As the BDC fine print is not supported by Hostfully yet, its settings in BDC will be overridden by Hostfully sync.

HelloSign - Automatic Lease (NOT rental agreement)
With the integration with HelloSign, we would love to see the option to have a lease send automatically to the guest upon their reservation (if a direct booking/desired). From a template lease for that property, we would love for HelloSign to be able to pull in the necessary information from Hostfully (check-in/out date/times, address, guest name(s), etc.). I am NOT referring to Hostfully's rental agreement - as that is not legally binding, as a lease signed on HelloSign is. (This is targeted for 30+day stays, the mid-term rentals).

"Channel" filter for owner reports
I would like to edit the filters on a owner report where it says "All channels" and only include Hostfully as the one channel. BUt when I go to "set filters" I can't edit only "hostfully"

Bring back prior owner permissions option
Previously the owner permission option "Owner can block dates" would show the booked reservation blocks on the calendar but no details about the reservation (guest name, contact info, etc.). When the owner permissions were updated recently that was lost and I would like to see it come back.
Now the options are:
1) "Owner can block dates" only shows the nights that are available/unavailable without showing the actual blocks. That means that when you have reservations back-to-back owners can't see where the turnover window is. We need more detail than this.
2) "Owner can view booking details" shows the reservation…1 vote -

Publishing multi-unit properties on Google, Trivago, Expedia
So I currently also manage a hotel. So the multi unit feature is a potential fit.
The current platform I use (cloudbeds) has a feature that allows me to advertise on metasearch on platforms like Google, Expedia, etc where people can see the actual pricing when they search and I can show up as an ad
5 votesThe platform currently supports multi-unit property publishing on Airbnb, Booking.com and direct. We are planning to allow multi-unit property publishing next on Vrbo, then Google, HVMI. The other channels (Expedia, Trivago etc) should follow shortly after.

Implement Booking.com Reviews Management for your properties
With BDC guest review management you can:
- Retrieve all reviews for a specific property
- Retrieve new reviews (from a specific date)
- Filter reviews with no response yet
- Retrieve specific review with all category scores
- Reply to guest reviews
- Retrieve reviews at a group level (e.g. multiple properties’ scores on the same page)
- Filter guest reviews based on Booking.com reservation ID
- Retrieve aggregated property review score
- Retrieve aggregated scores per category (e.g. ‘value for money’ category score)

Ability to choose which guest message to use "Suggest an answer" feature
I find the AI "suggest an answer" very helpful way to commuincate with guests, however one issue I have found is if you don't answer the message from the guest immediately and then in the meantime, either the guest messages again or a triggered message is sent to the guest, the "suggest an answer" cannot be used, which is frustrating as it is a time saver. Is it possible for Hostfully to implement something, like swipe the message you wish to reply to (similar to whatsapp). Thanks.

Combine 1 line for 1 guest in the Fee report
Currently, the fee report displays each custom fee as a separate row, while we add the cleaning fee as a column. As a result, the cleaning fee appears on every row, which shows the duplicated lines for each guest in the report.

Property report to include comparison
We want a property report in Enhanced reporting to have comparison information among months, days, and quarter. At the moment, we can only run separate reports to compare. We know about Analytics, but we want it to be in Enhanced reporting as well as we can customize the data, columns and can download them as CSV for future reference.

Export order breakdown
We'd like to export invoices (orders) from the first quarter of 2024 for all the guests that outline everything that they paid. We need the visual of the order not just the information aggregated into a report

No Way to Notify Guests Through Booking Channel When Deposit Is Returned
When the security deposit is automatically released, the guest only gets an email. There’s no way to notify them through the platform they booked on, like VRBO or Booking.com. That’s a big gap in communication.
We try to keep everything in one place so guests aren’t confused, and this forces us to rely on email when many guests don’t check it. We should be able to trigger a message through the booking channel when the deposit is returned, just like we can for check-in instructions or thank-you messages.
This really needs to be fixed.
