Modification of scheduled messages
On the "Scheduled Messages" tab, we should be able to modify a message that is scheduled for a guest. For example, If I have a guest pay for an early check in, I should be able to modify their scheduled messages to show their new real check in time. Right now the only option is to delete a scheduled message and then we have to remember to go in and send it manually at the time it would have normally been sent.

Change what get's added when you use the shortcodes
When I use the codes "Your reservation begins on [$LEADCHECKIN$] for [$LEADNIGHTS$] with [$LEAD_GUESTS$]."
What populates in the message is "Your reservation begins on Wed, Sep 11 2024 for 4 with 6. "
If you could make it say "4 Nights with 6 Guests" that would be significantly better.

Be able to set the trigger of the Airbnb post review less than 24 hours
Be able to set the trigger for the review post on Airbnb in less than 24 hours.
Currently, the review post trigger just only allows the setting more than 24 hours after stay ends.3 votes -
Dropdown location options on the Direct Booking Site
Add dropdown options for the direct booking site, giving the option not only to share the city, but also share State/Province or Country (helpful for people with listings in multiple cities, states, and countries)

Rental Conditions: ability to use variables and HTML formatting
In Agency Settings -> Rental Conditions and Property -> Rental Conditions, add the ability to use template variables and HTML formatting.
Some examples of how we could use this:
- Use variables in the Agency Rental Conditions to include property-specific information, allowing us to have a single common text.
- Include specific booking data such as damage waiver, number of nights, the actual guest name, etc.
- The ability to format the conditions makes it far easier for a guest to read and understand.8 votes -

Convert Currency on Direct Booking Site
I think most Hostfully property managers have guests from other countries come to the USA to visit their properties. When they book through Airbnb or VRBO, or other channels currency is converted for a smooth transaction. Using a direct booking site also must convert currency as we will have potential guests from other countries outside of the USA wanting to come visit our properties in the USA.

Hourly Pricing Option for Listings
It would be beneficial to introduce the option for certain listings to offer hourly pricing. While it's understood that not all channels may support this feature, it would be valuable for direct bookings. This would enable us to rent office spaces, boat rentals, and other offerings on an hourly basis instead of nightly, providing more flexibility to our users.

Name statements which we share to owner portal
When sharing a report / statement with an owner so that it appears in the owner portal, it would be nice to be able to name the file so that the owner can know which month the report pertains to. Ie, i would like to name the report "September Owner Statement" so that the owner can know which is which from the long list without having to open it.

Update the property name on pipeline when modifying BDC reservation
Current behavior:
when a booking.com reservation's property is changed,
=> the roomId is changed on Pipeline.=> The property name need to change manually in Hostfully.
Request:
When one reservation modification has been made, the change should be applied for both roomID on Data tab and the property/unit name on Lead Details page. Otherwise, it can confuse users.

Restrict checkin/ checkout time options in Pre-arrival form
In Pre-arrival forms => Estimated arrival time, there are multiple options which is earlier than Property default checkin time so user can select the checkin time that we cannot accommodate.
For example, checkin time is 3:00 PM but they can select 2:00 PM or earlier.
Is there any way we can restrict the option to select there to make sure only fews option for checkin and checkout time can be selected?

Be able to get a report for Due Owner (Net) after the adjustment
There should be a report that collects all Due Owner (Net) amounts after adjustments from all owners. This way, the finance team can process payments to owners in bulk.
This approach will be more convenient for accounts with many properties and owners.

Promo codes without expiration, and with a specified minimum stay.
Two separate asks I suppose:
(1) Ability to create a code without an expiration date
(2) Configure codes for a minimum night stay so that we can tier offers (ex 10% off when you stay 3 nights, 20% off for 10 nights)8 votes
