Enhance the user-friendliness of third-party agency feature
This option helps connect multiple Vrbo accounts. However, the user interface of this feature in Property Management Platform is not clear and user-friendly for property managers to understand its function. It should be located on the same Vrbo channel page, rather than Third-party agency dropdown and "Listed by" option under property Main Settings. I want this feature to work seamlessly as connecting with multiple Airbnb accounts.

Reporting on number of Inquiries and Confirmed bookings
Currently, we could extract the status of the leads, however, once they become confirmed bookings, there's no way for us to keep track whether they were inquiries or instant booking or booking requests.
It should be a report to show us the original status of a booking as we want to the conversion % from inquiries/booking requests to confirmed bookings.5 votes -
Don´t show Invalid code while tyiping the discount code on the Direct Booking Site
No matter if it is a brand new code or a code that is not expired, as the guest is entering the code it says invalid until the whole code is entered. This makes a lot of guests stop before it is completed and calls that say the code does not work.

Allow discount code to be used only once per user.
I mean the code can be used for many bookings during the time periods as long as the booking is valid. But each user/email, when making a reservation, can only use that code once.

Not translate guest names when translating messgaes
Some of our guest names are in Dutch and when we translate the messages to English it also translates the names of our guests.

Keep the public name as it is on Booking.com
I want to have Booking.com listing name the same as my public name. At the moment, it is being capitalized the first letter in each word.

Option to enable/disable triggers
Hello! I suggest adding the option to enable/disable triggers. Currently, it's quite inconvenient as you can only adjust or delete them. But having the ability to turn them on or off would be helpful. Sometimes, it's necessary to temporarily disable a trigger.

Use Vrbo as a Merchant of Record
Using a channel manager has made things for difficult for me. I now have to handle security deposits, rejected payments, credit card fraud issues, collect- file - pay occupancy tax etc. All this was done by VRBO before I had a channel manager. Can you please get an arrangement with VRBO like you do with Airbnb that they will still provide those services even though we are using you.

Automated Response Reminder for Unanswered Leads and Messages
I would like to propose a feature enhancement for Hostfully PMS that includes an automated response reminder system. This feature would work similarly to the notification systems found in platforms like Airbnb Inbox or Gmail.
The system should automatically send a reminder or nudge to the user when there is a lead or message that has not been responded to within a specified timeframe (e.g., 24 hours).
