Display the error message more clear so it's understandable.
When I accepted Airbnb booking request from Inbox, the lead status in Hostfully did not change. So I tried to accept it again and got the error message "AxiosError: Request failed with status code 400".
After checking with Support, we figured out it's because payment was pending from guest.
So if the message is made more clear for future errors, it would be more understandable and helpful.

Early Check-in times auto update integration partners.
Have the early check-in updates filter through to the integration partners to avoid having to manually make adjustments.

Have trigger works for Bookings made within X days prior to checkin.
I want to send my cleaner a text when a new booking is made within a week of check in . i dont want to send my cleaner a text with every new booking because she wont be happy and will miss the important texts. lease help me do this

Allow inputting the amount with comma in Properties > Main Settings or adding a prompt
There will be an error OException during parsing request body when I input an amount with comma to Main Settings. For example: 15,999 is not a valid input for nightly base price. (it needs to be 15999). I want to be able to enter the amount with comma, or the system to add a prompt so users know not to put a comma there.

Trigger for not completing payment or pre-arrival forms
It would be great to have complex trigger options for "not" completing pre-arrival form or rental agreement.
Also to have the actions "not" sending check-in instructions if they don't complete them.
I have a hard time remembering to constantly check my pipeline to see if people haven't paid. It would be nice to know there was a safety net in place in case I don't catch it. And if you dont send them their check-in instructions, they will most definitely give you what you need.

Automatic retrying of failed messages whenever possible
Sometimes some messages failed to be sent due to server errors (Call failed 500, 429, 404). I had to go to Message Log > manually re-fired it. However, it will be better if the system automatically retries the failed messages for these types of errors.

Have option to select fees applied to the nightly rate for Hostfully channel.
I want to have management fees/community fees added to the nightly rate when guests inquire in Hostfully direct booking site, similar to Airbnb.
At the moment, all fees are listed as separate items in the guest's view

Cohost name should show
Because some property managers are not the OWNERS of the listing, it is misleading when we are working on managing and respond to guests but it’s the owner name that shows up and not the person managing or handling the account.
Every message we send without Hostfully shows the owners name as though the message is coming from them - but it is NOT.
The owners have asked why we aren’t getting the credit or using our name when responding to my guests and I told them your program doesn’t have that option.6 votes -

I want to add Lodgelovers.com as a channel. Channel managers don't support this & for iCal Continuous Sync, sometimes there is a delay.

When we send a quote, it is important to see in that quote the discount applied. For instance, I set 10% for more than a week. Instead to change automatically the daily rate, it should show the discount applied as a single line. I believe that Guests would be more inclined to book with a discount.

Synchronize Airbnb's single host or shared service fees in Hostfully
Airbnb has the option to choose to share the Service Fee between the host 3% and the guest 12% OR have the host pay the full-service fee 15%
I don't see any place to manage that option on Hostfully.

When creating reviews from Hostfully, it requires an exact date. I want to list reviews using a month and year without an exact date, like other OTAs.

Customize the percent % at reservation
Be able to customize the percent taken at reservation, or allow percentages in increments of 5s instead of only 10s. Some clients like to take 25% at booking.
