    • Current behavior: To create a block on the app, users need to click on calendar > click on (+) button to create a block => Users want to create the block quicker by clicking on the date directly without clicking on (+) button. After you finish adjust the date > Save. The system should bring the user back to the calendar view without clicking back.

  6. It would save a lot of time if there is some sort of pricing strategy for periods of the year where all listings are adjusted for seasonal reasons e.g. Christmas, bank holidays etc.
    A listing could be added to a strategy for the set dates, and the rate changes ( add/ reduce by percentage or set amount) according to base rate.
    So when the base rate is changed, the pricing strategy amount auto adjusts with it.
    At the moment we have to use 'pricing period' and manually input amounts, and when the base rate is changed then we then have…

  7. When we import Airbnb leads, the base rent is calculated so that base rent + rate multiplier equals the rent total from Airbnb.

    True, we could apply this only to future leads, not past leads, but I don’t see why this would cause an issue to this PM since the total rent is the same.

  9. We use Stripe. Booking.com (BDC) payment timeline depends on the cancellation policy. I want to add "Custom" cancellation policy as an option for BDC to allow us to withhold payment processing fees for cancellations. Without this, we don't have a way to withhold payment processing fees and must refund them.

    The cancellation policy for BCOM is currently set on the channel detail page for all properties. You will soon be able to set it on the property detail page, thus choosing a potentially different cancellation policy for each property.

  10. I want to apply a fee that calculates from the TOTAL (including taxes and security deposit) and not the subtotal.

    For example, we need to implement a 5% fee on direct bookings but the one we have now doesn't include taxes and the security deposit when it calculates the 5%.

  11. 4 of my 5 listings are subunits of what I would like to become 2 “whole house” listings

  12. We encounter situations where a guest has already inquired about a Vrbo property and now needs to be instructed to send a booking request. This can be burdensome for the guest, as we are unable to simply invite them to make a reservation.

    If there is an option to pre-approve Vrbo inquiry so guest could book directly, it would be much more helpful.

  15. Right now if I add an "Ongoing/Recurring Adjustment", e.g. monthly on the 1st day, when the day comes, the adjustment will be automatically added and displayed under "One-time Adjustment". It's a bit confusing to me because that one is an ongoing adjustment, not a one-time. I suggest having a separate section to show "Completed Owner Adjustments" (or anything similar name) and not including the "completed" recurring adjustments in the one-time adjustments.

  19. In the Message Log, please add the property name. It can save time by adding the property name here, as sometimes a failed message might be expected on a specific property. By not including it here, we have to go find out which property the guest was applied to in order to figure it out.
