Rental Agreement Icon _ Pipeline
it would be useful by quickly being able to see if rental agreement was signed
right now I have to have a knowledge that icon shows up there when signed, if not signed there is no quick way to know
maybe if the icon is red and when you hover you would get info 'rental agreement not signed

Customize Minimum Price on the Booking widget
Currently, with the new version of the direct booking site, the price calculation of minPriceOverYear on the Hostfully Direct Booking site is now (the lowest night price + tax rate % + non-optional fees + non-optional taxes).
But I would like to not show the non-optional fees on that minimum price, so it would be great if we could customize the min price of the booking widget to define the amount to display.

Be able to edit system messages on the booking widget.
When a guest goes to book, there are some messages in the process that would be ideal if we could edit that message.
In the screenshot below, if a guest is attempting to book outside of the booking lead time, we'd prefer to have a note that tells guests to contact host directly, for example.
And, if the property is set to 0% at reservation, it would be very useful to be edit the message that says something like, Thank you for your payment, when they have not paid anything.3 votes -
Ability to map parent-child photos different between OTAs
Under a master-sub setup, Booking.com shows all the photos on a master level and only a few for each child unit.
Would be good to be able to select which photos to include in the Master level and which ones on the child level but filtered by channel. So other channels like Airbnb don't get affected.

Show the guests cancellation policy on the Lead Details in the pipeline
The cancellation policy of the guests booking/reservation needs to be shown on the Lead Details. This is a critical piece of information especially now where in Airbnb you can modify the policy for a separate time period. I shouldn't have to go research this back in the channel when my PMS should centralize tasks for me.

Add the exact date/time the Hold will expire in the calendar detailed view.

Improve guest receipts
Right now, the only option to send our guest's receipts is to create a template with the [$ORDER_STATEMENT$] variable but it doesn't populate crucial information like dates, guest's name, property name, transaction number, etc.
Would be nice to see an improvement here.

Hostfully App for Windows Desktop
There should be a Windows Desktop App for Hostfully. It seems weird that one was made for iOS first when it only has 25% of users are on that and Windows makes up 70% of desktop operating systems users.

I see that Hostfully Accounting syncs with Quickbooks Online. I wonder if there is demand to have Hostfully Accounting sync with Xero?

I want to be able to set the turnover days for bookings longer than x amount of nights.

I would like to be able to add notes to calendar date so I can record an event taking place on said date
I would like to be able to add notes to calendar dates so I can record special events taking place in the area i.e. a concert, show, festival. This would also be a reminder why the price is differently priced for that date. The date would need to be highlighted in a different colour shade and it would be good to hover over the date to see the information recorded.

Revenue Projection Report
Have a Revenue Projection report that estimates future revenue, not just revenue from existing bookings.
The current reports are based on confirmed reservations, but it would be very helpful to forecast expected revenue for upcoming months based on property availability, rates, occupancy targets, or other configurable assumptions.
This would make budgeting, cash flow planning, and business forecasting much easier without relying on external spreadsheets.

Improve Fee Editing UI to Better Differentiate Individual vs. Bulk Fee Updates
When editing a fee from an individual property's Fees page, users expect the changes to apply only to that property. However, if the fee is shared across multiple properties, editing it updates all selected properties, and deselecting properties removes the fee instead of creating a property-specific version.
This behavior is not obvious and is made more confusing by the "Selected Properties" label, which does not clearly indicate that the edit is a bulk update.

Custom amenity and Fee/Tax property selection
When you add a custom amenity or fee/tax from ona property page, then you cannot unselect that property from the list.
You need to enter through another property page with that amenity enabled to be able to unselect. Sometimes this doesn't work.

Have a Booking Lead Time for each Channel
Since Vrbo now allows same day reservations and Airbnb has their midnight based rule, this limit the chances to set a booking lead time where the same day reservations aren't allow but the guest can book until the midnight of the day before the check-in-

Rental License Number Expiration Notification
On the property Main Settings page, there's a field for the Rental License Number and Expiration date. It would be convenient to have Hostfully send a notification when the rental license number expiration is approaching, maybe about 30 days prior.

can take away the words “code expired” that pops up under the promo code window until you type it in in its entirety?
can you take away the words “code expired” that pops up under the promo code window until you type it in in its entirety? Why have those words pop up until the code is entered in fully - if in fact it is expired. This features throws people off and I lose bookings. It is confusing to people typing it in.

Agency-Level Troublesome Guest Blocking
Introduce a centralized system that allows property managers to flag and block problematic guests across all properties within an agency. Currently, guest issues are tracked at the individual property level, allowing repeat offenders to book other listings within the same portfolio.
This feature would enable agencies to mark guests as “Do Not Host” or “High Risk,” add internal notes, and automatically block or flag future booking attempts across all properties. It should also include alerts for flagged guests and team-based permissions for managing guest status.

Add Templates and Triggers to the top main menu selection bar instead of having to drop down on the company name menu, It is widely used and there should be a faster way to get there.
