  1. We are applying for a permit with the city for one of our properties, and we are supposed to not be actively advertising throughout that process but we have active bookings we need to continue to communicate with.

  2. When the Airbnb tax type is set to % per stay in the property Fees and Policies tab, the property manager must be able to determine how many Airbnb fees should be taxed.

    At the moment, when an occupancy tax (% per stay) is set up, the default taxable bases are the cleaning fee, management charge, community fee, resort fee, and linen fee, which may or may not be relevant to how the tax should be calculated.

  3. Simply to have a trigger for a failed payment due to insufficient funds that would send a message for the guest to know their payment didn’t go through with a new secure payment link and possibly a reminder that their reservation will only be held for a period of time (maybe a week depending on how far out the booking is) unless payment is successfully processed.

    I may just create my own template to use manually.

  5. Every time I want to edit one of of my fees, I have to delete it and create a new one. It'd be much easier if I could just edit my existing fees. Thanks!

  7. At the moment, the system only allows capital letter if it's the first letter of the guest's name, I want to capitalize the letter in the middle of the names (for example: McKeown).

  8. When a guest requests to alter their Airbnb stay, the notification only goes through Airbnb. I'm a co-host and have several other Airbnb accounts connected to my Hostfully account. When guests request an alteration, I don’t get any notification of that.

    I would like for Hostfully to provide notification for me so I can approve/decline Airbnb guests for an altered stay.

  9. Since Taxes are managed by Booking.com, sometimes we don't acknowledge it until reading the article. It'd be great to have a note stating "Booking.com will not take any taxes out until you set them up with Booking.com" so It can be better informative.

  11. Since we work with international clients, it would be usefully that the variables [$AGENCYSIGNATURE$] and [$AGENTSIGNATURE$] display the full phone number INCLUDING the country dialing code.

    Currently the phone is displayed as "771234567" : all number sticked together and without 0 before, so it's wrong for both for national and international clients.

  16. If a listing was imported from Airbnb to Hostfully, these room types (Backyards, Kitchens, Pool,...) were already there before and we'll be able to find them from the dropdown list. But for properties created from Hostfully then synced with Airbnb, for now, the system hasn't supported to add other room types except for Common spaces and Bedrooms yet.
    We'd love to have more options other than bedrooms and common spaces

When I want to schedule an enhanced report to be sent for instance to our concierge so she can handle the check-in, the range options are fixed like : last week, last month, last quarter, last year and this week, this month, this quarter, this year... however, if it's end of July and I set for this month, she won't see arrivals of the next week. It would be more relevant to have ranges in the future like: next week, next 30 days, next 90 days.

  19. Have the ability to set at least one of the description fields by channel. For example, if I want to put something in my description to show on Vrbo and my Direct Booking site, but NOT on Airbnb, it would be great to have the ability to show/hide specific content to specific channels.

  20. When system sends an emails of 'new booking', it serves as no-reply email so when Owner replies to that email, it does not send to our inbox or email.

    It would be much more helpful for the owner to simply hit the reply button and write accept or decline and we can see that reply within Inbox, or at least it can be forwarded to our email in Email settings.
