Ability to use the property URL with the discount codes.
Previously we were able to use a format in the property URLs that automatically added the discount code for the user. Now this type of format does not work anymore. We would like to have the ability to send discounted rates to the customers adding the discount codes to the property URLs.

Greece Greek legislation requires displaying the license number for each property on all real estate rental portals. I need you to add the ability to display license numbers for each property on the direct booking page.

Have ability to duplicate an existing booking to a different date range
I want to create multiple bookings for the same guests but for different periods. It would be great if I can duplicate a booking onto different period, so I don't have to re-fill the guest's information everytime.
Rebook feature only works with past bookings. I can't do it when the guests inquired.

Trigger Day of week apply can have time to run
The trigger Day of the Week which is sent at 9:00 AM of the day. It's usually applied to all guests, including those checking out that day; however, sending this message to someone who is leaving doesn't quite make sense.
To avoid any confusion, it may be best to modify the trigger so that messages are only sent to guests who are actively staying during the day. Additionally, perhaps it would be wise to consider specified times when triggering these messages.

Have option to exclude Agency logo from direct booking site
the logo with the line red. We just need like a property listing without a brand name and logo to share to other companies so they would contact us, I would appreciate if you can give me answer as soon as possible

Set up an integration with Rental Guardian (for insurance)
Can you PLEASE set up an integration with Rental Guardian? They provide great insurance for short-term rental hosts and guests. They will also provide insurance for properties in Canada now too. Everything you currently have is for US only (I have called them). As a Canadian Host, I would really like to have a seamless way to have extra coverage for my direct bookings.

Be able to create pricing rules based for different length of stay and to apply on certain days
We currently use the generalized setting where any booking for two days gets 20% off and any booking for 3 days or more gets 30% off. Is there anty way we can get hostfully to create a setting for us to discount the multinight stays during weekdays only and avoid giving adiscount for Friday, and Saturdays?
This setting is a multinight discount, for any day. We do not want a multinight discount for anyday, we would like a multinight discount for certain days such as Mon, Tues, wed, ad Thursday

Display a more detailed error message instead of just showing Internal server error
When sending texts along with a pic to an Airbnb guest, it shows an error "Internal server error". We'd have to contact support to find out it's not possible to send pics along with texts. It'd be easier for us to troubleshoot when there's a more detailed error messaging showing, as "Internal server error" might be confusing and cause some misunderstanding.

A change log history for which shows which agent:
- accepted the booking
- communicated when
- changed booking details
- adjusted dates
- changed price
- cancelled a booking
- changed property data
- deactivated properties, channels, integrationsBasically a history log for all bookings.

Owner Statement Updates
If we change the parameters of the Owners Statement we then lose all ability to send/upload as an integration. If we use the default with limited information we can push to their portal.
This needs to be changed so that a revised Statement can be made 'default' within the system. Way toooooo much Admin each month for a basic feature/need
