  3. Be able to access the direct booking link on mobile app so we can copy the link and sent do people!

    Often asked about direct booking and it would be nice when we are out to be able to find and copy the direct booking link from our app and send that to people.

  5. Adjust the footer of the new DBS

    For the new DBS, it shows full Agency information, including Agency name, phone number and website. I don't want my phone number to be shown there. I'd be better if we can adjust what can be shown on the footer.

    We'd love to have a feature to show the payment processing fee and Hostfully processing fee on the order directly so we can easily subtract both fees when refunding the guests

    Possibility to send the rental agreement for direct bookings. Now we have to edit the path to send the agreement. Should have an easier way to do so.

  11. Trigger for not completing payment or pre-arrival forms

    It would be great to have complex trigger options for "not" completing pre-arrival form or rental agreement.

    Also to have the actions "not" sending check-in instructions if they don't complete them.

    I have a hard time remembering to constantly check my pipeline to see if people haven't paid. It would be nice to know there was a safety net in place in case I don't catch it. And if you dont send them their check-in instructions, they will most definitely give you what you need.

  13. Custom Data - Variables

    Currently if I create a Custom Variable, the Custom Data field won't hold its formatting and will send over as a large lumped together message with no enters or spaces. I would like to add Custom Variables with multiple lines such as Check Out Instructions or House Rules etc so I don't have to create multiple Templates for each property.

    In the direct booking site, I want to be able to manage which field I want to require the guests to fill in before bookings.

    I also want to have the ability to customize (for example: name the button "Book Now") the direct booking site

  17. Have different listing name fields for different channel

    I would like to have different listing names for Booking.com and Airbnb channels, for sales purposes.

    At the moment, they both are pushed from the same public name field.

  18. Bulk edit pricing periods

    I want to have bulk edit feature for different pricing periods. Now I need to click on each pricing period from Properties > Pricing tab to edit them . I want to be able to apply the changes made to one pricing period to selected/ all pricing periods.

  20. Show Arrival/departure time (Stay details) in the lead information in inbox page

    Since the Inbox is the place I spend most of my time, it would be very helpful if the reservation details in this panel were accurate.

    It currently shows the standard checkin time of the property, which might not be accurate. I'd like to see the arrival/departure time in Stay details tab in the Inbox page.
