We have a client signing up for SuperHog on their own, and they want us to connect our Hostfully to it.

Ability to continuously update Arrival Form
The Arrival Form should be actively linked to the data warehouse so guests can make changes up to the time of check-in. Guests are not always sure of all information until closer to the stay and locking this form out after information is added once is VERY limiting. Other PMS platforms offer this exact capability as a basic feature.

Ability to see owner balance/due without running reports
We often get real-time requests from owners about their current balance. And also we always want to make sure their balance is positive and at a minimum like 500$ or 1000$.
By being able to see the owner's balance in an easy way we can manage their portfolio better.

I would like to see an integration with the insurance provider Generali/CSA, so that my guests can buy insurance during their booking process for my direct bookings.

Seasonal discounts for extended stay
It would be great to offer extended stay discounts that are seasonal so we may use them for the low season. We have interest from guest originating in cold climates to come stay at our property in Florida during the winter months. Currently hostfully allows extended stay discounts but I can not apply that to certain times of year - currently only appears to be on an annual basis. I just had a guest book our property using the extended stay discount during peak season which resulted in a 13,000.00 discount.
9 votesHello Richard, have you tried using the discount code feature we provide? You can create discount codes that are only valid at particular times of the year. You can decide to grant those codes only to guest who extend their stay, or any particular rules you'd want to apply.

Notification for new data update from Hostfully to Mailchimp
As the Mailchimp user, I want to request a feature to know when the most recent data transfer from Hostfully to Mailchimp occurred.

Block nights before launching of new listing from HF to other channels
When setting a new property directly at Hostfully (HF) to export it to other channels, an option to block dates before launching will make it easier instead of creating and then going to calendar to block dates.

Remove & archive blocks rather than delete them, add change-log feature to blocks
Currently when blocks are deleted, there is no record that they ever existed.
This presents an issue if a block is removed erroneously, there is no way to recover the block, or see when the block was removed or by whom.
Further, for active blocks, it is not possible to see who created a block, when the block was created, or if a block has been changed.
What I'd like to see is:
1) Blocks display what user created them and when.
2) Blocks include a log of changes, that include the date of the change, what the change was,…7 votesThanks for your feedback - we can certainly address the labelling of blocks with creator name and creation time in a first phase.

As a PM, I would like to export Pre-arrival form data via reports. However, extra guests do not show up in Logistics Report.

Add Pre Arrival Form information to the Guest Database / Guest Information Page
Currently, the Guest Database/ Guest Information page is not particularly useful, but some small improvements could make it an extremely valuable asset.
One of those changes would be to automatically add information entered in the pre arrival forms to the guests info page, and/or linking the completed pre arrival forms to the page.
This would allow us to better monitor our guests, and anticipate their needs.

Reminder about how making changes on Hostfully affects unlisted or snoozed listings on Airbnb
Any time we make changes in Hostfully, we are reactivating a snoozed or unlisted listing. If I'm trying to work out my pricing and it's too low or change my house rules to address some kind of problem with a past guest, I'll snooze or unlist on Airbnb (my only channel). However, if I change even the description in Hostfully, this reactivates my listing on Airbnb without notifying me. It would be great if Hostfully could send a notification or have a pop up reminder, maybe when before you hit the Save button on the edit screens for the listing.

Add incoming airbnb review as a trigger
Best-case scenario would be ai drafts a reply and sends to the appropriate team member (filtered by star). The team member could click accept to post the review reply easily, or edit and then post directly from the pushed notification (within hostfully, or within email, or whatever made sense).

Inbox should record all messages sent to guests
System template “Rental Agreement Notification” was sent automatically from email platform.hostfully but did not record in Inbox. Then guest replied to that message and it did not go to Inbox neither.
We are depending more and more on communicating via the Hostfully Inbox. But if automated send templates are not in there it’s hard to keep track in the communication thread.

RemoteLock pincode should be automatically created for future leads created before the integration. At the moment, the integration is not backward compatible, and I need to resave the previous applicable leads to get synced with RemoteLock.

Have VRP processing fee supported in the report
I currently have a report called master owner report. I use vacation rent payment which takes a range of 3.5 - 3.99% for processing and I need that subtracted from the total payment before it is divided by 80% and 20% for owner and manager.
the processing fee is not always 3.99%. it is 3.99% for American Express cards but 3.5% for all other cards.It would be great to have processing fee variable supports for payment processor VRP

Show different color jobs to represent the status of the job and change hover over to show the name of service/service provider
Show the name of the service instead of "1 job" on the calender in the property management platform.
Also have different color dots that correspond to the status of the job
