  1. Sometimes some messages failed to be sent due to server errors (Call failed 500, 429, 404). I had to go to Message Log > manually re-fired it. However, it will be better if the system automatically retries the failed messages for these types of errors.

  3. It would be better if the SMS triggers would be associated with cell phone instead of phone, Just in case If a customer puts their home phone in the phone field and cell phone in the cell phone field

  4. On the property search widget, if a guest enters dates in the widget, it takes you to the page with the properties available for those dates. If you click on a property, then it takes you to the property page, but the booking widget does not auto fill the dates that the guest already selected. It would be helpful to have the dates auto fill that they already entered in the property search widget.

  5. I have a lot of groups for my properties, and sometimes I can't remember which guest is in which apartment on the property. So If I could search by Tag, Group, or multiple properties, that would help
    At the moment, on Inbox or Pipeline, you can only filter All or a single property:

  9. Currently new Airbnb Guest reviews show at the end of the list, this requires an extra click or more to get to reviews for current guests. If they were sorted so the newest Guest reviews showed at the top of page 1, old reviews can continue to be pushed back to pages 2 and beyond since it is rare to have a need to review them.

  11. When the Airbnb tax type is set to % per stay in the property Fees and Policies tab, the property manager must be able to determine how many Airbnb fees should be taxed.

    At the moment, when an occupancy tax (% per stay) is set up, the default taxable bases are the cleaning fee, management charge, community fee, resort fee, and linen fee, which may or may not be relevant to how the tax should be calculated.

Simply to have a trigger for a failed payment due to insufficient funds that would send a message for the guest to know their payment didn’t go through with a new secure payment link and possibly a reminder that their reservation will only be held for a period of time (maybe a week depending on how far out the booking is) unless payment is successfully processed.

    I may just create my own template to use manually.

  17. At the moment, the system only allows capital letter if it's the first letter of the guest's name, I want to capitalize the letter in the middle of the names (for example: McKeown).

  18. When a guest requests to alter their Airbnb stay, the notification only goes through Airbnb. I'm a co-host and have several other Airbnb accounts connected to my Hostfully account. When guests request an alteration, I don’t get any notification of that.

    I would like for Hostfully to provide notification for me so I can approve/decline Airbnb guests for an altered stay.

  19. Since Taxes are managed by Booking.com, sometimes we don't acknowledge it until reading the article. It'd be great to have a note stating "Booking.com will not take any taxes out until you set them up with Booking.com" so It can be better informative.

  20. Since we work with international clients, it would be usefully that the variables [$AGENCYSIGNATURE$] and [$AGENTSIGNATURE$] display the full phone number INCLUDING the country dialing code.

    Currently the phone is displayed as "771234567" : all number sticked together and without 0 before, so it's wrong for both for national and international clients.
