  1. There are some repeat guests where we already have their ID and/or their proof of residency documents.

    For returning guests or guests who have already sent us the information (eg via email or WhatsAPP prior to a direct booking), we don't want to automatically ask them to send the information again on the pre-arrival form.

  2. are there any plans to interface the cleaning application Turno into the calendar view on Hostfully? So we can see who is assigned to the cleaning from that page without going to Turno?

As a paying customer I need to have the information about my subscription charges, I need to understand when is the subscription expiring, what is my balance and how much extra I am paying for adding the properties. By not having a transparent information and not having access to it, I don't have trust to the platform, it is difficult to plan and budget my expenses. It benefits both users and platform to have transparency and
    honesty. This is critical information that should be easily accessible to the users

  5. More fields in Property reports to export data such as property information (address/ long-lat), listing content (description, note, public name, rules ...), property setup (property type, bedrooms - bed type, guests, rate, fees ....).

    It would be much more helpful if we can export it from UI as we have multiple properties and this kind of report can help us with an overview of properties setup and we can figure what we have to fix.

  11. 1/ Transaction Status or Error Notes or Payment Details
    To distinguish a successful transaction from a failed transaction.

    2/ Adding Transaction time would provide the customers the real time when the transactions made, it could be helpful for their reference

    3/ Adding option to filter by channel

    4/ Finally, including the variables (related to a transaction details) in Financial Reports (Enhanced Report) would help save effort for customers switching back and forth checking on the booking details and the transaction details

  13. We manage over 120 properties. So keeping track and scheduling reoccurring tasks like AC service or replacing batteries in door locks would be a great help. We would also use this feature to schedule weekly inspections of properties that are currently not occupied.

  15. The receipt should show the actual amount paid by the guest and not the order total. If a guest has a balance left or has not paid for the security deposit, it is inaccurate for their receipt to include this.

At the moment, when there's a sync issue with channel (for example: Airbnb), the error message is not clear and I need to reach out to support every time to check the root cause (an error occurred, could not update booking settings, etc.). I want to have clearer messages so I know what to do to troubleshoot.

At the moment, the trigger with condition Booking updated won't recognize what has been changed, because there's no specific condition (e.g booking extended, or guest name change, etc.) to specify that, and all the owners could do is to compare with the previous booking confirmation that they had, with the current information in our custom template.

    We want the system to have ability to tell in the message what actually changed.

  20. When creating an enhanced report, Owner Blocks and Agency Blocks should be recognized as reservations or its own separate category that can be included in the report. This is very critical when looking at financials and occupancy.
