1. Able to customize the calculation of Fees and Taxes with % value

   Currently when setting up a fee or tax with % value, they are only based on the Rent amount. It would be great if we could decide either Rent or Rent + Cleaning fee or the Total amount of the lead or whatever to apply the fee or tax

4. Automatically cancel the reservation when payment fails

   Currently when payment fails for insufficient funds the booking goes into our calendar and blocks the dates preventing anyone else from booking. In VRBO it looks like a valid reservation. It isn't obvious to the guests or to us that there is a problem with payment so the conversation with the guest continues as usual and check in details are provided. Until I see a vague email from Hostfully saying that a payment failed. It doesn't identify the reservation. Just that a payment failed. If I hadn't been checking my email I wouldn't know. Quite often the email gets lost in my inbox. There needs to be a better system in which it actually denies the booking atlogether if the payment fails and that make it much more clear to the guest and host that their payment was declined. This has cost us several times with allowing guests who didn't pay. (I'm sure I can't be the only one.) There must be an improvement that can be made.

8. Create calendar-based Jobs for recurring tasks

   We manage over 120 properties. So keeping track and scheduling reoccurring tasks like AC service or replacing batteries in door locks would be a great help. We would also use this feature to schedule weekly inspections of properties that are currently not occupied.

    I have many types of owner adjustments and I want to be able to categorize them: Utilities such as WIFI/Electric, etc. Maintenance Charges. Housekeeping Fees, etc. I don't want to use Owner Adjustment Notes.

13. Add flexibility to NOT accept unpaid reservations from Booking.com

    We don't want to have any unpaid reservations from either BDC or Vrbo to block my calendar.

    We have trouble on Booking.com to cancel a booking on Extranet.
    We were forced to call Booking.com to attempt to cancel this cooking. Nothing was done. We have been working on this for awhile now. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE REMOVE the setting that allows a guest to book without proper payment. This makes a high amount of stress on our end and we already wor over 90 hours a week. WE only sleep 4 to 6 hours a night. We do not have tome to deal with all these scammers. This seesm very BAD that aguest can get on our calneder and book it without proper payment. A gas station will not let you get gas withoiut a working credit card, a grogery store will not allow you to get food without a proper credit card. But for some reason Hostfully and VRBO and Booking.com does allow a guest to book our property and tie up our calendar without proper payment.

    We have already logged into our Booking.com extranet, BUT we are unable to cancel it, the booking.com rep said it would be cancelled BUT it hasnt been cancelled, so we called back and still nothing has been done. We do not hav ethe time/resources to continue to let people get on our calendar without proper payment.

    Support rep has to change reservation to Cancelled from backend system.

    Here's why: Property Setting is 50% of payment at reservation time and balance due at 30 days before check-in date. The guest wants to pay 100% in advance for the booking checks in in 39 days. When I update the setting from 50% to 100%, the payment link still applies the previous rule. If there is an option to force 100% payment before the balance due date, that would be great.

    I notice there is an option "Force 100% at reservation" when creating an inquiry via Direct booking site. But the option disappears when changing the status from inquiry to confirmed or when creating a lead manually via "Add lead" button.

19. Differentiate dates when being restricted or blocked on the date picker in Direct booking site

    Dates, which are restricted in "Check-in", are displayed as grayed out in the date picker when the guests select "checkin date", similar to the blocks, which is confusing and makes the guests think it's not available. I would like to have it work similar to Airbnb

20. Display "Set Taxation" option when pushing data from Hostfully to create new BDC listings

    I got this error when trying to create new BDC listings from Hostfully. The listings are in France:

    TPAExtensions/PropertyTaxInfo/PropertyRegisteredInVcs is mandatory for this location(#321) - TPAExtensions/PropertyTaxInfo/PropertyHasVat is mandatory for this location(#321) - TPA_Extensions/PropertyTaxInfo/PropertyDeclaresRevenue is mandatory for this location(#321)

    The option to Set Taxation is only visible for connected listing. Thus, to solve this, I have to create a hotel from BDC first before connecting it to Hostfully.
