Booking.com commission saved on lead level
Currently, BDC commission is only tied to the transaction level and the transaction must be processed by a payment processor. This means that reservations paid through payment by booking.com (PBB) or outside of the Hostfully system and manually entered into PMP will not show the commission in the report. I am requesting that the BDC commission be based on the lead level, so that it is always present regardless of payment status or method.

Option to enable/disable triggers
Hello! I suggest adding the option to enable/disable triggers. Currently, it's quite inconvenient as you can only adjust or delete them. But having the ability to turn them on or off would be helpful. Sometimes, it's necessary to temporarily disable a trigger.

Airbnb Support Messages
Currently, Airbnb support messages are not sent to the PMS inbox, which poses several challenges. Firstly, it requires us to communicate with Airbnb support exclusively through the Airbnb app, creating a need to have both Hostfully and Airbnb notifications enabled simultaneously. This can be inconvenient and time-consuming, especially when dealing with multiple properties.
Moreover, Airbnb support messages are not forwarded to co-host accounts. As a result, I am unable to efficiently respond to Airbnb support requests for the properties I manage through the PMS interface. This limitation not only hampers productivity but also introduces the potential for miscommunication and delays…

VRBO Alternative Payment Link should fire for all failed Vrbo payments
At the moment, system template "VRBO Alternative Payment Link" only fires for Vrbo guests if the transaction fails due to 3DS2 error (the error in Hostfully order: Your card was declined. This transaction requires authentication). I want this template to fire for failed Vrbo transactions due to other errors (insufficient funds, card declined)

Allow for VRBO payments or show VRBO in the payment link for second payment
A guest booked through VRBO and want to pay through VRBO but I cannot send them a link through VRBO because it says everything is now through our property management. They do not trust the link because it says hostfully instead of vrbo.
It would be good to have the option to process the second payment thorugh VRBO like how the guest sees it for the first one.4 votesWe will soon provide support for Vrbo Payments.

Ability to edit/remove individual ical imports
When a property is linked by ical from airbnb / vrbo etc we should be able to manually remove individual bookings. I import vrbo icals from 2 different owners (I can't switch to API) and when you import by ical you can't use the inbox. In my old PMS you could just delete any ical import and then enter the booking manually with the email address. My current workaround for this is to disconnect the vrbo ical whenever I get a new booking, enter the booking manually then reconnect to the vrbo ical. Super annoying and not to mention when…

The trigger for the booking request is about to expire.
As busy hosts, any additional nudge is helpful. It would be nice to have a trigger that can email us notifying us that a reservation hold is about to expire if we don't accept it.
So Booking request with time-based condition trigger would be much helpful.

Direct booking site URLs should escape "unsafe" or "unwise" characters per RFC 3986
The URLs that are built for the Direct Booking site MUST escape characters that are considered "unsafe". This includes the pipe character ( | ), which is pretty commonly used in page titles as a separator that doesn't take up much space.
If these are not escaped, Google Travel will NOT accept the weblink. For example, one of our listings has this for the direct URL:

Variable in custom template to add Property Cover picture. At the moment, we have to use HTML code if we want to add the property cover to a template which is not pretty easy to use.

Enhanced reports should include the function to show blocks
When creating an enhanced report, Owner Blocks and Agency Blocks should be recognized as reservations or its own separate category that can be included in the report. This is very critical when looking at financials and occupancy.

Stop sending cancellation notice email when the subscription failed to renew the 1st time
I received multiple emails when my account failed to renew the 1st time.
As a former Customer Service manager, It's also unnecessary to mention closing the account if not paid in the initial email. It's insulting to your customers. Don't push "Public name" of master listing to Booking titles of sub-units if they are different Property IDs
I have different property IDs for master and sub-units, but still want to keep their master-sub relation in Hostfully. It would be great if we don't push Public name of the master listing as property title of my sub-units when they are connected in different property IDs.
