Guest Information report based on arrival dates

Refunds showing in reports
I want to pull the refund amount after a reservation is canceled in the booking report.
3 votesRefunds do show in your reports for bookings that have been made via your default payment service provider. But indeed, they don't show for Airbnb bookings for instance.
We are soon offering a new feature: Order Adjustments and manual transactions.
This will allow you to manually add a refund that happened in an Airbnb booking for instance.

Better report generations. I like to be able to pull reports and categorize and edit how I see them to help me monitor guests better.

Hide Inactive property in the list when creating leads
I want to hide/remove the inactive properties from the list when creating new lead.
I don't want to delete them because I might manage them in the future, it's just I am not dealing with them at the moment.

add a “default block” to a calendar where you just selectively unblock dates
Would it be possible to submit a feature request to add a “default block” to a calendar where you just selectively unblock dates similar to the feature that airbnb has? It really is very helpful for properties in which the host lives most of the time but just wants to unblock for certain dates. I would love to see this feature in Hostfully.

Allow Service Providers to report issues and attach photos
Give Service Providers, specifically cleaners, the ability to report to the agency any issues with a previous guest and be able to provide pictures and estimates of remediation, within Hostfully, so that they are all linked, instead of having to do this outside Hostfully.

Consolidate all fields in all types of enhanced report
In enhanced reports tab, I noticed that the financial report seems to have almost all fields available to add in the report, but in other types of report some fields are not available.
For instance, I need to build a report for the government regarding tourist tax. I would love to add the tag of the guest in this report, because that is a workaround I have found to include the origin country of the guest in the report (by the way it would be useful to have a field for the country of the guest).

Add more variables in Review template
It would be valuable to add additional variables the the Review templates we use.
I manage multiple properties and like to mention in the review how many guests stayed and the name of the property.
I currently am not using this feature due to this limitation and it was one of the reasons I signed up for Hostfully.

Check box "Send copy to Agency" for custom templates
The check box "Send copy to Agency" in custom templates like the one in system template is for control purpose, we always do send a copy to the agency.
This is because (as you are aware of) the toggle function is not working well and we need to know when and if a template has been send (automatically and manually). It’s our work process at the moment. Also once in a while the connection we have via Outlook got a token error.
This is also a check when we don’t receive a email send into our Outlook Inbox.

Channel performance report
Hi team,
We'd like to have a report to determine what percentage of bookings come from each booking platform. For example I would like to be able to see what percent of bookings come from Airbnb, BDC, etc.
For now, it's possible to run Property performance report or any others, but the Channel performance one for agency.

Show all Stripe transaction, including Incomplete ones to match with Stripe
We'd love to have all Stripe transaction shown on Transaction tab on Hostfully, including "Incomplete" ones to match with Stripe so we can easily track all the transactions.
