Adjust booking type based on length of stay is not available at the moment.
I would like to know if it’s possible to adjust the booking type depending on the length of stay. For example, if guests wish to book for one week or longer, they can make an instant booking. However, if the stay is only for a weekend or less than seven days, it should be a request, and we would then send an offer.

Separate listing name for booking.com
Please allow us to separately configure listing name for different channels. In this case, we need our property names on booking.com different to airbnb. For example, on booking.com, it's more reasonable to use our brand name and property name, e.g. La Gente @ Pavilion Embassy, whereas for airbnb, it is more sensible to use highlights and features, e.g. 3R2B Luxury High Floor KLCC Pavilion Embassy 600MBPS

Enable Keyword Search in Inbox
Currently, the inbox search on Hostfully only allows searching by guest name or email. It would be incredibly helpful if users could also search by keywords within the conversation history.
There are many situations where we may not remember a guest’s exact name or email, but we can recall specific words, details, or phrases from the conversation. Being able to search by any keyword written in a message would:
Greatly improve efficiency in finding past communications
Save time when retrieving important details
Provide a smoother workflow for property managers

Ability to set beds under "studio" room instead of "living room" for where you'll sleep section
Add the ability to select “Studio” as a sleeping area type within Hostfully so that the bed setup syncs correctly to Airbnb without defaulting to “Living Room.”

Ability to translate rules and policy in several languages
In the property setting, only the description page is multilingual.
In fees and conditions, the fees, rules and cancellation policy are only in one language. Which makes the overall listing look unprofessional.2 votes -
Transaction recorded added to Airbnb cancelled bookings
At the moment, Hostfully order displays the amount that Airbnb has refunded for cancelled bookings. But there is no transaction records for those Airbnb cancelled bookings, causing it's a bit confused for us.
If system can add transaction record of amount after Airbnb cancellation refund automatically like for confirmed bookings, it would be helpful.

Ability to Set Age Restrictions for Bookings Across All Channels
I’d like to request the ability within our PMS to set an age restriction for our properties—for example, to only accept guests who are 21 years of age or older—and automatically prevent bookings from anyone under 21.
Could this feature be developed to work across all connected channels (not just Vrbo), so that age restrictions are enforced automatically at booking?

Possibility of Viewing Past Pricing When Reservations Exist
To set pricing for the upcoming year, I usually reference the previous year’s pricing view as a baseline. However, with the new calendar view, it’s difficult to see the prices for dates that already have reservations.

Add updatedSince query to /threads endpoint.
The /threads endpoint also does not have an "updateSince" filter and a way to mark the thread as closed.
When we fetch threads, we end up fetching all threads from the beginning of time and then check if there are any new messages under each of the threads. This is not efficient and not helping with the API limit of 10,000 calls per hour.
Use Case 1. Daily reporting for customer service workload, agent performance, first time to response, enquiry-to-conversion ratio, etc
