  1. Currently Hostfully aggregates a database of all guests, however the UX of this feature leaves a lot to be desired.

    Not only is the guest list hard to find, (you have to navigate to the pipeline then click “See all customers”), but guests are sorted alphabetically by first name (last would make more sense) and within the letter categories, the individual names seem to be in no discernible order.

    This could be a very valuable tool for rebooking guests, and looking up reservations especially if combined with the auto-saving notes from the guests booking and the ability to access reservations…

  2. Hey,

    We have access to a webhook which tells us when dates are blocked out but there isn't one for when the dates are removed.

    We currently use the webhoooks to be notified of new/cancelled bookings and new blocked dates. Our internal system gets updated with the dates but once the blocked dates are removed our systems do not get notified of this change.

    It would be great if it could register an update to the webhook "BOOKING_CANCELLED" or even have a new one that we can set up.

  3. Allow you to set Booking Windows for different Channels - I.E. 3 Months for Airbnb - 6 Months for VRBO - Unlimited for Hostfully.

    This will allow users to drive traffic to their most preferred channel

  4. This would make things easier if the client is doing their books on a cash basis vs. an accrual basis.
    Currently, the sales receipts are pushed over when the sale is made, not when the cash is received, which is the accrual method.
    What I have to do, currently, is adjust every sales receipt to the check-in date. If a guest purchases a stay in 2023, for example, but doesn’t check in until 2024, all of those taxes, fees, rental amounts, etc., paid out to the host have to be adjusted.
    Matching the check-in date would automatically put the amounts…

  5. I am trying to create a simple report for cleaners that will list checkout dates for say the next 4 weeks. This will be automatically sent to the cleaners each week.

    Currently the scheduler only allow for Last week, last month, this week, this month etc. I need forward looking dates e.g, next 4 weeks, next 3 months

  6. Pre-Arrival form captures guests and sub guest information. I would like to have access to my guest as well as the people that came with them and their emails if that was filled in.
    I had to contact Hostfully to provide that information to me. The sub info was left out and needed to be requested each time I wanted the report.

  7. At the moment, leads from TA are imported by iCal. And iCal leads are considered as blocks so triggers don't work at all.

    It would be much appreciated if we can communicate with TA leads from iCal.

  9. The Complex Conditions could simplify the entire Workflow Trigger process. This one area could handle all current trigger settings. And at a minimum, it should handle triggers for #s of guests, # of Nights, and Average Rent.

    Additionally, leveraging the existing "Complex Conditions" model to nearly all fields lead/reservations could be exposed with trigger AND & OR logic. Opening additional data fields and Creating this simple tool allows full utilization of our data to increase our income and guest experience.

  10. We want the ability to change the title heading of our booking link to the company name instead of our Listing title.

    I was thinking it would be consistent with our brand. We are regularly updating our title on Airbnb depending on season, upcoming events in the area, and to help with Airbnb algorithm.

    I think it would help with consistency for guests of having the exact name of the company/cabin they are booking with. When they pay, and the brand name is at the top, there will be no confusion or inconsistencies.

  12. Right now, the only credit card information asked on the current payment processor work flow is card number, CVC and expiration date. Anyone with a stolen credit card can use this to pay and we have seen an increase in fraud chargebacks.

    We are requesting to add additional required fields in the payment page such as billing zip code, billing address, and card name to help filter out some fraud purchases.

  14. As a VRM I would like the discount code dates ranges to be inclusive of the start and end dates so that it is very clear to me what the valid dates are.

    Right now, the valid date range doesn't include the Start and End dates.

  16. As a PM I would like the HelloSign contract to be sent automatically when I manually enter the guest email address to the reservation.

    When a new booking comes in we don’t always have the guest's email. In this case, the PM can manually add the guest's email. On update, then Hostfully should send the HelloSign contract.

    We don’t always have the guest's email address because of the change in how Airbnb handles email. The PMP needs to update the HelloSign process so that we can manually enter the email address of the lead and that will trigger the HelloSign…

  17. Alexa show device is a great way to directly give specific recommendations to your guest. If this can sync with our guidebook we can create those specific ideas through the Alexa app on property to explain how to operate something or where to find things....

  18. Have the leader booker review and agree to the Rental Conditions when completing the Pre-Arrival Form (not just the House Rules). The rental conditions are more in depth (while the House Rules are a basic overview of desirable guest behavior).

  20. The emails for vrbo for every listing say the sender name is the company name and I think this is adding confusion for travelers. We want to change the sender name for certain properties or templates
