  2. When adding a lead, on the 3rd tab "Stay Details", the default Check-in time is 12:00 AM and the default Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

    It is a bit confusing. It's not a natural feeling to save something that looks wrong compared to our settings. So it would be better to have that Arrival and Departure time be default to the checkin / checkout time from Property Settings.

    1. Click Add lead
    2. Select Checkin, Checkout Date and Property
    3. Arrival and Departure time in Stay details tab are changed automatically to the settings of that property.

  5. At the moment, users are having issue that no matter they changes the security deposit settings on Property main settings, the SD settings on Bookung.com always shows like below:

    Damage policy options.
    You require a damage deposit from guests:
    - Your guests pay a damage deposit by Credit Card
    - You collect this from your guests: Up to 14 days before arrival

    while users select the option to return security deposit 7 days in account settings.

    Upon checking with T2, it's because we use the default value once there is a SD defined on property, That is a limitation now.…

  6. It appears that captions don't appear on direct booking site when viewing photos.
    I’d think it’d be good if they were displayed somewhere.
    They have relevant and important information.
    It'd be great if captions can be shown there.

  7. I want to add a column into my financial reporting that includes PAYOUT ID from Stripe and the channels (Booking.com and Airbnb). My owners require the PAYOUT ID that appears on their bank statments so they can easil reconcile their accounts.

  10. A change log history for which shows which agent:
    - accepted the booking
    - communicated when
    - changed booking details
    - adjusted dates
    - changed price
    - cancelled a booking
    - changed property data
    - deactivated properties, channels, integrations

    Basically a history log for all bookings.
    Especially important when working with multiple agents handling the same booking.

  15. Ability to easily switch between properties while editing a property. You have this ability on the calendar page, but not on the property edit page. You currently have to go to all properties, which takes awhile to load, and then click the next property. Vs a dropdown to just switch. A previous post you said the functionality exists, it does not.

  17. As a property manager, it is really important to have a field that allows me to keep notes related to the specific discounts that were provided. They could vary in duration, could specify why the discount was given, and who it was for, or who authorized it.

  18. As a VRM, I would like to be able to adjust the header (Extra services you may request with your booking) in the checkout page for upselling items as We think that our header will make more sense for our guests who wanted to add those add-ons.

  19. Context: Past bookings should not be able to be deleted that have payments towards them. An accidental click of cancel or delete can be very easily clicked on. The entire booking should be able to be retrieved if this occurs.
