Add trigger condition for VRP payment method
The current booking setting is set to booking request, however, we're using VacationRentPayment (VRP) and by design they charge guests immediately when they place the requests.
We want to turn off triggers for only reservations that use VRP, so they don't get the check in informed, So that I can encourage them to cancel if it don't like the reservation.

Add service providers as team member option
Currently service providers are only available at mobile end. But it will help bein able to create service provider as team members: with customized access / features so that you can choose what they can see and do.
Currently the associate role would eventually have access to all message threads, and pricing for the reservations, which is not great for a cleaner to see.

Lead view should include more order items
Fee Information: Display all price and fees on all platforms. Minimum requirement is to show platform fee (e.g. OTA commission for Booking.com). A solution like Airbnb's fee breakdown would be good.
Transactional Costs: Ideally, lead view should list transactional costs as a separate fee under platform commission. If not possible, include in notes section as an alternative. (currently it's only available in order details window)

Have the ability to make the logo bigger on the direct booking website.
As the logo is so small, if there's text in the logo, the text is often almost impossible to see. Also, it may help if there were a separate logo field to upload the logo image for the direct booking site on the direct booking website tab, instead of pulling it from the agency settings. That way, we could select a logo maybe without text .

Allow to resend quote for lead in status 'quote_sent'
It should allow Property Manager to send quote again from Pipeline even though lead status has been changed to 'quote_sent' as sometime, guest negotiates for a better deal and we need to send quote again to the guest.

Monthly breakdown in a yearly property report
I want a property report for January 2024, February 2024, March 2024, etc. But I would like to see all the results in one report rather than having 12 separate reports.

Negative value on trigger
Ability to select a complex condition that sends the trigger only if it is not a same-day booking, or to be able to select 'before stay start' in * hours and up to * hours, with the 'up to' value being negative.

See the scheduled automated refund for the security deposit in the guest order when using the mobile app
We can see for when the automated refund for security deposit it's schedule in the PMP on the view order option. But this information is not shown in the mobile app when checking the order transactions.

Require Channel Partners to Get Approval Before Offering Extra Promotions
My suggestion for Hostfully would be to put a clause in your contract with channel partners saying they are not allowed to do offer promotions above and beyond without prior approval (an expectation that they can unless we opt out is not good enough).

Discount to properties without the need for a code
be able to offer/provide a discount in either currency terms or percentage to any given properties or property over a designated period of time without the need to have to ask guests to apply a code or manually reduce the pricing which then doesn't show it as an offer/discount.
