the owner message thread so much quicker

  18. All the data is available to include og:title and og:image tags in the page, but none are included so the direct booking site links do not look official or high quality in this context. The screenshot shows an embed for our property on Airbnb and the link for the same property on our direct booking site. Which one would you click on?
