  1. We want to add a tim based condition on the length of stay.

    E.g For a 1 night stay, our check out message is sent out the day the guests check in because it's set for one day before check out. On most stays that works well, however on a single night stay it gets messy because the guests receive check out details before they even get to check in

  3. It would be helpful if there is an option to allow us to zero out the multiplier when needed to get these mid term rentals the exact price we need to.

    For example, a 29-night stay is 2000 but there is a rate multiplier of 4% so I have to enter rent amount as 1923.5 but the total is not exact 2000.

  5. Both the Alternative Rental Dates and the Alternative Options templates have the same variable [$LEADAVAILABLEPROPERTY_LIST$] which means that the information shared will be the same. It would be helpful to have a variable that includes the alternative dates for the property that the guest has inquired about, instead of these two template that are almost identical.

    It would also be helpful if the Alternative Rental Dates template could be selected from the pipeline, like the Alternative Options template.

  14. Similar requests have been made on this portal, and marked as "functionality already exists." However no explanation has been provided, and as far as I can tell there is no documentation on how to accomplish this.

    There is a way to add tags to guests in the "my-clients" page, but this tag does not seem to do anything. It is not visible on the guests reservation, and is not a filterable variable for reporting, or a triggerable element for messaging. Therefore the ability to simply tag guests is entirely worthless.

    What is needed is a system where you can flag…

  16. I want to collect the security deposit 7 days before checkin days, there's only booking time or checkin time available at the moment.

  18. For the new DBS, it shows full Agency information, including Agency name, phone number and website. I don't want my phone number to be shown there. I'd be better if we can adjust what can be shown on the footer.

  20. I was seeking to be able to use two different logos for two different properties I host (a different one for the listings under my third-party agency). It sounds like I can only use one logo in Hostfully.
